Hotel con piscina a Phuket

Location: quite difficult to locate, some bolt drivers got lost trying to find the entrance Check in: was a breeze, but had to pay a deposit of 5000baht which we were not informed of even in trip or confirmation email, i wish this was more transparent. It will only be returned to you during check out after housekeeping staff check your room( it will be deducted any item is damaged or missing) - After check in, shuttle will bring you up as the rooms are location on top, lobby at the bottom of the hill. The shuttle was very dangerous , if you are with luggage, going up the hill theres no buckle to hold on to your luggage if you do not hold on to it tight enough, it will just roll off the shuttle , we were also not warned about the steep slope. ＞ our room was located in the middle of the blocks, so the shuttle dropped us at the bottom and we had to climb the stairs with our luggages, the staff did not want to help us carry at first. - no shelter at all at the lobby, if its raining, then you’ll have to walk under the rain to the shuttle. - you can request the shuttle to drive you from your room to the lobby/vise versa as it is not really convenient with the hill and STEPS. -The first 2 days, staff was fine, all good driving us up and down whenever we called, then out of a sudden, they asked us to use the ‘shortcut’ to our room. Did not specify why, but we rejected after walking the FLOCK OF STAIRS for a day, they were at least 5 stories steep mind you. - if you do not wish to take the stairs, you may walk up/ down the hill, which is VERY dark during night time. Check out: worst day of all, they called your room at 1145 to rush you to check out, said will send a shuttle to OUR ROOM but did not specify which block they will be waiting at, we waited but no one came to our room. After waiting for 5mins? We are unsure if we should carry our luggages up or down to the different pickup point, so i used the staff phone outside to phone the lobby to clarify. The staff answering the phone did not even bother to listen to my question, she just answered, ‘check out? Yes ok we will send a shuttle’ then i asked again, WHICH BLOCK SHOULD I WAIT AT?? And she replied me ‘CHECK OUT YES OR NO?’ I said YES, then she just said OK and ENDED MY CALL. In the end, we had to carry our down luggage, without any help, up the steep stairs, and the shuttle WASN’T even there. We waited for extra 5-10mins before the shuttle came. check out: at the lobby, had to wait 10mins for housekeeping to check our rooms before we can check out successfully and get our deposit back. At the same time I had already feedback my encounter to the manager at the lobby, which said she will take care of if later. She’s fine, she apologized. ＞ and finally it was our turn to collect the deposit, the same lady who pickup and ended my call, called out to me. ‘NI HAO NI HAO( hello hello in mandarin) I was so offended, not every asian looking person can understand mandarin and she could have spoken to me in english cause I spoke to her manager in english right? Its obvious that she did not want to speak to me probably cause i feedback about her. All in all, i will not recommend this hotel. Thank you.

Posizione, dimensioni delle camere, servizio e comfort sono tutti ottimi per il prezzo che stai pagando. Il personale è sempre cordiale e pronto ad aiutare. La vasca da bagno non era nelle migliori condizioni (macchiata e intasata) ma le pulizie l'hanno sbloccata una volta che abbiamo chiamato. Abbiamo anche ucciso due mini scarafaggi nella stanza ma niente di grave. La colazione a buffet ha un'ottima selezione. Ancora una volta, per il prezzo che paghi non puoi migliorare!

Esperienza fantastica, personale cordiale e la posizione è abbastanza centrale. Gli ospiti possono andare in barca alle isole vicine per nuotare, fare snorkeling e rilassarsi sulla spiaggia. Ottimo anche il servizio in camera!

Per la prima volta in tre anni ho scelto Phuket quando sono andato all'estero e ho scelto questo hotel come primo hotel dopo l'atterraggio, sono rimasto davvero piacevolmente sorpreso! Quando ho prenotato la camera, è stato dimostrato che la colazione non era inclusa, inaspettatamente non includeva solo la colazione, ma anche una cena super deliziosa, super invincibile e deliziosa! Lo scenario della colazione è invincibile, la spiaggia è bellissima, la sabbia è finissima e si può fare snorkeling per vedere piccoli pesci, ci sono piccoli granchi sugli scogli ei bambini ne vanno pazzi. Il prezzo della casa è solo nei primi mille! Mille yuan per una bicicletta😹😹😹 è molto più conveniente di Sanya! Oh, a proposito, puoi andare a cena in spiaggia. C'è un ristorante con luci viola nell'hotel vicino. È molto vivace di notte. C'è anche uno spettacolo di fuoco alle nove. Ho visto un singolo spettacolo di fuoco di tre persone in altri luoghi tre anni fa, è molto bello, qui ci sono quattro persone che si esibiscono insieme. Ci sono così tanti trucchi, io e il mio bambino siamo rimasti sbalorditi quando l'abbiamo visto, è così bello!

Hotel molto pulito e pulito. La stanza è stata pulita ogni giorno senza nemmeno chiedere. Il personale è davvero utile. Grande posizione, si può trovare tutto dal cibo, cambio valuta, farmacia, salone per capelli a piedi. Il bagaglio è disponibile per godere della vibrante città senza preoccuparsi per il bagaglio se avete un volo sera/notte da catturare Tornero' certamente a stare con questo hotel.

Buona posizione un po' fuori da Bangla Road ea circa 15-20 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. L'hotel non è proprio sulla strada, è necessario camminare un po'. Il personale nel complesso è stato cordiale. La dimensione della camera era decente. Letto comodo, pressione dell'acqua adeguata e acqua ben riscaldata per le docce. Avevamo una camera d'angolo con un balcone avvolgente..leggera vista sul mare in un angolo. Anche l'aria condizionata era buona. La colazione era al 2° piano caffetteria e non ha accesso all'ascensore (solo scale) quindi non adatto alle persone su sedia a rotelle o anziani. A parte questo, è stato bello che avessero un angolo halal certificato quando abbiamo fatto colazione lì e aveva alcune opzioni. Il bagno era pulito ma durante le nostre 3 notti nessuno spazzolino da denti era fornito con gli articoli da toeletta. Non è stato un grosso problema per noi, anche se solo un po' strano perché questo è solitamente un dato di fatto con gli articoli da toeletta. La tv nella nostra camera aveva una connessione davvero scadente. Non si vedeva molto sullo schermo ma sembrava che tutti i canali locali fossero piaciuti. Non ci siamo lamentati però. Nel complesso ci tornerei probabilmente.

La stanza era confortevole ma c'è un problema con la doccia. L'acqua cambierà in diverse temperature (calda e fredda), quindi potresti fare la doccia con acqua fredda all'inizio e dopo pochi secondi si trasformerà in acqua calda che mi brucia la pelle un paio di volte. Ho contattato l'addetto alla reception e hanno detto che manderanno qualcuno a riparare. Poi di notte, hanno detto che era stato fatto, ma il problema persiste. Non ho evidenziato di nuovo il problema perché era piuttosto fastidioso ed eravamo stanchi

My husband and I wanted to enjoy a one-of-a kind wedding and honeymoon, and we found Keemala. We booked well in advance and found that communication with our wedding planner, Gam, was smooth and efficient. She helped arrange transportation to and from the airport, made sure we had a beautiful room, and walked us through our wedding ceremony, and after wedding events. (She even arranged for the bathtub to have flower petals in it!- very romantic!) Everyone was so pleasant and the room couldn't have been more beautiful. The staff is great, the food is amazing, and the view is breathtaking. I would highly recommend this resort. It's absolutely worth the trip.

L'hotel è bello e molto ben decorato. Molto vicino alla spiaggia di Kata, che per me era perfetto. Non ha dato la posizione un 5 perché è su una bella collina. Sono ok a camminare, ma è piuttosto forte e su una strada senza passeggiata laterale. Può essere un po'dolce se avete figli.

Tranquillo e un ottimo posto per dormire dopo l'allenamento. Ma a 10 minuti a piedi dalla vivace zona del soi. Vicino a Tiger se tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è allenare la ripetizione del sonno.
