Questo hotel è stato molto bello e conveniente. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro soggiorno qui. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque venga a Phi Phi. Anche il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

L'hotel è situato nel miglior posto possibile. Vicino a tutto... L'abbiamo usato come base per le nostre immersioni. Il servizio è stato ottimo e hanno fatto del loro meglio per fornire ciò che avevamo chiesto. Le camere sono spaziose (tre persone). Rilassante @piscina con bar affacciato sulla spiaggia di Nizza. Consiglierei a qualsiasi viaggiatore senza esitazione.

Best hotel in Phi phi Don Good location easy access for beach & Pier but Reception little argument

The hotel’s brochure pictures look great, but they don’t convey the unpleasant reality of the first-floor rooms. There was a strong moldy odor, and when we checked other rooms on the same floor with the hotel staff, all of them had the same smell. Only when we tried a room on the upper floor was the air fresh. The new room was at a lower rate, but the hotel only agreed to a partial refund, claiming we weren’t entitled to a full one due to their cancellation policy 🤨. This was very frustrating, as our request to change rooms was due to poor conditions, not by choice for any other reason.

Great location. Lots of restaurants, bars etc in the area. Short walk to the pier. Friendly staff. Breakfast quite average, not much choice. Needs a manned poolside bar. All in yes I would go back to this hotel.

The hotel was OK in overall. The floor was a bit dirty otherwise it was a real 4star hotel.

Rooms were large and spacious, and the pool was great! Location was perfect, only 40m walking from the pier. The beds were super hard but I think that’s the standard on the island as other friends in another hotel told us their beds were also very hard. There is a strong sewage smell at night that comes from the bathroom but again for the island I’m not sure you will find anything much better especially at short notice. I would suggest booking in advance for sure as hotels sell out quickly. The hotel was also right on the beach which was lovely.
