Hotel JW Marriott a Phu Quoc Island

I honestly haven't written a travel review in the 10 years that I have been using Trip but this recent experience at JW Marriott deserves high recognition. Upon arrival to the resort we were greeted by Guest services and checked in promptly with refreshment drink and an overview of the amazing hotel. Then we took a buggy with Astrid around the premises and she gave us a through backstory to the hotel and its motif! She was very knowledgable and informative and answered all of our questions! Then she gave us a tour of our amazing room with beach front access from the patio doorway! It was amazing. The resort was perfect! We spent so much time exploring the different schools and restaurants and really enjoyed All of your restaurants. Then we met Hubert at Tempus Fugit and he was really kind and welcoming! Later into our stay we met Ellie who helped us at every turn and on our last day all three of the staff bid us adeau with wonderful gifts but more importantly the brightened our experience with their kindness and friendly smiles!!! Astrid, Ellie and Hubert really made the trip for us and we will most definitely be staying here on our subsequent visits !!! Thank you for the wonderful time you guys!!!!!
