Staff is wonderful, super helpful and kind. Very accommodating to our event and all of the attendees! Had wonderful, easy service throughout the whole weekend. The bed sheets had a prior stain. You can tell they were washed but it was an old makeup(?) stain… a little discomforting but everything else was up to par. The elevators seemed to give out fairly easy with constant use.
Overall had a great time, will be back!

Ottimo valore per soldi. Le camere sono comode e aree pubbliche, tra cui bagni e docce molto pulite. Grande zona di raffreddamento. Wi-Fi può essere un po 'battuto e perso durante le ore di picco, ma è di solito disponibile. Il personale è tutti amichevole. A piedi facilmente a tutte le principali attrazioni. Overall my experience was beyond fantastic. Larry checked me into room 318 on March 31, 2022 and he was patient, kind and professional to the end. I had the most horrible day I could ever imagine. I received news that I could no longer stay at the place where I was living and in minutes I felt optionless, hopeless and fearful with my children. This news came without notice and within minutes I had to find a place to stay. The team did not know my situation and that’s what made it so much more beautiful and personable. Larry’s outstanding service sets the tone for the rest of the visit and it was nothing short of a wonderful time that felt like home. I am truly grateful. Loretta was always there with a bright, beautiful smile, warm compliments and fresh towels for my room. She has no idea how wonderful she has been to me in my lowest moments. Thanks Loretta . You matter and what you do for your clients make a huge difference. Keep smiling! David, you are super kind and your smile will never be forgotten. Thanks for helping me with the names for each team members in order for me to say thanks. Jason and Angela many thanks for your kindness and helpfulness as well.
