Booked a room for three nights while visiting family. On arriving, there was no signage to indicate that the entrance is off a side alley. Finally found door and rang bell. The hotel is over a bar. No answer. Called customer service. Told them I was at front door; they hung up. Finally the bartender came to the door apologizing that the music in the bar kept him from hearing. I booked through ******* and perhaps for this reason, they put me in a very small room. Clean. Very nice bathroom with a double shower. No desk as illustrated in website photos (I really wanted a desk to work during the day). No wifi despite advertising; the network they indicated on the information sheet was not even there. Curtains broken in the room preventing privacy from the building directly across the alley. Shouting drunken people from the bar were very noisy in the alley until late at night (not hotel's fault). The next morning, I decided this would not work for me. I called customer service before checkout time, no answer at all, left message indicating I was checking out. Tried ringing the bell in to the bar donwstairs; noone answered despite being able to see someone behind counter. Left keycard on bed. Sent a message through their website as directed by information sheet in room: no response. Have emailed and messaged three different times. No response. Have been billed for three nights and I am contesting the charge. (Their policy according to ******* is to charge for first night only in case of late cancellation.) Currently in the process of contesting the charges. Strongly recommend avoiding this place. No one is taking care of it. Customer service is non-existent.

We stayed 6 nites at this Chinatown location, owned by the Choice Hotels. The day after we arrived, we discovered that there was no housekeeping, unless requested. (There was nothing posted at the desk or in the room). We asked that housekeeping come the next morning. Next Day, after a day of touring, we came back to find that the room had not been cleaned. We asked at the desk again and were informed that you have to ask the morning before, for this service. Third day came and nothing. This time we complained, so Monday they just came in to give us clean towels and pick up the dirty ones, which we piled on the floor. No cleaning was done at all.On Monday night, we were disgusted with the lack of attention they give their guests. Tuesday morning, our last day there, we made one final attempt and really got angry with the desk clerk. When we got back Tuesday night, the room hadn't been touched. The communication between the desk and housekeeping was awful! The desk clerks just didn't care. The other problems we noticed were stained sheets, room phone that didn't work, and a toilet that flushed so strongly that it splashed the water into your face and on the floor when you used it. After that, we made sure to close the lid before flushing. The room had a terrible view, as you can see in my photo. Also,every time we left the building there were smells of garbage and fish that filled the air because an open air market was two doors down. The location is the only positive thing I can mention. It was a 10 minute walk to all the historical sites. Reading Market Terminal, an indoor food court/market, was a 5 minute walk. There was a hop-on-hop-off bus-stop, that stopped at all the major sites , just a block away. We took the Amtrak train from the airport to Jefferson Station which was right across the street from Reading Market, which saved us money on taxi-fare.

El lugar necesita remodelación, la cama , horrible, el mattress con hoyos, el personal de recepción muy desagradable, decía que incluía desayuno y no existe el servicio del desayuno, solo café y cobraron $5, y de 6:00am a 9:00am luego, no había. Las cortinas y alfombras sucias y rotas, le pedí el número de trip.com para cancelar y no me lo brindaron, me informaron qué era a través de la app, nunca pude comunicarme, muy disgustada, quise cambiar a área de NO fumadores, porque escogí fumador por error, Y me querían cobrar adicional, y yo soy asmática y les dije aún así no quiso cambiarme, no vuelvo a escoger este lugar, muy disgustada, el personal de housekeeping muy agradable,

Non posso dire abbastanza su questo hotel centro città. Da una prima linea conosciuta, accogliente o accogliente su entrambi i turni; in realtà Tutti i membri del personale erano amici (e mi piacerebbe davvero scritta i nomi); alla pulizia di tutti gli aspetti dell'hotel, comprendendo le camere e soprattutto la bagno area con lavatrice DOVE sapone/shampoo/corpo, buona pressione idrica, letti confortevoli, frigorifero e microonde. E infine, ma certamente non meno .......il colazione ..... dal produttore di pancake di 1 minuto a caldo tutto il resto, compresi i biscotti grassi, alla macchina per la bevanda fredda e buon caffè. In/out Parcheggio coinvolto nell'hotel. Il mio secondo anno in fila. Sono impressionato, e saremo di nuovo.

The location is awesome. Easy to get to and from the major attraction in the city. i was there for the Penn Relays and it was a great, easy scenic 1.5 mile walk to and from each day. Got my exercise while seeing the city from on foot. Best of all on my walks this was how i decided where I would eat breakfast and dinner. So I was able to try something different each day. i was a little tempted to try Ruth Chris but I did not :(. The train ride to and from the airport was quick, easy directions to follow and though not the most scenic ride on the train, seeing the steel and stuff looks industrial America. I likes!! I did try one of the take out Chinese food spots ..oh man.. that was colorful to say the least...Bring Your Own Bag!! What an experience that was.. I guess its a city thing. The room was nice. I got real comfy real fast. The bed was super comfy and the view reminded me of my college days in NY. Just watching cars go by and at night with the lights reflecting off the windows creating various patterns. My only challenge was the TV... can you believe after all that good stuff my issue was the TV!? Just the hardest thing to navigate. maybe its cause I dont watch enough TV. :).

Pessima esperienza. Arrivata dopo 9 ore di volo con albergo già pagato volevano farmi pagare nuovamente il tutto. Poi invece solo la ” cauzjone” .le mie carte non funzionavano( la mia banca riferisce che....non sono andate a buon fine perché ”ritenute non sicure (autenticazione MasterCard con soft declin).il soft declin interessa gli esercenti che non si avvalgono di integrazione standard o che non dispongono di un contratto 3d secure”. In sostanza il problema non sarebbero le carte ma la sicurezza della transazione presso alcuni esercenti. Quindi mi hanno fatto attendere 2 ore nella hall( x una cauzione di 90 dollari!) Finché non è arrivato mio fratello a pagare La sera successiva ho trovato la camera non rifatta Mi spiace ma non posso che dare un giudizio negativo

La posizione dell'hotel è grande, molto vicina alla sala municipale e a piedi alla maggior parte degli attrazioni.Dall'estazione della metropolitana, il centro di Fei City è molto pulito. Quando arriva all'hotel, piove molto bene e non vedo il panorama fuori finestra.Ma la stanza organizzata è molto tranquilla.L'acqua di lavaggio è anche molto grande.

Posizione fantastica ma non basta, hotel e camere bello ma dovrebbe essere migliorato, pulizia inesistente, trasandato e sporco anche nelle aree comuni la ragazza alla reception si limita a fare solo il necessario.. menefreghista, non si preoccupa minimamente dei clienti, prenotato pulizie come da loro richiesta ma non sono stati cambiati neppure gli asciugamani. È davvero un peccato perché sicuramente non lo potrò mai proporre ai miei clienti Essendo un Agente di viaggio nonché critico d hotel No .. purtroppo vista la mia esperienza negativa non lo consiglio.. manca un menager che sappia fare il suo lavoro Che peccato davvero Spero vi possa servire per migliorare
