Untuk anak2 yang berenang harusnya petugas larang bila tidak kering.. Lantai basah dan licin

酒店位置很好，在海邊，周邊好吃的不少。設施有點舊，但很乾凈。服務很周到。照片是窗外實景。

Saya menginap 3 malam, old hotel jadi furniture nya sudah terlihat lama sekali, kamar mandinya juga agak creepy. Lokasi nya oke ke CPI, Mall Mari dan TSM dekat. Menu breakfast nya tidak bervariasi tapi rasanya oke. Proses check in nya cepat, hari pertama service nya oke, saya request additional bath towel dan hand towel cepat delivery ke kamar tapi di hari berikutnya saya minta additional bath towel lagi karena bath towel yang kemarin diambil sma housekeeping tapi FO info hanya boleh 2 bath towel saja. Sepertinya kebijakan masing masing staff beda ya. Jika memang tidak boleh ya seharusnya dari hari pertama tidak boleh dan sya lebih mengerti dengan rules ataupun SOP yang ada. Ketika hari ke 2 diinfokan hanya 2 bath towel dan sya protes tidak ada kelanjutan dri FO dimana info mereka akan menginfokan ke housekeeping tapi sampai saya keluar dari hotel saja tidak ada info lanjutan. AC nya panas sekaliii, tidak perlu ada selimut karena memang AC nya panas sekalii. Pembuangan air di bathtub lama mungkin sedikit buntu jdi harus menunggu lama sampai air benar benar larut. Tidak ada yang berkesan dari hotel ini. Sepertinya hotel ini harus direnovasi. Terima kasih.

Semua staff hotel ramah, pokoknya rekomended ..apa lagi jaraknya dengan pantai losari..sangat dekat.

What a lovely sweet experience we have here ! We have our club suite room and get all the amazing services... Welcome food and drink, large room, quite old but still a clean and comfy room. Executive lounge room serve us all we need to have a nice breakfast... Nasi goreng, chicken porridge, beroncong, apang, fruits, etc. Love love our experienced here !
