Hotel con parcheggio a Zhaoqing

Il miglior hotel che abbia mai soggiornato in Cina per questo prezzo. Il design e lo stile della camera mi adatta molto. Molto comodo, cortina di controllo remoto, bagno auto con sedile caldo, 2 testa da bagno e anche spray. La zona è in un villaggio, è tranquilla e molto vicino a Dinghushan. Il proprietario è molto bello. Mi ha dato dei biscotti e mi ha offerto una gita a sette stelle perché è il suo modo di tornare a casa. Mi ha anche dato molte informazioni per attrazioni e cibo che dovrei mangiare a Zhaoqing. Tornerò qui di nuovo.

Lika Wang did a good job at helping me check in and picking up my Taobao packages. Room was clean, robes and towels fluffy, bed and pillows soft and clean, balcony rail was wiped (saw them sipping it). Room has nice art work based on local geography, floor lag does not get soaked because there’s a lip beneath shower door, there’s a scale and a hair dryer, coffee pods (no creamer) and basic tea. Pool gym are both clean with towels. Lounge is ok, but refreshments and drinks very limited, didn’t have time to try their actual tea time. Breakfast has EXCELLENT EGG CHOICES (well labelled as over easy etc) with omelettes, sausages were good quality, bacon was ok, Chinese rice noodles were dried out but congee selection was good. But breakfast areas were crowded but they did try to put extra seating outside the restaurant. Cleaning staff consistently remembered to greet guests. Chinese restaurant had good roast duck, fresh shrimps but service was slow and lacked eloquence. Overall pretty well designed hotel, with staff that have good attitude. But like many hotels, it’s the training that may need improvement. Areas for improvement: 1. air conditioning insufficient in lobby and hallways,(avoid automatic doors and add curtains to save ac if needed ) 2. Fitness centre desk staff a bit slow and lacks training, more water machines needed, 3. Doorman didn’t always help with luggage and didn’t consistently open doors, (but they were often outside in the heat, tried to help and were ready to help) 4. Restaurant staff put in good effort, but you need more staff or faster staff. 5. Breakfast wasn’t replenished fast enough, salad bar could be improved with more choices, (Japanese dressing was always low) hash browns could be added and the coffee beans weren’t that good but the machine was good. 6. Management staff need to be on site more supervising and greeting. 7. Concierge staff could be more active at greeting and directing. 8. Some live piano music or some more music to enhance lobby would be better. Nonetheless all of the staff overall are better than average, and show good attitude and willingness. The most impressive was the attention to detail with shower door lip, local art work, breakfast egg selection, very comfortable bed, and good congee selection.

Andato al ”falso” hotel di Vienna dopo l'arrivo con il treno. Ci sono alcuni ”hotel di Vienna” a Zhaoqing. Purtroppo l'indirizzo stradale per ”mi” hotel di Vienna non è apparso nel menu di abbassamento di tutti gli hotel di Vienna nell'App Didi. Anche i ricevitori dell'hotel ”error” non sono riusciti a farmi ordinare un Didi sulla mia versione inglese di WeChat. Hanno dovuto ordinare un Didi usando la loro versione cinese di WeChat. Il viaggio ferroviario dalla provincia di Guangxi ha preso 90 minuti, ma ha trovato l'hotel giusto. Dopo aver raggiunto Zhaoqinh, ci sono voluti più di 120 minuti. Non avere un sorridente benvenuto dopo aver raggiunto l'hotel ”diretto” di Vienna non mi ha aiutato. Questo è stato peggiorato quando ho saltato a letto e fuso fumo di sigarette. Il bagno è piccolo e datato. Tuttavia la varietà del colazione era grande! Check out e trasferito in un altro hotel più nuovo dopo 2 notti.

Room is huge, tub is clean and comfortable. The bed is kind of soft, didn't get good sleep. There's a wedding in the morning so super noisy. Location is super good just by the lake. Shower is great

La posizione è vicina al 7 Craig Lake. Ma camminare lontano al quartiere principale. Personale amichevole, molto pulito. Se la piscina fosse attiva sarebbe un 5/5. Avrei consigliato questo hotel.

Sarebbe stato tutto a posto, tranne che abbiamo voluto passare un po' di tempo a cercare hotel dove possiamo prenotare uffici senza fumo, ma, mentre eravamo dentro, abbiamo sentito chiaramente l'odore di fumo di sigarette che arrivava. Abbiamo capito che era venuto dal sistema di ventilazione igienica. L'odore era insopportabile, quindi siamo andati in ricevimento per farli sapere. Ma la loro risposta era super incompetente, dicendo: ”Oh, certo, manderò qualcuno con un po' di aria fresca”. Poi le abbiamo detto che non risolverà la questione, e lei ha detto che chiederà che anche il ventilatore venga controllato; quando ci siamo resi conto che c’era già qualcuno, mentre l’intera stanza era in piscina in frigorifero d’aria di agrumi. Se è possibile, è stato quasi peggio dell'odore della sigaretta, dovevamo aprire tutte le porte e le finestre che cercavano di respirare, e perché era tardi e non avevamo energia per provare a lamentarci e poi muoverci ancora le stanze, dovevamo dormire in tutto questo. Ovviamente, la mattina svegliamo di nuovo per fumare sigarette, e subito usciamo e andiamo a trovare un altro hotel. Non rimarrei mai più con il City Comfort Inn.

Great location in a quiet area just in from of the scenic place. The room is confortable and the owner is very helpful and kind! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

It’s quite okay, it’s cheap, just the room a little bit small, and a few disturbances from neighbors, otherwise other stuffs were ok
