Natalie BAUMANIS, esperienza di ospiti e manager di qualità del marchio è un grande aiuto durante il mio soggiorno. Tutti i dipendenti sono molto amichevoli e gentili. È aperto solo due mesi fa, quindi è di nuovo. Il cibo nel ristorante è fantastico e il prezzo è molto ragionevole. Situato nel centro della città. È molto conveniente per noi visitare il centro e tutte le attrazioni turistiche. Ha una camera molto modernizzata. Il condizionamento dell'aria è così potente, i letti sono così comodi. Ci sono così tanti uscite che posso caricare il mio telefono cellulare e tutti gli altri dispositivi elettrici. Le strutture sono di buona qualità. Raccomando vivamente Novotel bkk. Vorrei sicuramente visitare la prossima volta. Grazie a tutti Novotel!

The room was very spacious. The bathroom was also very big. Everything was nice and clean and the staff were amazing. The hotel itself is very pretty and aesthetic. The swimming pool was nice as well although a little bit cold at night. Everything was great and I wished I had booked an extra day at this accommodation

La mia esperienza complessiva in questo hotel è fantastica, è vicino a tutto, il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Il cibo è ok, devo elogiare il fatto che la stanza è altamente tecnologica con tende di apertura e chiusura automatiche.

I love this hotel. Located not far from many popular attraction and a lot of restaurants and bars close by. The staff is very friendly and was able to communicate using English. They were very pleasant and always smiling. Also, they were very helpful. The superior room with city view was lovely. It had a full size fridge, a water dispenser, a microwave, hair dryer, table, king size bed, tv, kettle, lots of storage, water heater, full size mirror and a vanity size mirror. The room was very clean. No molds in the bathroom. Towels and sheets were very clean, white and smelled very good. Rooms are cleaned every day which includes changing of sheets and towels. The hotel has enough amenities for a stay in holiday. The pools on the 13th and 39th floor are beautiful. These floors also has a steam room and gym available from 7am to 9pm. The entire place was clean and all workers greeted me with a smile. There is also a reading room, game room and a playground on the 13th floor. If you stay at this hotel for long, you don’t have to worry about dirty laundry as this service is free of cost. If that’s not a good bargain, I don’t know what is! This apart from the fact that my stay was for 5 days and 4 nights and my total was less than US$100 for the entire stay. The views from the rooms are spectacular. You’re able to see the city/ river. When it rains it’s just so beautiful. I was lucky enough to watch a beautiful firework activity taking place during my stay. Overall, I very lovely time spent at this hotel and I definitely would recommend to anyone planning to visit Phnom Penh and I will most definitely stay here again. 10/10 You are required to pay US$15 deposit when you check in and it returned when you check out. Make sure to keep your room key safe or you will have to pay for it.

In generale, una stanza confortevole e di grande valore! La vista dalla stanza era sorprendente, mi piaceva vedere il sole salire o vedere il cielo diventare buio mentre la città si accendeva. Finché non vi sorprendete troppo dalle piccole cazzone che usciranno di notte, ho risolto la questione comprando dei kit ”catch a roach” dal signor DIY al centro commerciale AEON, è stato molto efficace. Lavatrice per autoservizio, microonde e tostapane disponibili al livello 29. Nota che non è permesso indossare il vestito da bagno, è necessario essere coperto in abiti propri e cambiare lì. È necessario un biglietto di accesso separato per entrare. Nota u può cambiare gli ascensori al livello 3A dal centro per raggiungere anche il livello 28/29. C'è un supermercato cinese conveniente al piano terra del centro commerciale, e si può facilmente ottenere molte cose. La fornitura di cibo deve essere raccolta dal piano terra, perché la sicurezza dell'edilizia non permetterà loro di salire, ma non un problema. Ricorda di appendere la targa di custodia fuori dalla porta se vuoi che puliscano la stanza.

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

The ambiance created by the live music complemented the already pleasant atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The cleanliness and comfort of the room further solidified my positive impressions of Capri by Fraser, Phnom Penh. It's evident that the entire team takes pride in maintaining high standards, and the result is a space that feels like a true home away from home. In conclusion, while every staff member at Capri by Fraser, Phnom Penh deserves commendation for their excellent service, Mr Pattya's exceptional efforts truly stood out. My stay at Capri Phnom Penh was not just a hotel experience; it was an immersion into exceptional hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to fellow travelers seeking a remarkable stay in Phnom Penh.

We went to Phnom Penh for business trip and decided to stay in this hotel. The location of the hotel is great and convenient. Many restaurants and entertainment activities are available nearby. The only downside of this hotel was that the room is quite small. Everything else is good for me.

La posizione è ideale, situato nel cuore della città. La stanza è pulita e nuova, anche se è un po 'compatibile. La vista è eccezionale, con una piscina all'aperto.

Situato vicino al Mercato Vecchio e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla riva del fiume. È facile prendere un tuk-tuk proprio di fronte a te ed è in una posizione davvero comoda. Poiché l'hotel è di tipo residence, è molto funzionale e dispone di strutture sufficienti per preparare pasti semplici. La stanza non è grande, ma è perfetta per un breve viaggio. Anche se in Cambogia ci sono molte meno persone che capiscono l’inglese rispetto ai paesi vicini, la maggior parte del personale parlava correntemente l’inglese e le loro risposte erano sofisticate. Un livello che può essere utilizzato per viaggi di lavoro.
