Hotel in zona Sangkat Chakto Mukh, Phnom Penh

Please note: I was not asked to write this review by the hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world for business and pleasure and I can say with all honesty that this hotel was simply excellent. The room was fabulous and the view over the city skyline was fantastic. Everything in the room worked and was clean and new. The bathroom was “designer” and very posh. There was even an extension lead in the room with multiple sockets and USB ports for charging my gear. By western standards, this is a high quality hotel which would cost at least 4x this price back home The staff were also excellent. Very attentive and helpful. I’d highly recommend the rooftop pool and restaurant for reasonably priced* food and cocktails (*reasonable hotel prices) Overall, I’d highly recommend. So much so that I will be back there on Monday as I transit to Vietnam.

Lovely hotel , comfortable clean rooms . Friendly staff. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. A 4* hotel but with an at best 3* breakfast. Lacking quality and organization tbh. Note that the laundry machines are not free like some other hotels, and it is $9.10 to use. It is better to take washing outside to local cleaners. Not checked if it states charge or not in booking description.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded every expectation. The hospitality was truly unmatched — every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty and tranquility that instantly made me feel at peace. The environment was not only elegant and serene, but also thoughtfully designed to offer both luxury and comfort. My stay was incredibly relaxing, with every detail tailored to create a sense of home away from home. Without a doubt, this is a place I’ll keep coming back to — it’s a rare gem that delivers both beauty and heart.

The hotel is adorable. The price is cheap compared to Hong Kong or Singapore, but the hotel is at a very high level. I would also like to mention a very helpful and professional staff who always address me with a smile: Theary, Thia and Kosal. They have very strict policies, so I had to pay for late checkout. The rooftop pool was amazing!

Grande soggiorno – Pulizia, confortevole e super conveniente Siamo rimasti solo brevemente, ma questo hotel ha fatto una grande impressione! La stanza era pulita, il letto era davvero comodo, e il personale era tutto carino, specialmente la squadra di sicurezza, che erano così amichevole e utile. Ci hanno persino lasciato conservare le valigie mentre abbiamo visitato l'isola, che è stato un grande aiuto. Le viste erano sorprendenti, e la posizione è molto centrale, rendendo facile andare in giro. Non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usare la piscina o lo ginnastica, ma tutto sembrava fantasticowe’d sicuramente amava tornare per un soggiorno più lungo!

La giungla Addition era la base perfetta per esplorare Phnom Penh. Quando si è immobilizzato in un ambiente tranquillo, è stato difficile credere che siamo stati solo a pochi passi dal buzz e dal caos delle tuk tuks e delle strade della città! L'atmosfera era tranquilla e tranquilla, un ritiro ideale dopo un giorno di visione. Il colazione è stato fantastico, con nuove, deliziose opzioni che ci hanno messo in piedi perfettamente per il giorno. Un luogo davvero affascinante e rilassante per rimaneresiamo sicuramente tornato!

2泊しました。 ホテルは古さも感じましたが、その分サービスが良かったと思いました。 冷蔵庫の中の飲み物が無料だった事。 ランドリーの洗濯機＆乾燥機の利用が24時間OKで無料。(洗剤も有りました) 残念な事に大浴場は利用してみたかったが、利用しませんでした。 男性客メインな様に思えました。女性は23時からの２時間だけ。 もう少し時間の配分を考えてもらえたらいいかな？と思いました。 そのかわり、急きょ、マッサージを受けました。 足だけでしたが、とても気持ちよく素晴らしいかったです。ありがとうございました。 予想以上に良いホテルでした。

Prima ho alloggiato in una stanza con balcone. Queste foto sono state scattate prima. C'è un rilevatore di fumo nella stanza e non è consentito fumare. Più tardi, la stanza era piena durante il Festival dell'Acqua e Ctrip ha aumentato il prezzo della camera d'albergo durante il Festival dell'Acqua (l'hotel ha detto di non aver aumentato il prezzo), quindi mi è stata assegnata una stanza senza finestre. Poiché è nel centro della città, la strada è chiusa durante il Festival dell'Acqua e i tuk-tuk non possono entrare. Ci sono molte festività in Cambogia, quindi non è adatta agli ospiti con molti bagagli Perché la strada è chiusa , si entra solo dall'incrocio, che è a circa 200 metri, e poi i gradini davanti alla porta sono molto alti. Portare i bagagli è difficile.
