La receptionist è stata maleducata e non sa per niente l'inglese. Non avevamo baht per la cauzione ma ha insistito che dovessimo farlo subito e non voleva che facessimo il check-in e poi andassimo a cambiare i soldi e portassimo una cauzione. Così deluso. Avevamo un volo notturno ed eravamo stanchi. Alla fine l'uomo che parla inglese ci ha fatto fare il check-in e portare la cauzione più tardi.

Buchi nel soffitto con muffa. Il letto più scomodo. Il servizio alla reception era scortese. Nessuna ricarica di carta per piastrelle. L'aria condizionata funzionava a malapena.
Anche la camera non corrispondeva alle foto

It was a great experience to be in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. There were 2 bottle of water inside and a functioning fridge. The air conditioning functions perfectly. Only in the bathroom it was not present.

Хороший персонал,удобное местоположение!
Заселили раньше времени,за что отдельный плюс.
Минус,воняет канализацией в туалете,плохой слив.
Сам отель неплохой.

Отличное соотношение цена -качество. До пляжа -10 минут пешком. Выходите- направо и до первого светофора, перед ним направо и прямо до пляжа.Лучше брать номера с видом на бассейн и на 2-3 хтаже.Которые на дорогу - шумновато. Очень вкусные завтраки, особенно картошечка порадовала. В этой же кафешке, которая находится прям возле бассейна, обедали и ужинали. Недорого и вкусно. Нет лифта, но это не было сильнойпроблемой.

Сам отель внутри приятный, но ужасное расположение у него. Нас разместили с окнами на дорогу , я не смог спать нормально. Шумоизоляции нет. На просьбу поменять номер в более тихое место отказали , якобы нет мест . Предполагаю что если взял на 2 ночи номер , то тебя селят прям на обочину дороги, типа все норм потерпишь . Очень ужасное месторасположение номеров у обочины дороги . Отдых будет испорчен если так попасть с номером.
