Il posto dove stare è vicino a Patong Beach, attraversa la strada e raggiungerai la spiaggia. È possibile parcheggiare l'auto in luoghi pubblici. Il punto di check-in e l'alloggio sono in luoghi diversi. Sotto l'alloggio c'è un ristorante. Il personale del ristorante ci ha accompagnato al punto di check-in. È stata colpa nostra se non portavamo con noi la vera carta d'identità. Potrebbe essere arrabbiato perché non abbiamo portato la vera carta. L'abbiamo aperta tramite l'app Thai ID. L'ho chiesto molte volte e mi è stato detto che non lo volevo. (Il semplice fatto di andare in giro a cercarlo mi ha confuso, quindi non ho portato alcun bagaglio. )Un altro fratello maggiore ha detto che avrebbe potuto scattare una foto. Una volta terminato il processo, ho preso la chiave e l'ho portata nella stanza e mi sono lamentato con un'altra persona che era di nuovo lì. Oh, puoi parlare davanti ai clienti, l'ho appena scoperto. e camminava senza aspettare i clienti, quindi si lamentava. Un altro dipendente ha dovuto dire che anche lui stava aspettando i clienti. Quello che stai facendo è degno del servizio?? L'alloggio è adatto a chi festeggia o semplicemente a rilassarsi sulla spiaggia per qualche ora. (Rilassarsi dall'esterno è meglio. Mettilo semplicemente a dormire. L'aria condizionata è fresca.)

La stanza Fimaly è abbastanza grande. È il secondo piano, il primo piano è ristretto. È un po' rumoroso e sporco.

Nice hotel.. Really enjoying staying there. With all staff are helpful especially Mr. Amran & Mr Roslan. Thank you. First time come to Phuket & we will come again. Nice morning view with balcony to relax and watch people passing by the main road. All shop are near around you. Easy to go to Bangla Road. 10min walk. To mosque area 17min walk & to beach just 2min walk.

The room i booked quite smelly. The bed smell so bad (like pee) overall quite ok with strategic loc

Overall good experience, staff very helpful. Room is okay with fine cleanliness. Only thing is that it’s difficult to find the place first time, as the reception is hidden in a hotel and another entrance is through a restaurant.

As other commented, you have to walk pass a restaurant to enter your room after staircases. Location wise I think it is quite good, walking distances to crowded areas, nearby has a big 7eleven where you can get basically everything you need, nd the beach is just opposite the hotel.

Worst room ever ! We even check out one day earlier. You can hear all sounds from outside reason you can’t sleep !

Its at the centre of Patong beach. Easy to access all is walking distance. The receptionist - Amran is very helpfull. Good service to accomodate our request.

Very nice and helpful staff. Location is near the beach and really quiet. Rooms are accompanied with the AC and it’s very clean. They even provide you with water and coffee sets, which is super nice :)

Not a bad room overlooking the beach. On the ground floor there is a cafe. On the 5th floor there is a lounge area with a swimming pool and a bar.

Sorry great location but not a good clean environment

The beach is just across the road so it's very close. If you wake up early you can watch the sunrise from your room. This room has stairs leading from the first floor to the balcony. Make sure you remember to lock the window as it is a security risk if you don't lock it all the way.

The hotel entrance is located at the restaurant. No parking available inside hotel premises

Hotel is at the back of a restaurant. You need to walk through the restaurant to get to your room, a little weird at first but you get used to it and the food is delicious. Hotel room is quite noisy if you have an ocean view but the balcony and view was dope.
