Hotel in zona Mongkol Serei Kien Khlean Pagoda, Phnom Penh

Inizialmente dove ci sono stati detto per 2 notti, poi abbiamo dovuto rimanere 2 settimane a causa di un caso positivo sul volo, anche non si è sicuri se fosse il caso il ricevitore dell'hotel ha appena sorriso quando l'ha annunciato. La stanza è sporca, quando si chiedeva di pulire, il pulitore chiese di pagare! Il mat del bagno era vecchio grigio, torni e fogli erano gialli con età, che posso affrontare, ma la sporcizia nera sulle superfici non è accettabile. Infine ho dovuto pulire la stanza da solo. Devi chiedere di pulire i tovaglioli e la carta da bagno. Il nostro primo giorno di colazione era stato dimenticato per 3 pranzi al giorno, e poi il cibo venne in un momento strano prima di ogni volta alla fine: colazione @ 06:30, pranzo @ 11:00, cena @ 16:30. Il pranzo era di scarsa qualità e era solo caldo, probabilmente era consegnato allo stesso tempo del pranzo, come era quasi freddo. La gomma è lasciata fuori da ogni porta e dagli ascensori con gatti che si chiedevano di notte, che si dispersevano intorno. Questa è la peggiore esperienza mai. Non venire a questo hotel!

Prima ho detto che non si salutano bene, soprattutto sul personale della signora (solo 1 o 2) non sorride mai a volte devo dire il saluto e ringraziarvi prima, l'azione del personale mi piace chiedere spazio per complementari. Ancora una cosa sotto la front office non so perché, in occasione della nostra prenotazione, è raro ricevere il nostro aggiornamento di camera prestazioni come il mio ragazzo che ha tenuto un membro d'oro, posso capire a volte che è piena o alta occupazione non dovrei riceverla ma ho prenotato 20 volte Probabilmente 1 volta posso ottenere aggiornamento della stanza allo stesso tempo il personale non mi informa mai perché non può consumare questo beneficio questa volta o cosa altro..... (Per tutti i membri benefice sono il punto di attrarre gli ospiti per scegliere di soggiornare nel vostro hotel) Second about room service food ci vuole molto tempo per farlo anche io ordina solo frutta piatto ci vuole tempo 45min.... non ha senso se la velocità può essere più veloce di però per il personale di servizio è buono con flessibilità e cibo quasi delizioso anche la custodia a casa sono amichevole, camere molto tempeste e comode.

My stay at Capri Phnom Penh was not just a hotel experience; it was an immersion into exceptional hospitality. Entire great. The location, Service, cleanness was so good. I stayed mostly in cheap accommodation on this trip, but I would especially recommend it if you miss staying in civilised places.

Beautiful cozy rooms. Kitchen available to order on the rooftop (15th floor). Pool with cool water refreshing at these hell hot days. Pool begins to work a bit late after noticed 9:00, no staff at the morning pool (no one may help you to expand an umbrella, it need special tool) and no bar works morning time (but I could order a coffee with a phone call to reception). Air condition in the room blows right on the bed at any position and I could not turn it off for all the night due it become incredibly hot inside. So waken up several times at night to switch it on and off. Hotel towels are cheap and the bathrobe I did not want to wear. But the shower and water pressure is good, very hot water available. I enjoyed! No European cafe around the hotel. You have to walk to get some.

We went to Phnom Penh for business trip and decided to stay in this hotel. The location of the hotel is great and convenient. Many restaurants and entertainment activities are available nearby. The only downside of this hotel was that the room is quite small. Everything else is good for me.

The room was very spacious. The bathroom was also very big. Everything was nice and clean and the staff were amazing. The hotel itself is very pretty and aesthetic. The swimming pool was nice as well although a little bit cold at night. Everything was great and I wished I had booked an extra day at this accommodation

È aperto solo due mesi fa, quindi è di nuovo. Il cibo nel ristorante è fantastico e il prezzo è molto ragionevole. Situato nel centro della città. È molto conveniente per noi visitare il centro e tutte le attrazioni turistiche. Ha una camera molto modernizzata. Il condizionamento dell'aria è così potente, i letti sono così comodi. Ci sono così tanti uscite che posso caricare il mio telefono cellulare e tutti gli altri dispositivi elettrici. Le strutture sono di buona qualità. Raccomando vivamente Novotel bkk. Vorrei sicuramente visitare la prossima volta. Grazie a tutti Novotel!

In generale, una stanza confortevole e di grande valore! La vista dalla stanza era sorprendente, mi piaceva vedere il sole salire o vedere il cielo diventare buio mentre la città si accendeva. Finché non vi sorprendete troppo dalle piccole cazzone che usciranno di notte, ho risolto la questione comprando dei kit ”catch a roach” dal signor DIY al centro commerciale AEON, è stato molto efficace. Lavatrice per autoservizio, microonde e tostapane disponibili al livello 29. Nota che non è permesso indossare il vestito da bagno, è necessario essere coperto in abiti propri e cambiare lì. È necessario un biglietto di accesso separato per entrare. Nota u può cambiare gli ascensori al livello 3A dal centro per raggiungere anche il livello 28/29. C'è un supermercato cinese conveniente al piano terra del centro commerciale, e si può facilmente ottenere molte cose. La fornitura di cibo deve essere raccolta dal piano terra, perché la sicurezza dell'edilizia non permetterà loro di salire, ma non un problema. Ricorda di appendere la targa di custodia fuori dalla porta se vuoi che puliscano la stanza.

I love this hotel. Located not far from many popular attraction and a lot of restaurants and bars close by. The staff is very friendly and was able to communicate using English. They were very pleasant and always smiling. Also, they were very helpful. The superior room with city view was lovely. It had a full size fridge, a water dispenser, a microwave, hair dryer, table, king size bed, tv, kettle, lots of storage, water heater, full size mirror and a vanity size mirror. The room was very clean. No molds in the bathroom. Towels and sheets were very clean, white and smelled very good. Rooms are cleaned every day which includes changing of sheets and towels. The hotel has enough amenities for a stay in holiday. The pools on the 13th and 39th floor are beautiful. These floors also has a steam room and gym available from 7am to 9pm. The entire place was clean and all workers greeted me with a smile. There is also a reading room, game room and a playground on the 13th floor. If you stay at this hotel for long, you don’t have to worry about dirty laundry as this service is free of cost. If that’s not a good bargain, I don’t know what is! This apart from the fact that my stay was for 5 days and 4 nights and my total was less than US$100 for the entire stay. The views from the rooms are spectacular. You’re able to see the city/ river. When it rains it’s just so beautiful. I was lucky enough to watch a beautiful firework activity taking place during my stay. Overall, I very lovely time spent at this hotel and I definitely would recommend to anyone planning to visit Phnom Penh and I will most definitely stay here again. 10/10 You are required to pay US$15 deposit when you check in and it returned when you check out. Make sure to keep your room key safe or you will have to pay for it.
