Giungendo alla fine del nostro viaggio, mi sono reso conto che la parte orientale dell'isola di Phuket non è il posto giusto. Non è proprio adatta ai turisti. È solo una normale città con marciapiedi sporchi e rotti, con hotel sparsi qua e là. Questo hotel è lontano da tutte le cose turistiche, inclusa una spiaggia. È appena fuori dalla trafficatissima strada 402. La 402 è la strada principale N-S. Le foto dell'hotel lo fanno sembrare più bello di quanto non sia. La cosa che ci ha deluso è stata la porta aperta del ristorante, che ha fatto entrare i passeri (volavano sul cibo scoperto). Il personale sembrava imperturbabile. L'hotel aveva un buon prezzo per quello che era e andava bene per una notte (o due). Il personale della reception era molto cordiale e disponibile Non lo userei di nuovo..

atmosfera tranquilla Molto adatto per rilassarsi, la piscina è ampia, pulita, la colazione è a buffet. Ce ne sono molti tra cui scegliere Il prezzo è molto buono.

Un po' deludente, nel sito trip.com si dice che il letto extra è gratuito per i bambini di età inferiore a 9 anni, ma viene comunque addebitato dall'hotel. Prima dell'arrivo, ho chiamato l'hotel e ho chiesto la politica per i bambini e mi è stato comunicato che è gratuita. Quando sono arrivato in hotel, la stessa persona che mi ha parlato al telefono è stata quella che ha chiesto un supplemento. Non si tratta di soldi, si tratta di ciò che è pubblicizzato nel sito. Se questo è stato spiegato con attenzione, questo non crea alcun problema.

Good hotel, nice staff, nice pool, from the minuses only - far from the city centre, and can be noisy when a motorbike passes by.

Check in is smooth, we arrived late night... it is our preferred accommodation when visiting the school nearby. Staff are nice and helpful.

Good be better .... Your morning breakfast could be better ..I see the table and chairs frequently visit by the birds there ..not that I am against of animals but hygiene wise . Overall the hotel ain't that bad ....

We requested a quiet room and we got it. Thank you for that perfect service and the early checkin. The swimming pool was very nice and you have access from any room. The water is very warm and comfortable. The room, bed and shower cabin was very clean and everything was working. AC is quiet also and the air direction to the room not to the bed. The breakfast was better than other hotels. Additionally had cold Matcha Tea, Thai Tea and Cold Milk Coffee. The breakfast area was outside with some air from swimming pool and a nice view to the lake nearby. We enjoyed unfortunately only one night because other days were fully booked. I love this hotel, old school feeling with the room especially with the toilet aesthetics, and the pool access facing the sunset and having natural wind flowing thru...perfect! The only thing is that the passage way is open and when you have ppl staying there and they come back late at night drunk, you can hear them talking loudly as they walk hahahah but I guess it happened only during my stay though... Nevertheless, I would gladly stay here again...Thank you!
