Hotel pulito.L'ascensore non funzionava.Bar e piscina erano al decimo piano, non l'abbiamo mai visto.Un vestito e la maniglia di doccia continuavano a cadere dal muro, nessun acqua calda. .L'AC era freddo e i letti erano molto comodi.Il colazione era buona. Il personale del ristorante era così amichevole. Il colpo è delizioso. La posizione delle attrazioni era a piedi di distanza o 2$ per tuktuk al mercato notturno.

Opened in 2023, the SF HOTEL is a great accommodation choice in Phnom Penh. The hotel is conveniently located just 5km from PP Railway Station and 12km from Phnom Penh International Airport. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, Statue of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk and Wat Langka all nearby. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel.

Opposite AEON 1 for nice shopping and eating. There are 3 AEON malls in Phnom Penh now. Tuktuk booked via an app costs 6,000 Riels to Night Market. The Reception lady is so sweet. She booked me a tuktuk and I paid by cash directly to the driver. Thank you very much. From my memory Reception staff doesn’t work from 3am to 8am. Room is large and things are made from high quality materials. I love the pool on 41th floor. Breathtaking river views and city views up there. The restaurant is on the same floor so we walked pass it to use the pool. No other guests were there when both of us swam. Pool opens from 7am. Small changing room and toilet are near the pool. Fitness Room is on 7th floor. High quality and great services. No one was there when we worked out. After the guest finishes using the walking machine and sweats, a male staff comes to wipe the machine. Very good! Towels are readily available for guests to use both in the Fitness Room and Pool. The checked in and out were smooth. They returned the 50 USD deposit in both USD and Riel. In other cities, a room like this often costs 70 USD. Here the price is very good. The building is Celeste Building opposite Sofitel and AEON and we walked through it to the next building to see SF Hotel table in the corner. Excellent value for money. Btw it was Caesar Hotel before so room amenities and towels have that brand. Room is a bit wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Air con takes a long time to cool the room as they has a cover in front of it to avoid direct air flow to the bed. Carpeted walk way from elevator to the rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and wish to come back to swim again.

Nel complesso un soggiorno confortevole e di grande valore! La vista dalla stanza era incredibile, mi è piaciuto vedere il sole sorgere o guardare il cielo diventare scuro mentre la città si illuminava.
Finché non ti spaventi troppo per i piccoli scarafaggi che escono di notte. Comunque ho risolto il problema acquistando i kit ”trappola per scarafaggi” da Mr DIY al centro commerciale AEON, è stato molto efficace.
Lavatrice self-service, microonde e tostapane disponibili al piano 29. La piscina, il bagno turco e la palestra erano incredibili al piano 39. Nota che non è consentito indossare l'accappatoio lì, devi essere coperto con i tuoi vestiti e cambiarti lì. Hai bisogno di una tessera di accesso separata per entrare. Nota che puoi cambiare ascensore al piano 3A dal centro commerciale per raggiungere anche il piano 28/29. C'è un comodo supermercato cinese al piano terra del centro commerciale e puoi facilmente acquistare molte cose. Il cibo a domicilio deve essere ritirato al piano terra, poiché la sicurezza dell'edificio non consente loro di salire, ma non è un problema. Ricordatevi di appendere il cartellino del personale addetto alle pulizie fuori dalla porta se volete che puliscano la stanza.

The room was magnificent. The pool was small and quaint. The gym is very good. Staff were very kind and helpful. They printed ticket information. I needed for my Tour. JJustanothertravellerHotel Kvl in Phnom Penh stands out for its prime location, nestled directly beside the Royal Palace and the river, making it a prime spot for tourists looking to explore the city's historical and cultural landmarks. The hotel itself is equipped with modern and stylish furnishings, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable and the breakfast was a highlight, being both delicious and served à la carte, allowing for a personalized dining experience in the morning.
However, our experience took a turn when it came to the transfer service from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh. The cost of over $180 for the transfer felt exorbitant, especially given the condition of the vehicle and the service provided. Being transported in an older car, coupled with a driver who was not only unable to communicate in English but also constantly distracted by multiple ringing mobile phones, significantly detracted from our overall experience. Despite attempts to use Google Translate, communication was futile, and the incessant noise became a source of irritation.
Given the high price, our expectations for the transfer service were not met, leading us to conclude that utilizing a service like „Grab“ for a fraction of the cost would be a far better option in the future. On a more positive note, the transfer service from the hotel to the airport was priced at $20, which felt more reasonable and within acceptable limits.
Another significant issue was the noise level in our room. Situated on the top floor directly beneath the hotel's rooftop bar, the sound levels late into the night were intolerable. The booming music and lively atmosphere of the bar, while perhaps enjoyable for some, felt more like being in a nightclub than a hotel room. This was particularly unwelcome as we sought to rest and recover from the exhausting transfer earlier in the day.
In conclusion, while Hotel Kvl boasts an excellent location and modern amenities that contribute to a comfortable stay, the high cost and poor execution of the transfer service from Sihanoukville, coupled with the disruptive noise from the rooftop bar, marred our experience. Future guests would do well to consider alternative transportation options and inquire about room placement to ensure a more tranquil stay.

AAirborn63The hotel is just few years old, modern decor with good bed, balcony, fridge, kettle and it is clean.
Next door is a restaurant where breakfast is served as well as lunch or evening meal. It is in a quiet location giving good night sleep. If you prefer to eat elsewhere there are plenty of places nearby.
Based short tuctuc ride from the airport.
Definitely value for money, I will be returning.

ZZaie SanchezOnly encountered two issues: WiFi didn’t work properly (probably coz of the demand on countdown night I don’t know) and the room wasn’t equipped with enough toiletries needs, had to ring them to bring over. But overall, twas a pleasant stay with fireworks sight by the window. Happy New Year!

UUtente ospiteEsperienza positiva dell'hotel, posizione immaginabile, camera non molto grande, armadio limitato, come era un angolo orientato a sud molto caldo quando arrivavamo ma con 10 minuti di AC avevamo temperatura di comfort. Le viste della camera fantastiche, la colazione molto corretta sul piano 11 e il meglio di tutta la piscina sul lago con vista incondizionata. Il personale molto attento e di servizio, ci siamo lasciati un bus e un'udito all'hotel e da Siem Reap ci hanno risolto efficacemente il problema e in meno di 24 ore abbiamo avuto le proprietà in nostro potere. Il personale molto bene, ci hanno consigliato bene nella scelta dei ristoranti. Certo, se torniamo a Phnom Penh questo sarà il nostro hotel.

We asked for half boil egg, they gladly do for us. All staff from the front desk to the breakfast, helpful and friendly. Facilities only a pool but that is not what we go for so is fine. We ae happy with this hotel.

Come al solito, servizio cordiale, fantastico ed efficiente da parte di tutto il personale a partire dal check-in e percepito da tutti gli altri membri del personale, in particolare il personale delle pulizie, della sicurezza e del ristorante al Cloud 9.
Il personale della reception è sempre sorridente, cordiale e felice di aiutare. Le pulizie vengono eseguite bene e quotidianamente. Il servizio in camera e il personale del Cloud 9 sono cordiali e veloci. Il personale parla principalmente inglese, quindi non è affatto una difficoltà a comunicare. Il check-in e il check-out sono così rapidi e facili!
Come sempre la piscina è pulita, tranquilla e ben tenuta. Il servizio in camera e il cibo in hotel sono di prima qualità. Di certo, la spa vale ogni centesimo e non è molto più costosa di avventurarsi fuori. Certo, potresti ottenere di meno, ma la qualità e l'ambiente della spa dell'hotel sono davvero sereni, tranquilli e di lusso di prima qualità!
Shopping e cibo convenienti in abbondanza intorno all'hotel e vicino al fiume. Sebbene si trovi vicino al quartiere a luci rosse, la sicurezza è eccezionale e la zona in sé non è pericolosa (tenete gli occhi aperti e tenete gli oggetti di valore a portata di mano).
L'unico piccolo inconveniente è l'illuminazione della stanza, sebbene ci siano molte luci, la luce gialla può essere piuttosto fioca, soprattutto intorno alla zona del lavandino (donne, siate avvisate, non è così facile truccarsi lol 😂), ma questa è una piccola cosa. Nel complesso, questo rimane il mio hotel preferito ogni volta che sono a Phnom Penh!

MMAKOTO 8155It is located in Chinatown in the south of the city. It is a convenient location for sightseeing, so I highly recommend it.
The rooms are clean, the views are great, and the price is reasonable, making this a great value hotel.
Perhaps because of this, the reception is always crowded. The reception is small compared to the number of rooms, so it takes time to check in and out. I wish the staff would try harder, but I also wish they would hire a few more staff.

RRobert PaulUn bellissimo hotel di stile cambogiano tradizionale. Il giovane personale è amichevole e entusiasta. Ci sono molte caratteristiche di legno e un lobby selvaggio sopra il gruzzolo. La pista che conduce all'hotel può essere un po 'dodgy e piegato con rubinetto. La colazione è servita sul tetto e molto buona con molte scelte. La piscina e il ristorante sono bellissimi e il servizio e la cena sono stati apprezzati. La mia stanza sembrava buona, ma non c'è punto di forza vicino al letto e la doccia è strana. Il personale domestico controlla mai le batterie nella TV a distanza? Nessun balcone come indicato nella prenotazione di viaggio. Evitare il prelievo di tuk Tuk fuori davanti e chiamare un GRAB per un miglior trasporto di valore.

UUtente ospiteWe called the hotel one day before we arrived to let them know our early arrival time (to leave luggage). But when we arrived next day at 6 in the morning, the hotel was black out and chain-locked from the outside. The security guy opened the door and let us in and we saw the night receptionist was sleeping on the sofa with pillow and blanket, he seemed upset to see us. Then we requested to use bathroom (which is also very dirty and smelly) and he didn't even turn the lights on. We stayed a bit longer in the hotel because it was raining outside, and he didn't want to clear up his sleeping space for us to sit. When he realized we were going to wait until rain stops, then he cleared up the space and started to play games loudly at the reception. No greetings, no conversation at all, when we asked we can't connect to WiFi, he just gave us a STARE. We later then came back to hotel around noon and the room was ready (which we were grateful for), we didn't get the TWIN room we requested tho. The room was not cleaned properly, no minibar fridge, safe is with the key attached (it makes me think what the purpose of this safe is), dirty showerhead, flooded balcony, hair full of sliding door and stained wall.(see the photos below) Breakfast was okay but tasteless coffee. Wi Fi connection is not strong at all and the mobile data also gets slower in the room 🙂 Oh, don’t forget to bring your own adapter since they don’t have one in the entire hotel. We didn’t use the pool at all just by the look of it. You don’t want to get itch afterwards. The night before leaving, my friend had an important meeting at night. She had to leave the room since the coverage is bad and she did the meeting in the lobby. Our lovely night guy was back and started to watch news loudly that she couldn’t focus and hear the meeting. So she requested him to reduce the volume for a while, which he did for a few minutes then got louder again before the meeting ended. I would say location is great. But trust me, they got the best photoshoot on their website where expectations and reality doesn’t meet. The highlight of this hotel is the receptionist girl who works in the afternoon shift (sorry that I didn’t get her name). She really went out of her way to help us and she knows what the hospitality is. She makes sure to greet, smile and even gave me her charger to use for that evening, asked if we need anything. The hotel should be grateful to have her. Overall, the stay was okay but if you want what you pay for, choose another hotel with the same price range. There are lots of hotels out there better and cleaner than here. We won’t come back here again.

UUtente ospiteThis is a cockroach infested hotel in the red light district used by the older men to entertain their ***********. The New Season Riverside Hotel is described as a modern property within walking distance of key attractions. Personally I would describe it as a out dated, run down, cockroach infested flee pit located in the centre of the red light district which caters for elderly white men and their *********** (there is a notice in each room stating *********** are welcome as long as they sign in at reception and are not under age)! We were met by the owner who could not be bothered to welcome us or look up from his computer other than to demand our passport’s. The room was dirty with long black hairs everywhere, including on the sheets. We paid extra for a window. We got a window with glass but when we opened the dirty stained curtains we found the ‘window’ was bricked up on the outside. There was also no fridge or garden as described in the description on Booking.com. Throughout the night we had to listen to the other occupants entertaining their guests and rats running in the void between the ceiling and the floor above. As soon as we turned the lights out at night to get a good nights sleep we found our room (105 located directly above the hotel kitchen) was infested with cockroaches which crawled across the bed as we lay there. We photographed and caught several under glasses. There was no one on duty at night to complain to so we spent the whole night awake sat up in bed with the lights on keeping cockroaches off us. The following morning, when I complained about the window, no fridge, no garden and the cockroaches the manager just laughed. Later that morning I spoke directly to the owner who also laughed. When I insisted that it was not a laughing mater he started to shout at me and became threatening and aggressive. He made some excuse about the fault being with Booking.com who had overbooked his hotel. We saw few other guests so did not believe the hotel was fully booked and did not see what this had to do with the cockroach infection. We had booked for 3 nights, when we said we wanted to leave early, the owner refused to refund the remaining 2 nights. I attempted to cancel the remaining 2 nights on Booking.com but the cancelation policy meant that we would not receive a refund. In addition to the above, the stairs are used as storage areas for cleaning equipment and rubbish. The only way to access the upper floors is by a small lift. This makes the hotel a 5 storey fire trap. There is a 6 inch gap between the bed and wall so during the night the pillows fall on the floor leaving you without a pillow to sleep on but a ladder for the cockroaches to get at you. I’m in my late 50s and have travelled extensively across Asia This is without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
