Hotel in zona Otaravatey Pagoda, Phnom Penh

Siamo stati qui a causa del check-out posticipato e della navetta per l'aeroporto. L'albergo è pulito. Il servizio è buono. È in una posizione centrale. La selezione della colazione ha molte opzioni cinesi. Nessuna stazione di frittata. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel se siete diretti all'aeroporto. Sfortunatamente, durante la colazione molti ospiti hanno scelto di girarsi e fissarci mentre cercavamo di fare colazione e lo Sky bar era chiuso. Sono indeciso se ritornare per un soggiorno a meno che non sia diretto all'aeroporto.

L'hotel è molto pulito, la camera è anche molto grande, e molto vicino all'aeroporto, l'hotel ha anche un trasferimento aereo gratuito.Il giorno dopo, è davvero conveniente per il volo! Il capo del personale è molto amichevole!E tutti diranno cinese, lasciando che i turisti cinesi siano a casa  ～

Imagine tropical oasis meets concrete jungle. The hotel feels like a maze but in a good way. I had one of THE best massages I’ve ever had at the spa and loved ALL of their pools. You’re spoilt for choice. I wish I had more time to spend there.

È aperto solo due mesi fa, quindi è di nuovo. Il cibo nel ristorante è fantastico e il prezzo è molto ragionevole. Situato nel centro della città. È molto conveniente per noi visitare il centro e tutte le attrazioni turistiche. Ha una camera molto modernizzata. Il condizionamento dell'aria è così potente, i letti sono così comodi. Ci sono così tanti uscite che posso caricare il mio telefono cellulare e tutti gli altri dispositivi elettrici. Le strutture sono di buona qualità. Raccomando vivamente Novotel bkk. Opposite AEON 1 for nice shopping and eating. There are 3 AEON malls in Phnom Penh now. Tuktuk booked via an app costs 6,000 Riels to Night Market. The Reception lady is so sweet. She booked me a tuktuk and I paid by cash directly to the driver. Thank you very much. From my memory Reception staff doesn’t work from 3am to 8am. Room is large and things are made from high quality materials. I love the pool on 41th floor. Breathtaking river views and city views up there. The restaurant is on the same floor so we walked pass it to use the pool. No other guests were there when both of us swam. Pool opens from 7am. Small changing room and toilet are near the pool. Fitness Room is on 7th floor. High quality and great services. No one was there when we worked out. After the guest finishes using the walking machine and sweats, a male staff comes to wipe the machine. Very good! Towels are readily available for guests to use both in the Fitness Room and Pool. The checked in and out were smooth. They returned the 50 USD deposit in both USD and Riel. In other cities, a room like this often costs 70 USD. Here the price is very good. The building is Celeste Building opposite Sofitel and AEON and we walked through it to the next building to see SF Hotel table in the corner. Excellent value for money. Btw it was Caesar Hotel before so room amenities and towels have that brand. Room is a bit wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Air con takes a long time to cool the room as they has a cover in front of it to avoid direct air flow to the bed. Carpeted walk way from elevator to the rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and wish to come back to swim again.

The hotel is just few years old, modern decor with good bed, balcony, fridge, kettle and it is clean. Next door is a restaurant where breakfast is served as well as lunch or evening meal. It is in a quiet location giving good night sleep. If you prefer to eat elsewhere there are plenty of places nearby. Based short tuctuc ride from the airport. Definitely value for money, I will be returning.

Only stayed 2 nights but was nice enough. Clean and friendly. Breakfast was good. Staff very politeand helpful. Quite far from city centre. It says half hour drive but with traffic can take 1hr. Close to airport

The room was magnificent. The pool was small and quaint. The gym is very good. Staff were very kind and helpful. They printed ticket information. I needed for my Tour. I had a very difficult first day in Cambodia, but the Bali hotel staff really helped me through it. Thank you to the staff of the Bali Hotel.

Even though trip.com page shows that they provide free air port pickup and transport, they never replied our airport pick up request and no one provided airport pickup. And there is no FREE airport transfer, tuktuk charged us 2 usd, no car transfer was available even though we requested airport transfer when we checked in(trip.com mentions they provide free Honda car free transfer). It's very difficult to cross the road until the airport, so you need to arrange the transfer. Room is clean, food is nice but really bad service like cheating. You can't find this hotel in grab and Google map with name in trip.com, you need to search it with California international.

Absolutely basic room what is necessary for staying at night in a dry and closed place. There wasn't electricity during the night, but maybe only that night... If you need a hotel close to the airport in Phnom Penh, this is the best choice.
