I recently had the opportunity to stay at Nam Naka Boutique Hotel, and while the experience had its moments of charm, there were notable areas that left room for improvement. The boutique hotel is nestled in a picturesque location, offering a tranquil atmosphere that provides a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming, contributing to a positive initial impression. However, one aspect that stood out was the somewhat lacking amenities. While the hotel exuded a quaint charm, it fell short in terms of modern conveniences. The absence of certain amenities that are considered standard in many hotels left a noticeable gap in the overall guest experience. For instance, the fitness center was minimal, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, making it challenging for guests who rely on a reliable internet connection. Cleanliness, another crucial aspect of any accommodation, was also a concern. Although the rooms had a rustic appeal, I couldn't help but notice that certain areas were not as well-maintained as expected. The attention to detail in cleaning seemed lacking, and this detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. It's essential for a boutique hotel to prioritize cleanliness to ensure guests feel at ease during their visit.

It was okay only for sleeping even though it was noisy. Close to the old town.

The hotel is next to the road, not sound proof, there was noise from cars all night. The air conditioner is very loud and not cool. The room was dusty, making my throat feel sore. Parking is very narrow and limited. Only one car can be parked and there are double cars parked, making it inconvenient, having to move the car for you if the latter has to leave first. There is only one service person who must do everything. Low quality service, no standards Compared to other rooms with the same price.

The lady and the guard at the reception are very helpful with everything. The location is too noisy because the hotel is in the first row to the street. MY partner and I had a very unpleasant experience, someone changed the code on the lock on our suitcases and we had to break both locks

It’s good choice for those who didn’t rant a car because the parking is tiny and in front of hotel the traffic is so jam. But the staff is good and gentle.
