Unfortunately I can only give five stars here, 10 would be deserved. I had a great time at this hotel from January 13th to 18th. From the reception on the first day to the farewell on the last day. All of the staff were always very friendly. The gardener, the pool cleaner, the room ladies, the ladies in the breakfast room. Everyone was extremely friendly. I would especially like to thank Ms. Annchaya (nickname YaYa). 🫰🏽 She was with me throughout my stay whenever I had questions or problems. A big thank you also to Ms. Angkana, I didn't miss anything at breakfast either. There is also nothing negative to say about the rooms or the entire complex. Everything that makes the customer happy is thought of here.

Located right on the Main Street of the city! Very easy to move around. Room is spacious, very clean, good smell. Everything in the room works perfectly. Parking available, quick check-in. Staff are friendly and nice. The bed is very comfortable.

The facilities and room were very elegant. Everything was simple, but clean and modern. I really enjoyed my stay. I also like the feel of the restaurant.

Always happy for this hotel the best hotel in Phatthalung reasonable price cozy room comfortable bed and very good size room with quality of amenity . Staff is friendly and well train . For next visit Phatthalung Dusit Princess is my top choice for sure.

Attentive and always freeing with smiles from staffs. Hotel facilities is very new since they opened in 2023. Breakfast buffet was ok. Water pressure is normal.

The room is big , and the staff is very polite and responsive, the credit goto the staff who always willing to assist , we came during heavy rain in check in the staff will get us assist especially to get my kid with umbrella ensure them didn’t caught by rain, the attitude of staff far winning than any hotel facilities, possible to add on hotel facilities like gym room or kids room..
