L'Eastin Hotel è davvero fantastico! L'ultima volta che ho prenotato lì, è successo qualcosa nella mia stanza. Ma poi quando mi sono lamentato con loro, hanno immediatamente aggiornato la mia stanza! Oh mio Dio, innamorato dei loro servizi! ❤️❤️ Come allegato la camera è stata aggiornata da loro 😍😍

Sono andato alle 7:00, 1° dicembre, e stavo chiedendo i prezzi. Il tipo al divano era già brutto quando gli parlavo, e lui era sul suo telefono tutto il tempo che lo facevo. Ha detto che non conosce le tariffe, e che la persona responsabile del desk front lo sa, per molte ragioni. Ma è il personale del desk front. Sembra che non vuole essere disturbato con quello che sta facendo sul suo telefono. Il tono della mia voce è cambiato perché non è una persona gentile a parlare, poi si è arrabbiato e mi ha urlato. Sembra che vuole uccidere una persona. Mi sono spaventato quando si trovava come se volesse uccidere qualcuno. Ho uscito subito. Ho inviato un'e-mail di denuncia e ho anche fatto una relazione alla polizia. Questo hotel non dovrebbe avere ospiti con il tipo di personale che hanno. Gli ospiti non sentiranno sicuramente al sicuro.

È il ripetersi della nostra famiglia in One World Hotel nel corso dell'ultimo decennio. Questa è la scelta predefinita ogni volta che arrivamo a KL. Siamo soddisfatti del servizio standard qui, della selezione del colazione, e abbiamo anche ricevuto il servizio di lavanderia giornaliero complimentare durante il nostro soggiorno di 5 notti. Guardando in attesa di tornare presto. Grazie al personale dell'hotel per il grande servizio e per il buon lavoro.

Scrivo per fornire un feedback dopo il mio recente soggiorno nel tuo hotel. Purtroppo, la mia esperienza non è stata al livello che avevo aspettato. Prima di tutto, la stanza non aveva asciugamani al mio arrivo, e ho dovuto chiamare il custode per mandarli, e questo è avvenuto anche durante le mie ultime resti. Inoltre, ho trovato che il minibar non era stato immagazzinato, che ho iniziato chiamando la ricezione per chiedere un cambio di stanza; mi è stato detto che invece di trasferire le stanze, il custode avrebbe mandato un minibar nella mia stanza, ma non era una soluzione ideale. Inoltre, ho notato che la zona circostante il minibar non era stata pulita correttamente, il che era deludente, dato il livello altrimenti elevato dell'hotel. Spero che tale feedback venga preso in considerazione per migliorare l'esperienza complessiva degli ospiti.

Walking distance from lobby to the paradigm mall We book without breakfast and have breakfast at coffee bean inside paradigm Parking is quite tricky to find, need to call the hotel, they said to park at yellow area Receiptionist check in us in the wrong room 2 double bed, but we book king size bed. Different price. Need to go down and settle with the receiptionist. After that everything is fine. Pleasant stay. Spacious room and toilet, TV is modern and variety channel.

Prenoto presto, ma quando vengo all'hotel, dicono che mi danno già ad altre persone... un'altra gente mi danno, ma un hotel molto povero e sporco... odore di zona fumante.. chiedo un rimborso... dicono che non possono essere dovuti già nel sistema... quando vedo recensione su Internet..molto cost diventa già come me ...

Very clean, provide everything. Dont have to bring your toiletries. There's a durian stall beside the hotel. You can eat there. The price is way cheaper that the stall outside for Musang king. Walking distance to every shopping mall.

La stanza è molto grande e confortevole. Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo durante il nostro soggiorno!

Reception is obvious leak of manpower. No interaction from reception when check in. Cleanliness is ok but qualities for room amenities need improve such as towels and boiling kettle. Seem not clean enough. Hotel location is depend your visit purpose. For me is fine and lots of restaurants in the same development project. View of room is good with nice view facing The curve. Room is spacious for the price offered.

Everything is in good condition, enjoyed my stay due to near to every facilities. Toilet is clean, but the pillow and bedsheet have stain. Location is near Sunway Pyramid and food shops. Strategic location with lift and water purifier machine outside the room. The environment of the hotel is good, the price is affordable, the surrounding area is very convenient, there are several supermarkets, and the price is cheap. There are restaurants next to it, McDonald's and Burger King. There are foreign currency exchanges in the nearby streets, several Chinese restaurants, pharmacies, clinics... everything you need for life is available. Very comfortable sleep, clean, complete security system, key card provided, free drinking water, both hot and cold water, next to the hotel there is a Thai restaurant. Malaysian food, Chinese food, Japanese food within walking distance. Fast check-in and check out with deposit fixed amount of MYR 50.00. Aircond is very cold and fan is provided too. Toilet has slipper and shampoo too. Clothes hanger and water container with cup provided too.
