Fast and smooth check-in. No deposit. Our room is facing the Taman Subang Ria Lake and KL city. Nice view day and night.
The room is big with a work desk and a sofa. Free mini-bar consumption.
Overall, it is good.

Located beside Subang medical center . Hotel is pretty rundown. The hotel was holding exhibit of an artist. Went to the salon located at the lobby . Boss is very friendly and price is very reasonable. Had my keratin treatment done .
Upon entering the room , the walkway outside the bathroom was wet . Housekeeping forgot to close the fridge door resulting on the watery patch .
This hotel is suitable for younger couples who drives . Personally will not recommend for families with children as there’s no amenities nearby other than 1-2 coffeeshops opposite the hotel and a kmart ( about 10mins walk) .

Great service and attitude all round. Located next to a hospital for maximum safety in case you get hurt. Facilities are dated, albeit relatively clean. Spooky hallways and theme, perfect for a Halloween scare.

Should ready 2 shower caps for the guests. Just in case 1 is not in good condition, we still have another one for replacement. In my case, the rubber of the shower cap somehow is not in good condition and luckily I bring my hair clips with me. Unfortunately i forgot to take picture of rhe shower cap.

The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted to 16 degree celsius? 22 degree celsius is a bit warm.

Not satisfied with the room conditions. Lamp and sink are broken. Feel weird at first room check in as after we unlock the room there are card inserted with all lights on already. After we called reception then they change to another room which is ok in good condition.

Awesome customer service the moment I was greeted at reception. Request for room service was attended to very quickly. Gym facilities are good too, towels provided.

Stayed overnight for business purpose. Location is good and I like that it’s relatively quiet. Check in was easy, fast and pleasant. However, shortly after I had to go to my car and it was raining. There were staffs outside the hotel entrance that just stood there without asking whether I need umbrella or not. Sure the car is a short distance away but it’s always nice to ask rather than just standing and watching a guest being drenched by the rain.
Room was good and clean, some of the electrical outlets were a bit misaligned. There was a perpetual smell like damp cloth thruout the hallway, but none in the room. The blackout curtain is fantastic tho.
Breakfast; not too many option but they were tasty; except the beef cold cut it just doesn’t look fresh. And the seating arrangement was a bit cramped as well. Other than that I actually enjoyed the food.
Check out was again, a breeze.

Old hotel, there are cockroaches in the room😱😱😱, shower room Shower head is leaking, No anti-skid pad in the Bathtubs, towels are rare, pillows are soft and furniture is old. unworthy

Front office & housekeeping service is terrible. Request for hand towel waited for an hour never turn up. Seriously need to look into this.

It is good but it depends. sometimes good room and sometimes bad (like the plug does not work, bath tub or stand, or cleanniness diff issues). But still recommended.
