Questo albergo è stato fantastico! So che ci sono alcune recensioni negative sul servizio. Tuttavia, abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro soggiorno. Gli autobus navetta per la nostra camera sulla collina erano attivi 24 ore su 24 e arrivavano entro 5 minuti dalla nostra chiamata. L'hotel offre anche navette per la spiaggia di Patong che ci hanno fatto risparmiare un sacco di soldi sui trasporti!

È un po' difficile chiamare la navetta, anche se il personale fa davvero di tutto per andare a prendere i clienti Bella vista dalla nostra camera

Nuovo hotel, la stanza è abbastanza grande, vale la pena pagare. La posizione sulla collina non è un problema, il problema sono i loro servizi, il check-in non riesce a trovare la prenotazione. il personale non aiuta nulla anche se mostro il voucher dell'hotel. aspettando mezz'ora per il check-in. Dalla hall alla camera devi prendere la navetta senza aspettare troppo a lungo, ma quando vuoi partire dalla stanza alla lobby aspettando circa 30 minuti senza l'aiuto del personale, non amichevole.

First, regarding the location, given with this price I will rate it five. It provides shuttle bus service transit from the hotel to Patong beach and Big C, which I will say the travelling time is not long, with 10 minutes by taking the bus. Second, regarding the room, it is very spacious and clean, and the whole hotel as well. We love the size of the room and the facilities are also clean and well-equipped. However, what we dislike is the breakfast. The breakfast is tasteless and dirty. We all got stomachache after that. Flies can find everywhere in the restaurant. The staff in the restaurant is not helpful at all.

Impressed with the room And the view is great. But he was very dissatisfied with his sleep being disturbed. I booked a suite hoping to get a good break for my money. Today is my last day of staying in Phuket, I chose to stay at Patong Bay Hill Hotel. But my rest was disturbed by the renovation of the room next to me and the air conditioner repairman was at work above my room, smashing, dragging things. And things fell on the floor from the time I entered around 9:00am and for so long that I decided to call the receptionist to ask what happened. The employee said he would check and would have the technician stop. But nothing was fixed. Until I decided to wake up to pack up my things and find another hotel to sleep in because I had just returned to my room at 6:50am. which I only slept for 2 hours

Travelled here as a family of 4! Pool was full of bugs when we arrived spoke to reception and they had it cleaned straight away. Location isn’t great and wasn’t very clear when the shuttle service to town was. Once it was figured out was a good thing. Possibly a shuttle every hour would be better as 300b for a taxi to town is expensive. Pool tiles were all broken and missing this was a bit of a let down and not much hot water but this is due to the tanks they use. All in all a good hotel and the 500b for 2 hours drinking is a great thing. Food and drink from hotel good selection.

It’s good hotel and good view. Nice location and good service. I will be staying again next time.

Best damn view from my room. Loved the jacuzzi and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

It was a wonderful and amazing trip for staying at Patong bay hill resort 2 nights. The staffs and receptionists were very nice and welcoming. They’re always smiling and greeting us when we meet. It made us feel comfortable to ask questions or any suggestion about attraction in Phuket

We got the best pool access room. This view is gorgeous! I like this

Location a bit out of walking street. But no worries, they have free shuttle to take you to walking street and shopping mall. The hotel is very nice and clean, and it is huge as well. Definitely worth a money.

Beautiful view and loved the jacuzzi at the balcony. Simply love the layout with the bed facing the balcony. Truly enjoyed the stay. the only setback is that there isnt any shops at walking distance thus we had to book cab each time when we head out.

Hotel location is good. Check-in service team members and manager were rude and overcharged me for additional bed for children at full adult price. Didn’t even refund my money and not even listened to me. Hotel room and views were great. I may not be going there again due to unfriendliness of the staff.
