UUtente ospiteL'hotel è pulito e spazioso con un prezzo amichevole per la borsa. Il bagno, senza bagno, ha una zona doccia spaziosa e acqua calda istantanea. La posizione è piuttosto ideale, ha molti piatti vicino e vicino ad un attrazione chiamata Dinghu Mountain. Vorrà sicuramente rimanere qui di nuovo.

KKaeJiraratIl miglior hotel che abbia mai soggiornato in Cina per questo prezzo. Il design e lo stile della camera mi adatta molto. Molto comodo, cortina di controllo remoto, bagno auto con sedile caldo, 2 testa da bagno e anche spray. La zona è in un villaggio, è tranquilla e molto vicino a Dinghushan.
Il proprietario è molto bello. Mi ha dato dei biscotti e mi ha offerto una gita a sette stelle perché è il suo modo di tornare a casa. Mi ha anche dato molte informazioni per attrazioni e cibo che dovrei mangiare a Zhaoqing. Tornerò qui di nuovo.

SSmartcanuckLika Wang did a good job at helping me check in and picking up my Taobao packages. Room was clean, robes and towels fluffy, bed and pillows soft and clean, balcony rail was wiped (saw them sipping it). Room has nice art work based on local geography, floor lag does not get soaked because there’s a lip beneath shower door, there’s a scale and a hair dryer, coffee pods (no creamer) and basic tea. Pool gym are both clean with towels. Lounge is ok, but refreshments and drinks very limited, didn’t have time to try their actual tea time.
Breakfast has EXCELLENT EGG CHOICES (well labelled as over easy etc) with omelettes, sausages were good quality, bacon was ok, Chinese rice noodles were dried out but congee selection was good. But breakfast areas were crowded but they did try to put extra seating outside the restaurant.
Cleaning staff consistently remembered to greet guests. Chinese restaurant had good roast duck, fresh shrimps but service was slow and lacked eloquence.
Overall pretty well designed hotel, with staff that have good attitude. But like many hotels, it’s the training that may need improvement.
Areas for improvement:
1. air conditioning insufficient in lobby and hallways,(avoid automatic doors and add curtains to save ac if needed )
2. Fitness centre desk staff a bit slow and lacks training, more water machines needed,
3. Doorman didn’t always help with luggage and didn’t consistently open doors, (but they were often outside in the heat, tried to help and were ready to help)
4. Restaurant staff put in good effort, but you need more staff or faster staff.
5. Breakfast wasn’t replenished fast enough, salad bar could be improved with more choices, (Japanese dressing was always low) hash browns could be added and the coffee beans weren’t that good but the machine was good.
6. Management staff need to be on site more supervising and greeting.
7. Concierge staff could be more active at greeting and directing.
8. Some live piano music or some more music to enhance lobby would be better.
Nonetheless all of the staff overall are better than average, and show good attitude and willingness.
The most impressive was the attention to detail with shower door lip, local art work, breakfast egg selection, very comfortable bed, and good congee selection.

UUtente ospiteGreat place and the front desk was super friendly. The young man in the evening also gave us a great recommendation for roast pidgeon. Docking one point from cleanliness because the nonsmoking rooms still slightly smell like smoke, but otherwise great.

PPoh Yin LianHad a very satisfied stay here. We booked for the family room and we've got to see the whole 岩前村view, actually quite nice at night. The room renovation was really pretty and i like their whole hotel vibe and style. The reception staff was also really nice servicing. Was feeling regret tgta only stay at Zhaoqing for only one night. Will come back to this stay if i ever have the chance.

SsolenchinaThe room is very big and has tons of light, i didnt like too much the view as you can see the other building in front of it, and the person in charged made all the effort to fix it on the next day.
I come a lot to zhaoqing and to this hotel because it is amazing the service
Downstairs there are restaurants and a supermarket. If you get the year ticket you can go in different seasons snd see the view changing in each of them

UUtente ospiteThere was a bit of messing around with the rooms when we arrived, but in the end we stayed in the room we originally booked. The room was like a full apartment with its own conservatory area, which we thought lovely. The highlight though was the location and view just outside though, the ginormous city park right across the street. It was all beautiful, we had a lovely coffee next to the water in the sun in the morning and the owner then took us in by car to discover the city center. At the end the owner again drove us with our suitcases to the train station. We absolutely loved our stay here.
Only downside I would say were the single use towels, which first of all were not very effective, secondly a horrible waste for the environment.
(On an additional small note regarding rooms, if you fear that guests would not like the cheapest room and insist they upgrade, you’re making the impression of having misled the guest during booking. We personally would have loved it, but we’re quite surprised to have it downplayed for us on arrival that it is too small and too loud. It was not too loud and size was good, perhaps a small cleaning to the windows and an upgrade in interior design could do the place good).

UUtente ospiteUna esperienza di soggiorno che supera le aspettative, questa esperienza di soggiorno è completamente superiore alle aspettative!Dal momento che entrano nel salone, il personale ha mostrato un atteggiamento professionale e entusiasta. Quando si occupano del soggiorno, ha introdotto attivamente la rotta di gioco intorno, e ha aggiornato in modo approfondito la sala di visione al piano alto, con dettagli completi. La stanza è pulita e pulita e sorprendente. I letti sono morbidi e cute. Una volta al collo, il viaggio è stato alleggerito. La vista notturna della città fuori dalla finestra è ancora più felice.La secchezza della sega è ragionevole e la qualità dei prodotti di lavaggio è stata progettata in linea, e anche l'approvvigionamento di acqua calda è stabile e veloce. LLoves TravelAnche se Zhaoqing è un bel luogo di trasporto da Kaiping è stato praticamente inesistente. Quasi abbiamo svanito l'idea di visitare finché non abbiamo scoperto che potremmo transitare e passare in un autobus da Jiangmen. Purtroppo abbiamo colpito anche un altro colpo alla stazione di autobus Zhaoqing perché non c'era nessun trasporto pubblico nella zona di 7 Star Crags dove si trova l'hotel. Tuttavia, la bella signora proprietaria è venuta al salvataggio e ci ha raccolti. Quanto è cool? La signora capo è il secondo a nessuno. Era estremamente utile - suggerendo posti per cibo e attrazioni e anche l'ordine di farli. Certamente la parte migliore di rimanere qui è lei.
Ma anche il suo soggiorno è grande. È molto ben situato davanti al bellissimo lago famoso, in modo da poter catturare facilmente il tramonto e le scene di sollevamento del sole.
In retrospettiva, avremmo dovuto rimanere almeno un'altra notte.Forse ci riuniremo?
