L'hotel è molto conveniente, la camera è piccola ma generalmente ha tutto quello che ti serve, tra cui una bella vista dalla finestra e un colazione che ti porta ad un altro hotel all'altra estremità del villaggio (eppure le bevande gratuite non sono incluse nel colazione, significa che dovrai pagare anche per una tazza di caffè: non dimenticate di portare la vostra borsa al colazione!). Tuttavia, c'è un grave problema che mi renderebbe non restare più in questo hotel. Le pareti sono fatte come se fossero fatte di carta. Se un vicino mette la musica alle 1:00, la sentirai come se fosse nella tua stanza. Ho dovuto colpire la porta successiva per chiedere ai vicini di fermare la musica. Mi hanno svegliato! Inoltre, non c'è ”privacy” essenzialmente, poiché le porte della stanza hanno un buco al fondo come un dito. La notte si può vedere la luce dal corridoio e in generale si può guardare nella stanza attraverso un buco simile. Non menzionare i problemi di controllo del suono.

All the staffs were very friendly, and the facilities were all clean and well maintained. The gym is nearby the hotel, it takes 2' to walk to there. Breakfast is worth the price, and they have a lot of healthy drink and breakfast options

La camera è pulita, grande e silenziosa. Quando sono andato, non ho potuto usare la piscina sul lato Oasis perché era in riparazione. Anche nella stessa serie Vinpearl, è difficile usare un passeggino tra i resort, quindi dovresti sempre controllare l'orario del bus navetta prima di spostarti. A parte questo, il resto è stato soddisfacente. La colazione non era gustosa come previsto. Tuttavia, sono disposto a visitare di nuovo la prossima volta che visito.

Sono rimasto molto colpito dal servizio dell'hotel. Le camere sono esattamente come descritte. All'interno dell'hotel ci sono molte attività da fare. Personalmente siamo andati alla jacuzzi e alla sauna e l'abbiamo trovato molto rilassante. La camera da letto era pulita e gli addetti alla reception erano tutti gentili. HHeikoAbsolutely fantastic stay! Gorgeous hotel, very clean and lots of greenery. Right on the beach, which is maintained very well. Breakfast is potentially the best we've ever had, so much choice! Very helpful staff and a great clean pool. Activities like free yoga on certain days, airport shuttle for free and lots of restaurants and laundry places around. 10 min from the city centre by car. We loved it so much, we didn't want to leave and will tell everyone about it!

SSooonneWir haben zuvor schon 6 Nächste ”in dieser Ecke” im Coco Palm verbracht und sind zum Ende für unsere letzten 6 Nächte zurück nach Ong Lang und haben uns für das Kingo entschieden. Es liegt nicht direkt am Strand (mehr zum Strand lest ihr in der Coco Palm Bewertung) aber es hat eine herrliche ruhige und versteckte Lage. Mit dem Roller gar kein Problem. Es gibt zwei Wege von denen man das Kingo anfahren kann. Wir empfehlen den Weg vom Elwood Resort aus, da es schneller, kürzer und auch die Straße besser ist. Es gibt kostenlose Fahrräder, einen Kostenlosen One-way Shuttel-Service von ODER zum Flughafen und einen kostenlosen Bobby-Car Service für die umliegenden 1-2 Kilometer. Das Frühstück ist lohnenswert und sehr entspannt. Leider auch hier nur bis 10 Uhr. Bei der Ankunft wurde wir in einen Private Garden Bungalow geführt, hatten jedoch einen Bungalow am Pool gebucht (diese sind einfach größer und nochmal hübscher in Bad und Zimmer--entsprechend zahlt man etwas mehr) -es wäre wohl nicht das erste mal gewesen das die Buchungsagentur das falsch übermittelt hat, wie wir erfahren haben. Es musste also erstmal geklärt werden.. ging am Ende aber gut aus. Wir haben nochmal 20 Min. gewartet und dann den ursprünglich gebuchten Bungalow bezogen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Bad auch schön groß mit Dusche und Wanne. Alles sehr sauber! Leider sind die Pool Bungalows Doppelhälften und EXTREM hellhörig. Wenn man sich mit den Türen von Bad und Bungalow keine Mühe gibt ( bzw auch die Nachbarn), dann sitzt man morgens direkt im Bett oder lauscht den Diskussionen der Nachbarn). Das ist aber auch schon das einzige was es auszusetzen gibt. Mir war die Matratze etwas zu hart (hatte mich die 5 Nächste zuvor im Lahana schon mit dem Brett von einem Bett gequält), weshalb es ab der 2. Nacht einen Topper gab... und schwupps, alles war super. Das Resort hatte nicht so viele aber oft wechselnde Gäste zu unserer Zeit, was natürlich sehr angenehm war! Der Poolbereich war ruhig, sehr gepflegt (wie die ganze Anlage) und lädt wirklich zum entspannen ein, wenn da nicht der Strand in der Nähe wäre :) -für unseren Abreisetag aber perfekt. Wir hätten trotz Leerstand die Hälfte vom Zimmerpreis zahlen müssen, wenn wir 3 Std länger drin bleiben wollten, weshalb wir das Gepäck an der Rezeption geparkt und im Gym abschließend geduscht haben (ach ja, der Fitnessraus ist ein Abstellraum und taugt nicht wirklich was... nutzt aber auch keiner). So lies es sich noch prima bis zum Abend aushalten, auch ohne Zimmer. Ein fehlendes Entgegenkommen was wir schon oft anders erlebt haben aber ok.. Business bleibt Business.. da ist man hier eben straight. Das Restaurant war uns zu teuer, da gibt es genügend in der Umgebung, auf die man ausweichen kann. Es sind viele kleine Leguane und Eidechsen, Geckos, Schmetterlinge, Schnecken und so weiter unterwegs. Es ist wirklich richtig schön und ruhig hier. YYaWent there for our babymoon. And really enjoyed our stay there. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was quick and amenities in room was good. Soap and shampoo had a nice scent. The view from our room was spectacular especially when its sunset. Make sure to enjoy the daily choc hour at 3.30pm. Breakfast spread was adequate, they will rotate for the asian section, for the continental will stay the same. U can get a barista to make u coffee and order your eggs. I really looked forward to breakfast everyday.
We also went to the spa. It was phenomenal. The staff named Huang was very helpful, she speaks good english and even recommended us food to eat. For a 5 star hotel the spa price was very reasonable and u get to use the sauna and jacuzzi too.
There is a kids friendly foam party every saturday and it was great for families! The dj played songs for the kids like baby shark and they even had a special performance, the music then evolved to adults genre. So its a good mix for all.
I even visited the lounge area which had a pool table, foosball table and a seated football table.
I would say staying at movenpick was a good choice. The price is reasonable and its a pretty decent hotel. Its not a super huge facility but adequate for a short stay, we stayed for 4 nights.
Just bare in mind the location is about 25mins from town where the night market is located. But I didnt mind it so much as we just booked a grab e hailing service if we needed to head out.
If you dont have anything planned, checked the activities that they have at the hotel on the telly. They had some weaving classes, yoga and workout classes when we were around.
Make sure to use the shuttle bus service to the airport, when we arrive we used a small bus and when we were leaving they arranged a MPV car. Just remember to email the hotel in advance of your flight details.

UUtente ospiteThis trip was our first time ever visiting Vietnam. The trip was tiring but as soon as we arrived the property, we got excited and was amazed by the layout and the beauty of the resort. The first impression is very important. At the front desk, we were greeted by Ms. Trinh Ho. We were greeted with a warm smile and she checked on our well being and asked us about ourselves. She then gave us her personal contact to reach out for any assistance for our convenience. We checked in at about 6-7 in the morning but she was still replying to our texts throughout the day until 11 in the evening, giving us recommendations and information and assiting with reservations. She reserved a table for us at Lua Grill&Bar and thats where we met the wonderful team. We witnessed the team surprise a couple with a cake singing happy birthday with big smiles on their faces and their joy was contagious. No matter where you go, there is always a warm smile. All of the food we ordered was delicious. We ordered the mango raw papaya & prawn salad and the Phu Quoc herring fish salad for starters and to be honest, I am mildly allergic to seafood and I would get a rash so I often avoid it. My partner loves seafood so I was willing to try it and I have no regrets. It was delicious and definetly worth the rash! We then met Ms. Cuc (or Pheobe). She was very attentive and polite! She would clear the table as soon as we finished our meals and would regularly check our satisfaction. We had a nice conversation with Cuc where we introduced ourselves, shared our experiences and backgrounds. During our talk, I suddenly recalled she had a conversation with the couple next to us and it impressed me because it showed how she loves to get to know her guests better and build a connection with them. She is very motivated and determined to improve her language skills as she is proactive with guest interaction . She is truly an asset to the team! During our stay we had our breakfast at the Bay Kitchen which was always something for us to look forward to. There was a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. On our last day, we met Mr. Duy. We shared a lot of our ourselves and he would also regularly check our satifaction and recommended the food we should try and some vietnamese coffee. He has been in the hotel industry for more than a decade and it is truly inspiring to see someone find their passion. First time in Vietnam and definitely not the last! The team especially Ms. Trinh, Ms. Cuc and Mr. Duy took great care of us during our stay and truly represent Vietnam. They are the embodiment of the company's values. Thank you for everything!

Dopo le Maldive , la Thailandia , la Malaysia , Andaman , Sri Lanka , Goa e Kerala siamo finiti in Phu quock Vietnam . La stanza ha una vista così sorprendente sull'oceano che non ci piaceva andare a fare alcuna attività per un giorno intero . È possibile solo sedersi e rilassarsi nella stanza e guardare il sole mentre rulla in letto. E l'esperienza del tubo di bagno è stata anche sorprendente con una vista così grande e efficace i sali di bagno e si sdraiano su bevande raffreddate . Potremmo sentirci paeci da dentro Se volete rilassarsi e prendere solo una pausa dalla vostra vita occupata è perfetto L'hotel è anche situato nella zona principale dell'isola da dove tutto il giorno di attività raccoglie si verifica . Molto vicino al mercato notturno passeggiabile distanza. È a nord e sud dell'isola dove si può piacere visitare . Il personale era molto amichevole e pronto a aiutare in qualsiasi modo sia prenotare la nostra tour di immersione , organizzare una bicicletta , scambio di denaro o organizzare per cibo puro vega che non è facilmente disponibile in Vietnam . Solo il ritiro sarebbe che non ha accesso diretto a una spiaggia di Sandy ma le viste più che compensare per questo Tuttavia la spiaggia lunga è molto vicina . Tutto in un'ottima esperienza

Ero estremamente eccitato per il nostro viaggio in arrivo e così guardando in attesa dopo un mese di viaggio intorno al Vietnam. Non ha rispettato le mie aspettative nel minimo. I buoni punti, la camera era spaziosa e pulita, come il bagno e l'hotel è in una grande posizione per catturare il sole, eccetto che tutto il resto era estremamente deludente. Il colazione era caotico, non sono mai stato in un hotel dove ho dovuto condividere una tavola con altri residenti. Ma non ci sono abbastanza tavoli. Lo stesso vale per i letti solari intorno alla piscina e sulla spiaggia, anche asciugamani. Non abbastanza per servire 117 camere. La spiaggia di Sunset non offre la possibilità di pagare la vostra stanza, quindi è necessario portare con voi un biglietto o un biglietto per tutto il tempo. Anche noi siamo stati fatti regolare ogni giro dopo che sono stati consegnati e non poteva fare una scheda. Il personale del bar era incredibilmente lento nel fornire bevande, e gli ordini erano dimenticati o sbagliati. Il discorso di incendio, che è stato inviato come intrattenimento, è stato estremamente rilevante, in quanto i membri del pubblico sono stati incoraggiati a partecipare a spiare spirito metilato fuori. OOLEKSANDRAI had a conflict with this hotel, I didn’t stay there and my money was not refunded. When I tried to report this to trip.com service team and they contacted the manager, the manager made up some details of our conflict, lied to trip.com that I “shouted loudly and scolded the staff”, which is absolute nonsense. The thing is the receptionist who is the only staff member left the hotel, while i was waiting for him to give me motorbike for rent, which has been agreed before. He didn’t say a word to me, he just disappeared. Later , when I contacted the hotel by number from their business card, the other person has told me, that the receptionist is her husband and he went to another hotel to help other guests check in. They have several hotels and don’t have staff, so the receptionist guy does shuttle runs between hotels. Just for the note, the description of the hotel says 24 hours front desk. Empty front desk.
The biggest problem is that the manager, the wife of the receptionist, has told trip.com that I was being impolite, because I made my decision to not stay at the hotel, where I would constantly need to wait for the service (due to their problems of staff shortage). And she lied, said I was yelling at staff. Which staff, I don’t know. The guy, who btw doesn’t even speak English, was not there. How could I yell to anyone, if I was all alone at the lobby waiting for the receptionist. And when I realized, this hotel is not where I would be comfortable, I cancelled the booking and I told the manager that I did so. And left the key. I wouldn’t think I won’t be able to get my money back.
The manager is a liar.
And they didn’t give me refund.
