Hotel in zona Vườn Lan Ngô Ba, Phu Quoc Island

La stanza è pulita, le mutandine e il letto sono idonei ai miei requisiti. Le cameriere e le cameriere che abbiamo incontrato Ahri, Ken, Neil e Leo sono molto gentili, spiegano molto dettagli a noi, tutto eccellente per la nostra famiglia, ci riferiremo ai nostri amici di venire qui per visitare questo bel posto.

Siamo rimasti in una delle bungalow appena tornati dalla spiaggia per 7 notti nel nuovo anno. L'amo - ha la viva tropicale fredda che cerchiamo. La struttura è situata in una posizione ideale nei pressi di bar e ristoranti, nonché di tutto quello che vi serve sulla via d'uscita e sulla strada principale. L'unico nitpick è il colazione è un po' stanco nella sua semplicità, ma chi se ne frega!

Abbiamo soggiornato solo 1 notte. Ma devo dare a AQUASUN hotel a Phu Quoc una valutazione di 5 stelle su tutto il tavolo: 5 stelle posizione - centro di Duong Dong e vicino alla spiaggia, 5 stelle per la comodità del personale e l'aiuto, 5 stelle per la pulizia, 5 stelle per una camera accogliente, 5 stelle per una vista eccellente sulla piscina al tetto e 5 stelle per colazione a buffet e a la carta.

Went there for our babymoon. And really enjoyed our stay there. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was quick and amenities in room was good. Soap and shampoo had a nice scent. The view from our room was spectacular especially when its sunset. Make sure to enjoy the daily choc hour at 3.30pm. Breakfast spread was adequate, they will rotate for the asian section, for the continental will stay the same. U can get a barista to make u coffee and order your eggs. I really looked forward to breakfast everyday. We also went to the spa. It was phenomenal. The staff named Huang was very helpful, she speaks good english and even recommended us food to eat. For a 5 star hotel the spa price was very reasonable and u get to use the sauna and jacuzzi too. There is a kids friendly foam party every saturday and it was great for families! The dj played songs for the kids like baby shark and they even had a special performance, the music then evolved to adults genre. So its a good mix for all. I even visited the lounge area which had a pool table, foosball table and a seated football table. I would say staying at movenpick was a good choice. The price is reasonable and its a pretty decent hotel. Its not a super huge facility but adequate for a short stay, we stayed for 4 nights. Just bare in mind the location is about 25mins from town where the night market is located. But I didnt mind it so much as we just booked a grab e hailing service if we needed to head out. If you dont have anything planned, checked the activities that they have at the hotel on the telly. They had some weaving classes, yoga and workout classes when we were around. Make sure to use the shuttle bus service to the airport, when we arrive we used a small bus and when we were leaving they arranged a MPV car. Just remember to email the hotel in advance of your flight details.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was delightful, and the aesthetic appeal of the hotel created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The receptionist was incredibly kind and friendly, making check-in a breeze and ensuring I felt welcome throughout my stay. While the location is slightly removed from the bustling city center, the stunning views and peaceful environment more than made up for it. I truly enjoyed the serenity and natural beauty surrounding the hotel. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, which added to my overall comfort. Every aspect of my stay was enjoyable and interesting, leaving me with wonderful memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant getaway.

All'alloggio economico della città di calcio, la ricezione ci ha dato una stanza in una stanza che può vedere il fuoco. La stanza è molto spaziosa. L'hotel è molto conveniente, la camera è piccola ma generalmente ha tutto quello che ti serve, tra cui una bella vista dalla finestra e un colazione che ti porta ad un altro hotel all'altra estremità del villaggio (eppure le bevande gratuite non sono incluse nel colazione, significa che dovrai pagare anche per una tazza di caffè: non dimenticate di portare la vostra borsa al colazione!). Tuttavia, c'è un grave problema che mi renderebbe non restare più in questo hotel. Le pareti sono fatte come se fossero fatte di carta. Se un vicino mette la musica alle 1:00, la sentirai come se fosse nella tua stanza. Ho dovuto colpire la porta successiva per chiedere ai vicini di fermare la musica. Mi hanno svegliato! Inoltre, non c'è ”privacy” essenzialmente, poiché le porte della stanza hanno un buco al fondo come un dito. La notte si può vedere la luce dal corridoio e in generale si può guardare nella stanza attraverso un buco simile. Non menzionare i problemi di controllo del suono.

Pros: - good location, walking distance to Grand World - low price, best if you don’t spend much time at the hotel and mostly out and about - clean and modern decor Cons: - no aircon in corridor and elevator, it can be very uncomfortable to step in the elevator on hot days - no room service, no service at pool area, no option to pay for food and beverage at check out. - minibar is empty, instant coffee and tea bags are available yet no milk. When we requested milk for our cup of tea, the reception staff advised we would need to go to the bar (ground floor) to purchase milk at own cost. Milk is essential and it has always been provided free of charge wherever we’ve been (Bali, Singapore, Australia, etc.) - mid-stay ROOM INSPECTION. This is very UNPLEASANT practice to Westerners and should be stopped. Not sure if this is normal in Vietnam, but it is very displeasing and annoying to us (Australians). We often stayed a few weeks to months in Bali and other Asian countries, we’ve never had room inspection where 2 staff entered our room, 1 of them walked around the room pretending to check the skirting board with a screwdriver while the other was casing the room (it was obvious that they wanted to check to room). - poor English proficiency. Only one reception staff can speak English well, the rest of the staff don’t. My husband was quite frustrated during our stay because he couldn’t communicate with staff. We’ve stayed in Bali and other Asian countries, all of their staff are fluent in English including security and housekeeping staff. - lack of attention to food safety. Signage is very small. No cover when the meals bought outside to the pool area. Food was not kept at optimum temperature can cause bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness. - lack of knowledge about beverage. Staff didn’t understand my husband’s order of Bourbon + Cola (very common drinks to Westerners) and advised they don’t have Bourbon. When my husband went to the bar with the staff, there was a big Bourbon bottle sitting on the shelf! - lack of customer service. Staff was not attentive to customers, my husband had to walked to the restaurant to get staff attention when we wanted food and drinks while we were at the pool. Staff should walk around and simply check in with customers. Staff didn’t greet customers when they walk past, again when we were in Bali and other Asian countries, their staff (everyone including housekeeping staff) always said good morning, good afternoon or good evening. - FACIAL BIOMETRICS RECOGNITION was an entry requirement to enter buffet breakfast. This should be disclosed in booking description including third-party websites like Agoda, Booking.com, etc. No information on Facial Biometrics Recognition are found anywhere or has ever been communicated to us prior to checking in. If we have known, we would stay elsewhere for sure (we will request that our data are permanently deleted from their system and we suggest that you do the sam

La camera è pulita, grande e silenziosa. Quando sono andato, non ho potuto usare la piscina sul lato Oasis perché era in riparazione. Anche nella stessa serie Vinpearl, è difficile usare un passeggino tra i resort, quindi dovresti sempre controllare l'orario del bus navetta prima di spostarti. A parte questo, il resto è stato soddisfacente. La colazione non era gustosa come previsto. Tuttavia, sono disposto a visitare di nuovo la prossima volta che visito.

L'hotel/villa si trova al nord dell'isola più vicino alle altre attrazioni Vinworld come safari, parco di divertimento, grande mondo ecc. Ma è lontano dal centro della città dove si divertono. Il servizio è mediocre considerando il prezzo pagato. La spiaggia è pulita e pulita. La parte peggiore è stata la pulizia della villa dopo che siamo partiti. Ci sorprendevamo di vedere che non si preoccupavano mai di pulire la piscina. Anche gli utensili di base della villa erano carichi. Il cibo nel ristorante aveva opzioni vegetariane limitate. Tutti i servizi aggiuntivi erano molto prezzi. E' un passaggio da parte mia.
