Questa è stata la seconda volta che ho visitato i Paesi Bassi e la seconda volta che ho soggiornato in questo hotel poiché il mio primo soggiorno è stato nel 2017. Non esiterò a tornarci quando visiterò i Paesi Bassi in futuro. L'hotel ha reso il mio viaggio nei Paesi Bassi ancora più piacevole. Grazie alla receptionist turca. Lei è stata d'aiuto. Ringraziamo molto l'hotel per aver fornito l'acqua biologica nella hall dell'hotel, offerta gratuitamente. Interni fantastici Comunicazione molto scarsa e pessima riguardo al modo in cui gestiscono i reclami. Servizio in camera amatoriale e configurazione digitale Hai aspettato due ore per una pizza notturna che non è arrivata perché sembra che non avessero uno "chef" disponibile che potesse riscaldare lo spuntino notturno? Anche il servizio colazione in camera curato in questo modo è un compito di 1° grado della scuola alberghiera.

È stata un'esperienza straordinaria. La spa e la piscina gratuite erano davvero belle e ci siamo divertiti molto. Sono diventato anche membro di questo Hotel per premi speciali. Vale assolutamente la pena soggiornare in questo hotel e nella filiale.

Bellissimo hotel in una posizione perfetta. Ben tenuto e sembra nuovo in molti modi. Personale gentile, camere pulite e ordinate. Materasso e cuscini erano troppo morbidi per me, ma questo è un gusto personale.

Abbiamo trascorso lì 3 giorni e ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio. Il parcheggio è molto costoso, così come la colazione. Tuttavia, abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro soggiorno e ci torneremmo.

I love the bedsheets so clean, white and crispy. I didn't take breakfast so I can't tell. I definitely will be back to Steigenberger Airport Hotel. I used to stay in other hotel for so many years, until they make me so disappointed on my last stay 2023. And when I found this hotel and check in, hmm I feel so stupid why I was so loyal to previous hotel, I should change sooner. Very good experience with this hotel. We stayed here for our last 2 days in amsterdam, it was fabulous. The receptionist upgraded our room, the room is huge with all the necessary supplies, a bit of surprising that they do not provide toothbrush aset in the room, but you can easily request that from the reception. The breakfast selections are very rich, we enjoyed very much! Wide selections of drinks, cold food and hot food. Champaigne, coffee, tea, juice, milk, we tried everything and not one is disappointed! Many selections of bread, cheese and sauces. I'm hungry again by recalling Even provide honey comb! Not to mention, the cafe and restaurant staffs are all very friendly and happy. They offer free shuttle bus from/to Airport every 30minutes from 6am to midnight. You can take the free ride just by waiting at airport (hotel buses station) or the hotel lobby. I personally found this information on social media but not on the official sites, it would be better if they could include the instructions in the bookings or website. Also, the waiting time is not specific and constant, it would be better if you would do something about it. Oh! The shower gel and shampoo provided are very good! Nice scent with good texture. I would love to buy a set if they sell. Just the down side that the front reception do need some training on service consistency. 1. We politely asked about the spinning wheel when we check in at night(10pm), the first older male receptionist instructed us to come back tomorrow daytime to join for free. In the morning, the daytime female receptionist said we are only allowed to join the contest when we check-in. That's really disappointing and we thought, why would they lie to us? Probably they are not familiar with the service providing. 2. We found a brochure in the room, "opt out for cleaning service for 5€ voucher". Asked the receptionist about this on the next day, she immediately said that offer is no longer available. My partner said, "we cancelled the cleaning service yesterday for this, why do you still put the brochure in the room if it is not available anymore?". Then only she apologized and gave us a voucher. Thanks to that, we enjoyed a good fries from the Sports Bar with the voucher.

Hotel is perfectly situated for Airport and City Centre. Far away from City hustle and Bustle it was 20 minutes away by Tram or car. Staff was very polite and hotel was A-notch in cleanliness and service. Pool and Span was secluded with a good Gym.

Very sumptous, free transport to the airport.l You can then take a metro from the airport to town. Special thanks to Eben during the breakfast

The location is ok there's not much to see with the view from the room since it's just highway and other buildings. The room and facilities were pretty good but I'm not super satisfy with the service, but it was ok. Overall it was a nice stay.

Wow all staffs was very nice & sports activities excellent food good thanks a-lot.

Overall a pleasant stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Even have a family karaoke room to spend time.

Spacious and clean room. Like the capsule coffee offered.
