15mins from most of the famous restaurants but close to shopping mall. The room is clean and new. But it looks more like an apartment than a hotel. If you give good review will get free drink

Location near Central Ayutthaya and most of the favorite restaurants. We doubt that only when you put "please help to tidy room" sign. Otherwise, no cleaning up will be carry out.

Have a nice stay here. The bed is very comfortable. We had a lunch at Chedilicious and the food were very delicious.

Great location and facilities. The breakfast was very excellent with a variety of food. Staffs were very helpful and nice. Very clean and new, recommended!!!

S3 hotel apartments is very new and very clean, I stay for 5 days and had a good time here. The only complaint I have there is no English Channel TV, all channels are Thai. Breakfast can be improved, almost the same items.

The location is ok and there's free parking. Several shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The pool is really nice and the room was also ok. We would have liked some soap and furniture for the balcony, but other than that nothing to complain about. You can hear the people in the hallway, but it was quiet.
