Hotel pet friendly a Zhaoqing

My stay at the Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is spotless, with rooms that are always kept clean, comfortable, and well stocked with water, toiletries, and all the essentials. The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive — they go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and cared for throughout your stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the fresh fruits provided in my room and the mooncakes they gave me to take home. The location is another highlight. Just across the street is a beautiful park, perfect for exercising, taking peaceful walks, or simply sitting and observing daily local life. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and charming, giving you a real sense of peace and security. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby, and in the evenings, the streets come alive with small food stalls offering authentic Chinese flavors — a delightful way to experience local culture. Overall, Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing exceeded my expectations. With its cleanliness, excellent service, welcoming staff, and ideal location, it offers both comfort and a genuine sense of connection to the community. I would absolutely love to return and stay here again.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. It is about 15mins walk to the Tian Guang Xu Jade market. And from there Yu Bo Cheng is just across. The service is commendable here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They taught me how to navigate the Didi and ******* Apps and gave me some useful advice and suggestions. I requested for a fridge which the Hotel doesn’t have. However the hotel staff brought in a portable fridge into my room instead. I was pleasantly surprised by the gesture. The hotel is of a certain age, but the rooms are clean. Breakfast is simple with a good variety and quite delicious. My suggestion is that they put a fridge in the room because summer could be quite warm. I an impressed with the Service here. Will definitely come back and stay again if I go to Sihui.

一個字“好”，兩個字“很好”，三個字“非常好”，之所以沒給滿分，是因為將近4點才讓我們入住。 首先，門口種植的多肉，看着就很喜人，很治癒，門前很大的一個停車場，旁邊是一間很有意境的咖啡店（悄咪咪告訴你們，咖啡店老闆很像歌手李健）。 最重要的是，民宿老闆家的私房菜超好吃，實惠又美味，所以，能勸一個是一個，真的不要在外面找吃的，直接在老闆家訂位吃飯，你會感謝我的！ 接下來，就是房間，一室兩廳一衞，整棟樓是老闆的自建房，共四層，每層兩套，沒電梯，衞生尚可，沒有之前評論區説的頭髮和垃圾，估計是有改善了，窗户對出就可以看到星湖，很開闊，很舒服。 還有一點不好，就是搞衞生的阿姨會直接開門沖進來，嚇死，這點體驗非常不好。

酒店評價： 1.位置 ：來之前要先問一下店家 網上辦理入住 差點沒找到位置 2.住宿條件：公寓，普普通通，裝修就洗手池、窗簾等比較陳舊 3.衞生：擦了一下電視下的枱麪 臟 衞生間牆面也臟臟的 廚房洗手池以前被腐蝕過 看着臟臟的 最可怕的是晚上開燈有一堆蟲子（像是那種雨天出現的蟲子） 一直在陽台門和卧室燈上飛來飛去 過於噁心 建議加強衞生和殺蟲 4.客服：態度可以，但是我當時來的時候找到18樓 敲門沒人應 門口就掛了個“富米公寓”的招牌 打電話説是讓加了客服微信 然後過了好幾分鐘客服才告知我房號 當時身體很疲憊 想立馬入住 等待過程中甚至想着乾脆退掉不住了 心累 因為當時所在的十八樓還有一對情侶在房間吵架 在走廊都聽得清清楚楚 其實態度可以 但是那個房間門密碼也是難按 建議發房間號密碼的時候順便發怎麼按房間密碼開門的視頻 速度幫顧客答疑 5.其他方面：提供免費飲用水2瓶 除菌洗衣液 有熱水、洗衣機、晾衣架、冰箱、電視、空調等配套硬件設施 住宿房間有些櫃子有配套的消防滅火器、防毒面罩 挺好 就是有個櫃子放有拆開的一次性拖鞋和雜物 無語😅 希望能夠改進一下房間臟舊的細節 這樣顧客更為滿意

酒店非常好，周邊設施齊全，吃喝玩樂都比較近，酒店房間乾淨衞生，通風，尤其前台服務非常貼心。我訂的是大床房，那個床睡着特別舒服，有種慢慢沉下去的感覺，很快就睡著了，房間住着很安心，入住首選，值得推薦哈[微笑]
