My experience and expectations are very bad. booked my stay there for 3 days 2 night. No complimentary,no water ,hair dryer no fridge.toiletries such also need to ask? Everything should be provided in the first place? And most horrible thing is water boiler and hair dryer need to share? Sharing within the whole god damn hotel? Such that we have to go all the way down to the customer service counter to get it. To my own experiences customers service give the IDGAF service. So my review is I won’t bother to come back.

好非常非常的好，客服處理突發狀況認真，酒店服務人員也脾氣好，裝修有種獨特的馬來西亞的風格，尤其是電梯旁邊的地圖。

酒店還好罷了..但是價格便宜。衞生方面感覺不太好...因為有蟑螂-_-||。床是舒服的👍🏻 有點噪音 因為現在在裝修.. 附近很多mart 挺方便的。
