Seaside Cottages and Restaurant

Wonderful food a few steps away from the Le Meridien Mia Khao. Authentic local family restaurant with seafood done perfectly. Well worth the stroll up the beach. Relax on the beach and enjoy some great food. The Sea Bass were awesome, the king prawns melted in our mouths and we wish had found the restaurant earlier in our trip.

We came to the restaurant which is next door to the Melia hotel (where we were staying). We came at least 3 times and had excellent dinners, food consistently good and staff consistently friendly and nice. We had the fish, the squids, the shrimps and the soups were sooo delicious!

Unassuming local restaurant that serves great Thai food by the beach! The restaurant is situated right beside Melia Resort in Mai Khao. Seafood was fresh, food was tasty, staff was really friendly too. Price was fair, less than THB 1,000 for 2 pax. Highly recommend for those who would like to try some great Thai food around Mai Khal beach

We stayed at Melia resort which is next to this restaurant. We had our food included at Melia but still chose the eat here every second night of our stay. The food is affordable, fresh and tastes amazing. The menu is extensive and every meal we had in the 5 nights we ate here was yum. The service was excellent to and the restaurant and bathrooms very clean.

Пять лет назад, в докоронаистерийную эпоху, это был один из двух ресторанчиков на береговой полосе поблизости от D-Varee и Holiday Inn (сейчас Le Meridien) + было еще пять перед входом в Holiday Inn. Тогда это был самый скромный ресторанчик в плане меню. Сейчас он остался один на три отеля (+ Melia). За пять лет заметные изменения в лучшую сторону. Ассортимент в меню увеличился в разы, качество и вкус еды прекрасные, готовят быстро, персонал приветливый. Из минусов - разве что не очень холодное пиво. Цены за пять лет чуть-чуть подросли, но все равно они гораздо ниже, чем в Melia и Le Meridien. В D-Varee цены на питание сравнимы, но гораздо более скромное меню. Даже удивительно, что сюда ходили только из D-Varee и Melia, и ни разу не видел отдыхающих из Le Meridien. Неужели все они ездили в поселок или ели за тройную цену у себя в отеле?

Die Cottages eröffnen erst in der High-Season, aber da das Restaurant direkt neben unserem gelegen ist (Melia) sind wir oft dort zum Essen gewesen. So liebe Menschen, das Essen sehr lecker und der Sundown jeden Tag ein anderes Erlebnis ! Wir haben dort Abends eine fantastische Zeit verbracht!
