Hotel staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel was little outdated for my liking and wasn't too keen on the room amenities. The location was good and I enjoyed the 93rd National day festive celebrations.

酒店裝璜很不錯，就是很潮濕，每天睡在水裡一樣。早餐也非常一般，沒有太多的選擇。

酒店感覺到一股潮濕的强烈氣味，十分不舒服，而且位置很一般，到商埸要行二十至三十分鐘左右，出入沒太方便

酒店地理位置不錯

It's a very old hotel with just basic amenities. Gym equipment is a decade old totally outdated. Rooms are small with bad smell. Bathroom is really not up to the standards. Bus pick up drop from airport both ways was done in a very old mini bus which was really run down. No curtains to save us from extreme heat from outside. Air conditioning is pathetic. This hotel needs renovation for sure.

Can highly recommend the hotel, everything perfect, reception very friendly, rooms spacious and clean, restruarant very good.

This is my second time to stay in this hotel. My family is used to various budget accommodations, so this hotel is a splurge for us and well worth it. Perhaps more sophisticated people will not find it up to their standards, but for us--my son said it was one of the best parts of the trip. We did not look at the gym or pool or any other other amenities, so I can't say anything about that. The breakfast buffet was fine. On the expensive side, but that was to be expected. The room was spacious, but quite humid. I used to live in Jeddah, so I'm used to the humidity there, but I don't know what hotels here are generally like. This one could have used dehumidifiers, maybe. We were never able to get hot water in the shower. Once we realized that the water handle went "backwards" we were able to get warm water rather than cold, but we never really had a comfortable shower. The Swiss chocolate hour each day at 5 pm (various chocolate goodies with piping hot Saudi coffee) was a real treat! Yes, we'll be back!

Abdullah was very helpful during and took good care of us at check in and other too we checked with a lot of bags and Ahmed was super ! Checkout was smooth with Marayam & nawaf Room 706 was spacious The looks are much better than they look Breakfast was delicious with Rajendra giving us awesome Parathas and other goodies Somwya was very warm at breakfast I would highly recommend the hotel

Very friendly staff. Hanif was great in the restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. Pool area nice. Small but decent gym area. Showers are great. Didn't have a bath bit bathroom area very pleasant. Air conditioning is very powerful. Would recommend.

F&b team was amazing. And Hanif was amazing 😍. Hotel room was amazing and I would love to visit again. It is made totally aesthetic and I had amazing time here. It would be more great if you can add Indian food in breakfast menu. Overall it was good.
