All ok but found previous customers’ underwear in the cabinet in wet condition and getting smelly. I think housekeeper does not check all the cabinets there. The toilet when check in was not dry.

I recently stayed (29/01/2025 until 01/02/2025) at Mossaz Mana Mana Suites, and I have to say it was a very underwhelming experience. The hotel service was extremely slow, with long queues at check-in and check-out. Staff seemed overwhelmed and were not helpful in addressing basic concerns. To make matters worse, the lifts were always packed, creating a frustrating delay each time I needed to go up or down. The bathroom was also in poor condition, the water in the shower was clogged, making it impossible to have a proper wash. That's why we checked out earlier..

Everything is ok except : 1: Lift slow(more than 10 mins wait) issues 2: Rubbish not cleared. 3: Mattress is very hard. 4: No tooth brush provided.

An enjoyable stay. No coffee, but it was explained professionally. Enjoying the gym facilities.

Place is new, view from window is great facing forest reserve, location is hard to find maybe the area is not fully developed. Check in procedure was slow.

This was my second time at Mossaz. It wasn't as good as my first time. My room didn't have a kettle, iron or ironing board but when I messaged the front desk they had it sent within an hour. Shampoo, shower gel and dish soap were all nearly empty and I didn't have toothbrushes this time so housekeeping could do better with replenishing items.

Good service friendly management. Free parking at B3 & B4 provided. Cons - mattress abit hard and there is paint smell maybe just renovated. Got roof top beautiful view, best gym.

We received very bad service from housekeeping. It’s Normal custom to have to request for cleaning and all the normal necessities here; like toilet paper, coffee, etc because you won’t receive without asking (which is a bad rule) , but the experience was so frustrating. Around 12, we requested for a room to be cleaned; which had not been cleaned for over 3 nights because they don’t clean, unless you ask and if you don’t wait for 2 days; you are charged. You are not provided with any cleaning materials too. After requesting for our room to be cleaned, we were told okay; they will do. 2hrs later we requested again and left the room because it was dirty; we asked that it be cleaned within 2hrs as we would step out to have this done and they assured they would try. 7hrs later we returned and the room always still as we left it. Dirty sheets, dirty floors , dirty bathroom & not toilet paper or towel changes. It was clear that no one even entered the room. Good stay here, their gym facility is good, get free upgrade from property, always the first choice.

I’ve extended my stay here for the second time now…. No hassle, I didn’t need to check out and check in again, the host just allowed me to continue with my room and send a team to clean up and replenish coffee and tea for free… service is pretty good here although the lift facilities can be improved…. As for the gym and infinity pool, it’s really good with full gym equipment and the best view in pj

New condo for hospitality. Location not so convenient but overall good have kitchen n Netflix can enjoy the movie after cooking.

The floor is very dirty seems like never sweep when the last guest check out. There’s used towel left in the toilet. The dining chair is very dirty & dusty as per photo. No toilet rolls provided only when we request then they send over 1 toilet roll for 2 night stay for 4pax 😐

Pro: the room is big, nice view (we had jungle view), nice pool and gym The front desk people are very friendly and wants to help. You have a market at the entrance, and it closes very late, more than 00 AM with a lot of options from food to fresh fruits and coffee. Cons: cleaning is non existing as they say one every 2 days will clean and change the towels bit in our 4 nights nobody came there (we asked tge front desk and they did change the towels) It is far from the city, 1km away from a metro station or a 40 min taxi from Petronas Towers.
