"Wir hatten ein schönes renoviertes Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit war top.
Es gab kein Duschmittel / Shampoo. Das hätten wir uns gewünscht.
Zum Essen haben wir leider mehrere Minuspunkte.
Wir hatten HP ( 4 Gang Menu) gebucht.
Leider haben wir beim Abendessen verschimmeltes Brot erhalten. Das geht gar nicht, zumal ja dann das Brot auch nicht frisch sein kann.
Auf unsere Beanstandung kam keine grosse Reaktionen. Das Personal war wohl auch sehr über dieses Zustand irritiert und entfernte sich schnell wieder.
Die Essensportionen waren sehr klein. Es gab zwar Nachschlag. Wenn aber praktisch alles Leute Nachschlag bestellen, ist die Menge echt zu klein. Qualität bis auf das Brot war ok.
Beim Frühstück gab es am 1. Morgen nur noch Brot (das so aussah, wie das vom Vorabend, darauf hatten wir wirklich gar keine Lust). Keine Brötchen oder Gipfeli. Ansonsten gab es eine Käse und Fleischplatte, Eier und Müsli.
Am. 2. Morgen haben wir dann noch die letzten 2 Brötchen ergattern können. Immerhin.
Gleich neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bäckerei. Frisches Brot / Brötchen sollte daher gut organisierbar sein. Schade.
Das 2. Abendessen war gut. Auf das Brot haben wir verzichtet."
