Il posto non è male, solo rumoroso perché è vicino alla strada, ma a parte questo è tutto a posto, la receptionist è così gentile che mi piace😊

Paid for a delux room, got one with a dirty bath It wasn't like the room that I paid for in the TRIP.COM WEBSITE.. Very noisy without gpod wifi. Staff aren't that helpful.

We checked in late to an unfriendly girl with no smile who rudely said "we are full!", we then told her we had rooms booked. After checking in we came down and were greeted by another girl that demanded our passports after we already showed them. The place was not clean, my room was loud and I would not recommend this place.

Risposta dalla struttura: rooms are clean service is also good if reception asked you about your passport guest should think good may be they want to recheck and second think hotel is everyday full because of high season in patong. yes its natural the hotel is on road so you will hear car noise this is 3 star hotel but we treat guest friendly with smile treatment is excellent .

This room was far nicer than the first room we were in however the first room also said sea view…..no room in the entire hotel can be sea view. Overall disappointing. This room was mountain view it over looked waste found with a number of cockerels crowing all night!
