Ottimo hotel consolidato a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia di Phuket. La colazione era accettabile e le scelte erano diverse in due mattine diverse. All'esterno c'erano un'esposizione che vendeva vestiti a buon mercato, nonché un mercato mattutino locale quotidiano che vendeva cibo e un mercato umido. La piscina era ok.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The balcony and its views are the best feature of the room. The roof top garden also has great views and a charming atmosphere. Breakfast was ok; their ‘eggs Benedict tom yum’ was amazing. Very polite staff. I’d gladly stay here again

Room have great views over the city. The sound insulation in the room was not so good. Overall a decent stay though Breakfast buffet was decent and coffee was pretty aromatic.

Had a great stay with Novotel! Though slightly far away from old town (around 15 mins walk) the room and service was impeccable. The room was big, and the bed was comfortable. Great place for a quiet sleep. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Location is very close to phuket old town. Weekend night market is spectacular. Those who lived Indian food, Amritsar restaurant in old Phuket town Lia a must visit.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, my first night was quite bad due to outside noise, which made it difficult to sleep. The next day, we requested a room change and moved to an upper floor. While the new room was better in terms of noise, its layout was an “up-down” type, which was not ideal for my preference. Overall, the experience improved after the room change, but the noise issue on lower floors was disappointing.

Very convenient location close to old town Heated outdoor covered swimming pool 🏊♂️ which is great Breakfast offered sufficient options But need to improve cleanliness and refurbishment as signs of wear and tear all around.

Booked a junior suite and definitely recommend this hotel although a little distance into old town very nice and Jo- Jo on the roof top bar was very friendly

Definitely worth it for the price but do not compare room with newer 5 star hotels. But service is 5 star.

The receptionist did not let me to stay at the hotel even *********** still need me to pay for the room. She said my booking is cancelled 20th August at 2 p.m. But I contact the agent at *********** it said the cancellation cannot be done. What happened? I have to move to stay at ibis. But the credit card still charged my stay at Novotel.

The hotel location is good. Rooms are big and clean. The buffet breakfast is average and the food is nothing to write home about. Location is perfect.
