Penso che sia un capo cinese. Mi sembra di essere ancora in Cina nel loro appartamento. È tutto in cinese. Ho sentito dire che è la prima volta che vivo in casa loro. La reception mi ha effettivamente spostato in una suite executive. Oh, sto andando. La cucina e tutte le lavatrici self-service vanno lodate! Al piano di sotto c'è un supermercato aperto 24 ore su 24 e puoi anche giocare a golf al secondo piano. Sono andato a cercare il tè quando gli ospiti sono arrivati a mezzogiorno. Ho chiesto alla reception. C'è una sala da tè, che è molto comoda. Sembra che potrò vivere qui quando tornerò al lavoro.

I had the most wonderful weekend at the Himawari Hotel and Apartments. I stayed at one of the newly renovated rooms and it was really great! I had a nice view of the Mekong river. The showers have good water pressure too. I was also impressed at the staff of the hotel. Incredibly polite and courteous, which put a smile on my face always. As a return guest, I was so pleased that some of the longer serving staff remembered me! It made me feel at home and that Himawari is one big family ❤️ I’ve always enjoyed my meals at the Oyster restaurant too. Buffet breakfast always excellent, as well as their regular menu. My favorite are the fish and chips (as good as any high end restaurants I’ve been too) and the beef Lok Lak over rice. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the Himawari when you’re visiting Phnom Penh. I’ll be looking forward to returning in the future!

We reserved a suite and a connecting room for our children. It felt as if we were in a flat. We stayed one week. We asked for a view on the Royal Palace, which I highly recommend. Hotel is very new and extremely comfortable and luxurious, staff very friendly and professional. Special mention for Sotheavy Hem in the breakfast lounge, dynamic and always ready to help and to the enthusiastic Srini. As othet reviews mentioned hotel is ideally placed. Hotel was above my expectations and I can only recommend to stay there.

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at! From the BMW airport transfer with our driver Vanny, to being greeted at the door by name, all parts of the experience were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in range and quality, offering the perfect mix of local, Asian, and western delicacies. We enjoyed two massages in the spa and the staff demonstrated great care and expert techniques, which left us feeling equal parts relaxed and revived. The swimming pool was oversized and a perfect temperature to lounge away a few hours, with poolside food and drink service at the press of a button. The luxury and comfort of Club Millésime was matched by the attentive and first-class service of Nikkole and his team. We enjoyed afternoon tea, nightly cocktails and tapas, and the staff assisted us with our every need. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian Restaurant - De Forni - where again we experienced service and hospitality that would rival the world’s best. Our room was well appointed with a large lounge area and bathroom. The balcony offered sweeping views of Phnom Penh and the daily housekeeping and turndown service made us never want to leave. And finally, the most memorable part of our stay was the staff, including Moni, for whom no request could not be met. This was the best hotel we have stayed in and as Accor Diamond members we have experienced some of the best globally. Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra is the best home away from home that you could want. Our only regret was that two nights just simply wasn’t long enough, so I guess we’ll be back again soon. Ho passato una notte recentemente all'Hotel Patio. L'edificio è situato su una strada laterale non visibile dalla strada principale. Tuttavia, è molto centralmente situato una volta che si ottiene l'orientamento della città. Ho visitato una stanza sul terzo piano con una vista insufficiente (guardando le pareti laterali di altri blocchi). La stanza stessa è di dimensioni medie, era pulita e abbastanza tranquilla. Wifi e aria condizionata funzionavano bene. La testa del doccia era facile da operare. Il letto era fermo e ho avuto un buon sonno notturno. La caratteristica stellare di questo hotel è la terrazza sul tetto che ospita il ristorante per colazione e la piscina. Molto piacevole vista intorno al mattino. Il colazione era semplice ma sufficiente per me. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Mi hanno dato una buona raccomandazione di un ristorante Khmer che avevo visitato a cena quella sera. In generale è un hotel molto centralizzato per i viaggiatori di bilancio.

Avrei dato a questo hotel un rating di 5* ma per i motivi che abbiamo prenotato è per la piscina e il bar celeste; il bar celeste annunciato non è aperto e la piscina non ha asciugamani o un bar. Il cortile del caffè è chiuso anche in ricevimento, quindi abbiamo dovuto mangiare e bere altrove e abbiamo passato poco tempo li'. Questo ha un interno più tradizionale che mi piace molto e anche se Covid ha ovviamente avuto un effetto sulle loro strutture, il posto è pulito e guardato. Ci è una vera ottima vista di Phnom Penh dalla piscina, vale un look quando tutto è lucido. La pista Bassac è a pochi passi e è molto centrale per la maggior parte delle attrazioni.

Abbiamo viaggiato per 3 mesi quando abbiamo prenotato questo hotel su Airbnb. Quando arrivarono, non avevano la nostra prenotazione e non avevano lavorato con Airbnb dal 2019. (L'elenco doveva essere rimosso e abbiamo ricevuto un rimborso da Airbnb). Ma avevano una stanza, ci permettevano di rimanere, e, come si è verificato, mia moglie ha provato positivamente per la cova quella notte, e poi abbiamo dovuto rimanere per una settimana e il personale ha riordinato le loro prenotazioni, per poter restare isolati nella stessa stanza. Ci hanno fatto ordinare cibo dal ristorante che ci è stato portato, il loro servizio di lavanderia giornaliera è stato utile, e in breve ci hanno curato bene e ci hanno dato tempo per tornare a casa mia, così potremmo continuare. Una farmacia solo un isolato lontano aveva kit di prova e antivirali anche che ci aiutavano a ottenere la cura che avevamo bisogno. Grazie per la grande ospite e il vostro servizio a noi. Se avete bisogno di un posto per riposare e riposare, questo è un buon posto.

I recently stayed in Anik Palace Hotel with my Team of 30 pax. We were there to participate in SEAGAMES 2023, Cambodia. My team enjoyed and had a great time at the hotel. The service was marvelous. The front desk /Food &Dining service is almost perfect! We couldn't think of anything to have to complain. With such a big team, everything requested and required was almost solved immediately. Thumbs up to all the management and staff of the hotel. Malaysia Petanque Team had a GREAT STAY. We highly recommend this hotel to other TRAVELLERS and we will come back for our next visit.

L'hotel è nuovo, la camera è grande, le strutture sono nuove, l'igiene pulita, la colazione cinese è molto deliziosa, il servizio è molto entusiasta, soprattutto la posizione dell'hotel è buona, le attrazioni sono a piedi, ci sono supermercati e vari ristoranti intorno, molto conveniente. Vale la pena ricordare che il cameriere ha pagato $100 per la pressione durante il soggiorno. Quando si è lasciato, il cameriere ha detto che c'era meno di una generazione di chip, ha detratto $5 e ha finalmente restituito l'intero deposito.

Siamo rimasti qui alla fine di maggio dopo aver visitato Bangkok e Siem Reap. Questo hotel è diverso da qualsiasi dei 5 stelle e le proprietà di alta crescita che abbiamo vissuto. E 'un bel ricordo decorato del passato coloniale cambogiano. Il personale era caldo, accogliente e utile. La stanza era affascinante e memorabile. Il cibo era ok. Il massaggio spa era buono e ragionevole prezzo. Due aree per il miglioramento prevenzione delle scivolate/trip/ cadute e controllo degli insetti. La nostra camera ha una passeggiata di 6 pollici tra la zona della camera da letto e la camera da letto che è facile da perdere e le strade dell'hotel hanno altre passeggiate che potrebbero causare la vicinanza. In generale, penso che l'atmosfera unica e il grande personale di questo hotel superino le questioni minori.

As I stepped out of the tuk tuk struggling with my carry on, a guard from the hotel hurriedly came up and took my carry on up the stairs, and then another young man opened the door to the beautiful spacious inviting lobby of the hotel : the young girls at the desk Oun Samnang and the Manager Ms. Seng quickly attended to my registration, while a cold welcoming drink and a moist hand towel was given to me to be refreshed from the hot ride to the hotel! I was asked if I wanted to know more about what was in the neighbourhood area that I would like to visit and I assented: important detail here: I was asked first which was quite perceptive since anyone coming in tired would be too tired to listen! I was quickly shown to my spacious room which was clean, cool and smelled heavenly! I was here for a staycation away from the bustle and hustle of the city with its loud construction sounds: - ALL staff very attentive: from the pool cleaner to the hotel maintenance cleaners: thank you - I had fresh fruit awaiting me when I went up to the room: there was glass bottle with water and a refill station downstairs if needed more: very environmentally conscious ! BRAVO for this! - the safety box gave me trouble and immediately the manager and staff came up and within minutes helped me - it was found out that somehow I was double booked from my online booking, and the manager who discovered it quickly pointed this out because she did not want me to be charged twice on my credit card: I was very impressed with her attention to detail ( I will not know yet how this will be solved since I booked online through Agoda) Breaking news: Manager Seng solved that for me and I was not charged! VERY GRATEFUL AND THANK YOU Manager Seng! - the French cafe Le Cafe at White Mansion＞: cannot say enough about the staff there and the manager Ms.Sokunthy of that cafe: breakfast was delicious: coffee hot like I want and not warm as in other hotels: attention being given to even down to the bread knife for the baguette! Even if I just wanted great desserts and coffee, a place to work, I can always come to the cafe here on my day off! They graciously brought out my breakfast to the pool side area for me! - the room: amenities good: I like the idea of liquid soap rather than the little soaps given at other hotels! AND there is a blow dryer in the room! - I am an early riser: so happy that breakfast which was included began at 6:30 - at ‘turn down’ for the bed around 6, freshly baked delicious cookies were brought to the room! Cons: - it is an international hotel: so smoking is allowed everywhere: so a positive for smokers but a non-smoker who is allergic to cigarette smoke, I had to shorten my times at the pool because of this -

Location - Well placed in the city. From the pool and bar area you can see the independent monument and the tops of the palace complex. There are some distance views of the river as well. Easy to walk out from to the monument, palace and the river. Just be warned that if you walk you constantly get hassled by tuk tuk's looking for business. Crossing the road can be challenging as it is very busy. Rooms - Basic clean and all that you need in a hot country. The only downside is that it can be noisy due to the stone floor that echo's the sound of chairs being moved. Staff - Polite and speak good English. Big shout out to the petite young women (sorry don't know name) who served us breakfast and during the day, evening drinks - always had a big smile and very helpful. Food - Nice selection at breakfast of fruit and cereals, pastries. A selection of cooked breakfast representing many cultures (noodles, soup, western eggs etc). Lunch/Evening they had a good selection of small bites (burritos, veg and dips) and western and Asian dishes (steak, noodles, rice) Amenities - Good wifi signal throughout. Restaurant and bar clean and mixture of seating available. Pool table. Pool was gorgeous on the roof with great views. Big enough to have a little swim about. Seating can get crowded in the afternoon when people return from touring around. Recommend the hotel as we didn't find or have any negatives.

While the hotel is very convieniently located in the midst of BKK I (a major tourist quarter in Phnom Penh), and the staff is friendly enough, and prices fairly competitive, however cleanliness is a real issue (smelly towels, smoke in the room on a smokefree floor, etc) , also very noisy with all the ongoing construction in the immediate neighbourhood, and when having asked for a late checkout, because of a nightflight, we were charged a near full night/day charge (without breakfast), which was not what was agreed with the reception in the morning. With a taxi waiting and a flight to catch, there was no other feasible option, but to pay, and write this review. No more next time in HomeChic. Having stayed there altogether for quite some time we would have expected better. Luckily there are sufficient alternatives in this quarter of Phnom Penh.

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.
