Hotel in zona Sangkat Chakto Mukh, Phnom Penh

Il servizio è stato eccezionale – il personale è sempre stato amichevole, attento e disposto a andare oltre e sopra per assicurarsi che gli ospiti si sentano benvenuti e confortevoli. L'hotel è pulito e mi piaceva il design moderno che le dava una vibrazione fresca ed elegante. Dato il livello di servizio e la qualità delle strutture, ho trovato il prezzo molto ragionevole. Molto consiglia Capri da Fraser Phnom Penh per chiunque visita la città!

L'hotel è convenientemente situato, ma le strade sono molto occupate e rumorose tutta la notte. Alla passeggiata dal palazzo reale e dove i 4 fiumi si incontrano. Ci sono un caffè lungo la strada e diversi ristoranti intorno alla zona. Il parco lungo la strada è sicuro per correre in mattinata e a notte. Il colazione è decente e il personale è molto amichevole. Sono anche preparati 2 trattamenti di Natale il giorno Xmas. La pressione dell'acqua è grande. Il letto è comodo. Il tetto offre vista al sole e al sole. E il cibo al ristorante è buono.

The staff, in particular on reception, were so helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean, with a nice bathroom and a comfy bed and pillows. The location was good, a decent walk or short tuk tuk ride to the centre of the city. There are shops and ATMs close by. The pool area on the roof was lovely with loungers and tables/chairs. Breakfast was very good some mornings, fairly ordinary on others.

Pleasant stay La struttura è in una posizione molto bella, e ho soggiornato in questo hotel poche volte, ma durante la mia recente visita il ricevitore non era così amichevole come mi aspettavo. Su una nota positiva, la guardia di sicurezza era molto più utile e benvenuta, che ha fatto una differenza nel mio soggiorno

We really enjoyed our stay at Aquarius, it was in a very central location with lots of restaurants and cafe’s nearby. It is a bit of a walk from the night market but you can take a cheap Tuktuk via Grab. It is very close to the National Palace and we enjoyed walking by it every night, as there were celebrations for the kings coronation when we were there. The staff was also so kind and went above and beyond to help us celebrate our anniversary with the most impressive anniversary celebration set up when we arrived! Highly recommend.

Questo è un hotel molto ben gestito. La stanza è grande e pulita, il personale è amichevole, anche il personale di custodia della casa vi saluta con un sorriso grande quando vi vede. Rimarrò se il prezzo è giusto. Uno dei punti da migliorare è che spero che l'aria con sia più fredda.

シンガポール在住。シャワーしかない部屋に住んでいるためバスタブ付きのホテルを探していたところ、なんと露天風呂付きのホテルを発見。実際ホテルの露天風呂は気持ちよく、プノンペンにいながらにして最高の体験をしました。ただ残念だったのは女性専用時間が深夜だったこと。フロントに聞くと、お客さんの比率がほぼ男性とのことで男性専用にしているとのこと。それに関しては抗議ポイントでありましたが、結果露天風呂が良すぎたのでよかったです。また朝食も何種類もの中から選べどれも凝っていて迷いました。和食を選択したのですが塩さばが日本で食べるより美味しかったです。テレビは日本のチャンネルが見れてこちらもびっくり。リアルタイムで見れたので夜更かしして見ました。プノンペンにいるのを忘れるくらいとてもゆったりしてしまいました。

The hotel is adorable. The price is cheap compared to Hong Kong or Singapore, but the hotel is at a very high level. I would also like to mention a very helpful and professional staff who always address me with a smile: Theary, Thia and Kosal. They have very strict policies, so I had to pay for late checkout. The rooftop pool was amazing!

+ Nice hotel. All the staff are friendly, nice and helpful. Great location. I can walk to the grand palace, museum, night market, and much more sightseeing. Room is very clean but quite small. - some equipment should be fixed but not a big issue.
