Pullman Fuzhou is a new and modern hotel located next to the Tahoe Mall. The rooms are modern making this hotel comparable to Kempinski Hotel. The rooms are slightly smaller than Kempinski, but newer, and being next to the mall is major plus if you want to go shopping, eat or watch movies.

Everything was clean and presentable. However, the room smelled like smoke. And I asked for a non-smoking room. I am in the architectural industry, it seems like their air conditioning is interconnected. So if someone on the floor smokes, you will smell it. I had to put up with the smell all night. The is the only negative thing. Everything else is good.

The air in each room is not connected to each other, the fresh air in each room is transported from the outside to each room through pipes. We booked a room for our 15 year wedding anniversary. When we went into our first room it had a very odd smell. I went to discuss the situation with Grace, the front desk manager. She was more than accommodating, upgraded our room, gave us a fruit platter and also allowed us access to the executive lounge for happy hour. She more than made up for our original room problem. And her English was excellent. The hotel pool was great and it is right across the street from a mall with lots of restaurants. It was a good stay!

A warm welcome, fast check-in and an upgrade into executive room. Especially Ms. Grace shows a very good service attitude and very attentive friendly help. Breakfast is a high standard and the good quality of food is delicious and various. Enough elevators and no waiting time when will up or down. The room is good equipped, clean and tight. It have good view. There is a good lobby which is suitable for meeting, drink somewhat, relax or what you want. However, I got a pleasant stay and will stay here next time. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was stuffy & warm due to poor ventilation. Inform front desk & they brought in a fan for the room. Toilet was complete see through & smells due to poor air circulation. Front desk staffs were very helpful & kind.

Everything is great! Service, cleanliness, good view, nice and big room, very comfortable bed and super good pillows (even wanted to buy 2 pillows, but they don’t sell them). There was a nice birthday gift from the hotel, thank you ☺️ There was only one drawback - weak water flow in the shower 🚿

此次出行是為了看陶喆演唱會 盲選了一家酒店 意外有驚喜 酒店工作人員很熱情 上下車都會主動拉車門 看到帶行李箱也會主動幫忙拎 很有服務意識很熱情 下次來還會選擇鉑爾曼 廁所也是乾濕分離 房間裏有浴缸配體重秤 帶衣帽間 房間里居然還配了小啞鈴 家庭房裡還配了小寶寶的馬桶墊坐墊 細節滿滿
