Cinque stelle su tutto, ma lascio anche qualche commento imparziale per tutti, l'esperienza complessiva è stata ottima, la prima scelta a Phu Quoc: Posizione: L'ho confrontato con il JW Marriott, e il Regent si trova in una posizione centrale, più vicino all'aeroporto (15 minuti di auto). È anche più vicino allo zoo nel nord e alla spiaggia di Starfish. Il JW Marriott si trova circa 20 km più a sud, più vicino ad attrazioni meridionali come la funivia e Sunset Town. Entrambi offrono ottime viste sul mare, ma preferisco la posizione delle camere del Regent. Praticamente, le camere con vista mare sono direttamente di fronte all'oceano, e si può godere di un tramonto mozzafiato dalla propria stanza. Le strutture circostanti non sono così comode come quelle del JW. Uscendo dal JW si trovano un negozio di alimentari, una farmacia e una strada ben attrezzata con massaggi vietnamiti per la testa e body spa. Uscendo dal retro del Regent, c'è un piccolo negozio di alimentari e una spa. Diciamo che è sufficiente. Quando si esce, ad esempio per andare a Sunset Town, ci sono molti negozi. Se si vuole rimanere in hotel, non c'è molto altro di cui aver bisogno... Paesaggio e design delle aree comuni: Il design delle aree comuni dell'hotel è bellissimo. Che si tratti della piscina familiare o della Sky Pool all'ottavo piano (i bambini non sono ammessi), sono entrambe molto eleganti e imponenti. Al piano terra c'è un'area per bambini, con animatrici che giocano con i piccoli e insegnano loro a fare lavoretti. La spiaggia al tramonto è imbattibile! Ho scattato molte foto dei famosi tramonti di Phu Quoc, sono davvero bellissimi e perfetti per una passeggiata. Anche la vegetazione delle aree comuni è fantastica, e all'ingresso e all'uscita qualcuno controlla sempre le tessere magnetiche delle camere, garantendo sicurezza e privacy. Camera: Stile lussuoso e sobrio, la camera è molto nuova, luminosa di giorno e spaziosa con un buon layout. L'unico neo è che nelle camere con letto matrimoniale, la stanza e il bagno sono comunicanti, quindi ci si può vedere a vicenda. Se si fa un bagno, la vasca e la scrivania sono visibili l'una dall'altra, il che rende difficile avere privacy. Il WC e la doccia, invece, sono posizionati più in profondità nel bagno, garantendo maggiore privacy. Un altro grande vantaggio della camera è il grande balcone esterno con un divano chaise longue, dove ci si può sdraiare per leggere un libro, usare il telefono o ammirare il tramonto. C'è anche una piccola scrivania per lavorare con una vista mozzafiato sul mare, ahahah... Il Wi-Fi è forte in tutta la camera, non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi affatto. Se c'è l'opzione del minibar incluso, allora la sua dotazione è davvero ricca, dalle bevande agli snack, sufficienti sia per il consumo in camera che per portarli fuori. La camera viene pulita una volta al giorno, sia di giorno che di notte. Al tempo stesso, il mio unico inconveniente è stato che la porta della mia camera era difettosa e non si chiudeva automaticamente, dovevo tirarla a mano. Ho anche notato che una volta, dopo la pulizia, la porta non era stata chiusa bene, e quando sono tornato l'ho trovata leggermente aperta... Mi sono spaventato e ho avvisato la reception... Ristorazione: Il cibo del ristorante è davvero ottimo! A colazione, oltre ai deliziosi pho vietnamiti e ai sandwich vietnamiti, si possono ordinare vari tipi di omelette fresche, shakshuka, uova alla Benedict, ecc., scansionando un codice QR. La cucina vietnamita è anche molto apprezzata. La sera, il ristorante occidentale è eccellente (le foto non mentono, ho fotografato il cibo più di ogni altra cosa). Scegliere il pacchetto hotel di Ctrip che include la ristorazione (colazione completa più un pranzo o una cena) è molto conveniente. La ristorazione dell'hotel è ottima, ma i prezzi sono cari come quelli degli hotel di lusso in patria e all'estero. Con questo pacchetto si può scegliere gratuitamente una cena di tre portate (il pranzo di solito si fa fuori mentre si visita), alcune pietanze più costose richiedono un supplemento, ma le opzioni del menu di tre portate del ristorante sono disponibili in due ristoranti e sono tutte ottime. Servizio: Il personale del ristorante è molto gentile ed educato, ma bisogna prestare attenzione ai dettagli. Oltre al fatto che, come ho detto prima, dopo la pulizia la porta non è stata chiusa, al momento del check-out, dato che era mattina presto, il personale della reception ha quasi rimborsato la cauzione sulla carta di credito di un altro ospite. Ho insistito per verificare le ultime cifre della carta prima del rimborso! (È stato solo durante l'operazione che ho notato che le ultime cifre e il tipo di carta non corrispondevano, e mi sono reso conto che stavo per rimborsare qualcun altro). Forse perché non ci sono molti hotel di lusso a Phu Quoc, e il personale ha complessivamente meno esperienza, quindi bisogna essere più indulgenti e aiutare a prestare attenzione ad alcuni dettagli. Concierge: Il servizio concierge non è uno a uno, ma un account WeChat ufficiale con personale disponibile 24 ore su 24 a turni, in modo che se si ha un'esigenza improvvisa non ci si senta in colpa di disturbare un singolo concierge in qualsiasi momento. Rispondono a tutte le domande, sia in inglese che in cinese, e sono molto responsabili, gentili ed educati. Punti extra: Solo il Regent Hotel a Phu Quoc offre l'attività in barca a vela al tramonto! Il costo è di 4,9 milioni di dong vietnamiti a persona, circa 1300 RMB. La barca a vela salpa lentamente per quattro ore per ammirare il famoso tramonto. Purtroppo questa volta, a causa di un raffreddore, l'ho persa. In generale, se dovessi tornare, sceglierei comunque il Regent, dato che, come è noto, la cosa più fastidiosa e frustrante di Phu Quoc sono le varie esperienze e servizi di ingresso e uscita dall'aeroporto... Ma una volta sull'isola, è molto confortevole. È meglio trovare un hotel piacevole con una bella vista e buon cibo per riposarsi. Grazie Regent per la meravigliosa esperienza, ci vediamo la prossima volta!

Camera confortevole, cibo delizioso, ambiente piacevole, SPA rilassante e bambini felici. Tutto perfetto, cinque stelle!

È un posto molto bello per rilassarsi. Servizio eccellente, piscina privata, sarebbe perfetto se ci fosse l'opzione piscina riscaldata, soprattutto perché di notte fa molto freddo. Io e mia moglie ci siamo divertiti molto al Regent, offrono anche lezioni di yoga di gruppo.

L'hardware, le infrastrutture e la posizione dell'hotel sono molto buoni, ma il livello del servizio purtroppo non è all'altezza, con parecchi difetti logistici o disattenzioni. Nel complesso è comunque piacevole.

The facilities and service of the hotel is simply the best. You can enjoy the panoramic view from the gym and swimming pool which is on the 8th and 10th floor. The rice market restaurant offers wide range of breakfast. And the coffee is simply the best! They have turn down/bath butler service as well. You wouldn’t want to end your stay there!

The stay was amazing although it rains almost everyday but staying in the resort solve all the problems ❤️

We truly enjoyed the stay At regent Phu quoc although it was monsoon season but we still managed to see beautiful sunset. Room is spacious and the staffs are all very friendly and welcoming

Everything was perfect! The service was excellent – the staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious with a great variety of options. Kids club was amazing. The atmosphere in the hotel was wonderful and relaxing. The best resort in Phu Quoc, huge compound and beautifully designed, the room is so spacious and comfortable, food outlets across the resort are amazing taste with fresh ingredients. Breakfast has excellent selection and quality. Impeccable service from the team, I am really enjoyed my stay, definitely will be back for longer stay!

A Wonderful Stay at Regent Phu Quoc It’s been two weeks since we came back, and I finally have time to write this review. But the good memories are still fresh. My husband and I stayed at Regent Phu Quoc for 3 nights in a 1 King Bed Ocean View Suite on the 6th floor. It rained from time to time during our stay, but we still enjoyed the beautiful room and the ocean view. We also had a chance to walk along the beach. The sand was soft and fine, and the beach was very nice. But what impressed us the most was the service. From the moment we checked in, Mr. John and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. My husband has traveled all over the world, and he said that Regent Phu Quoc was one of the best hotels he has ever stayed at when it comes to service. He was really impressed. The breakfast was also amazing. There was a great variety of food, including Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Western food. Everything we tried was delicious, but my favorite was the congee. I had it every morning! 😄 The coconut coffee was also very good. We also enjoyed the Regent Club for one day. It was open from 7 AM until 10 PM. The food and snacks were nice, although the selection was a little smaller and the space was smaller than some other hotel clubs we have visited. But the champagne was excellent and available without limit, and the cocktails were really good. We also had dinner at Rice Farm, the hotel’s restaurant serving local food. I really liked the fresh herbal aroma in the dishes. When we told Mr. Nam, the manager, that we loved the herbal aroma, he kindly made a cocktail for us using the same herb. That was such a nice and thoughtful touch. We were very impressed by everyone at the hotel, including the housekeeping team. Everyone was kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Thank you to the whole Regent Phu Quoc team for making our stay so special. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely love to come back again! ❤️
