Hotel in zona Richard Diggins Park, Perth

Dopo 4 notti qui abbiamo esteso il nostro soggiorno per un ulteriore 5 notti, come ci piaceva tanto! La posizione era molto conveniente, Subiaco è a tre fermate dal centro di Perth e sulla stessa linea per l'aeroporto. È possibile raggiungere Fremantle sulla stessa linea, in circa 25 minuti. Tutti i membri del personale qui sono gentili e gentili, e i letti molto confortevoli sono un grande bonus. Concepimento pensativo tocca come porte USB su entrambi i lati del letto solo rendere le cose molto confortevoli. Cosa avrebbe fatto a una piena cinque stelle sarebbe stato bagni nel giacca e pulizia giornaliera completa (per ragioni ambientali fanno solo il letto e cambiano le tue asciugamani... Ho i capelli lunghi e ho gettato un sacco, Così un vuoto sarebbe stato davvero bello soprattutto per un lungo soggiorno!)

We stayed at Tribe Perth Kings Park for 3 nights, and we had an amazing experience. These are just a few things that we loved in the hotel: * Our room was very comfortable and clean. We really felt welcomed, and the city views were great. Nespresso machine and kettle in the room is a very nice touch with coffee, tea, and complementary water every day. * All the staff was very professional, nice and kind. They really know how to take care of their guests. We felt really special the way that everyone treated us. * Good location with main attractions on walking distance. * The buffet breakfast was delicious with much variety and with fresh products. We had, without a doubt, an amazing hotel experience. We can't recommend enough staying at this hotel.

La Sebel West Perth ha offerto una scelta di alloggio a buon bilancio durante il mio recente viaggio, che mi ha consentito di rimanere nel cuore della città senza rompere la banca. Il personale di The Sebel West Perth era amichevole ed efficiente. Anche se non troppo lussuoso, il lobby e le aree comuni dell'hotel erano tempestive e ben mantenute. Il processo di check-in era rapido e il personale era facilmente disponibile per affrontare qualsiasi domanda. Le camere, pur essendo di base, erano pulite e avevano tutti gli elementi essenziali per un soggiorno confortevole. Anche se gli mobili non erano più moderni, servivano il loro scopo. Il letto era abbastanza confortevole per un sonno decente dopo un giorno di esplorazione della città. La posizione dell'hotel era senza dubbio il punto di vendita più forte. Situato nel centro della città, ha significato un facile accesso alle attrazioni popolari, ristoranti e trasporti pubblici. Questa comodità mi ha consentito di sfruttare al massimo il mio tempo in città senza spendere molto sul trasporto.

La settimana scorsa, mia moglie e io avevo un soggiorno meraviglioso, da parte di un servizio amichevole e impeccabile. Al check-in il mio livello ambasciatore era ben riconosciuto. La nostra stanza era pulita, comoda, molto tranquilla, moderna e ben progettata. La colazione del ristorante di piano terra dell'hotel, Ivy & Jack, è stata un'ottima colazione, un servizio eccellente. La mia moglie, tuttavia, pensava che il cibo per colazione asiatico sarebbe stato buono, pensava che le noodle e le verdure cucinate asiatiche fossero vegetariane piuttosto che contenenti carne.

Il personale è entusiasta e amichevole, che è l'hotel economico più economico nella zona commerciale centrale.La distanza a piedi può essere raggiunta in tutti i ristoranti.L'unico aspetto negativo è che l'hotel non ha un parcheggio e non può parcheggiare sul lato della strada, anche se la sicurezza è difficile da garantire durante il giorno, ed è costosa.

Ho soggiornato una notte all'hotel europeo nell'aprile 2023, e l'ho presa dai molti hotel che ho cercato perché sembrava un hotel elegante e unico, e non come un moderno hotel di taglio di cookie, e mi sono sentito così felice che ha rispettato le mie aspettative. Sono arrivato presto e sono stato accolto con piacere dal personale di ricezione che è arrivato intorno allo stesso tempo di me. Mi è stato permesso lasciare il bagaglio in una stanza di bagaglio chiusa e usare una stanza di bagno in alto per lavarmi rapidamente dopo il mio volo, prima di andare a esplorare Perth. Non c'è nessuno che si accinga a ricevere o entrare dopo le 7 o così (Credo sia il momento, ma potrei essere sbagliato), quindi mi è stato dato un trucco per lasciarmi entrare se arrivo all'hotel più tardi. Purtroppo il famoso Café di Miss Maud non c'è più, ma c'è un piacevole piccolo caffè attaccato al lobby dove ho un caffè caldo e un sandwich. La posizione dell'hotel è molto centrale, sono riuscito a camminare al WA Visitor Center per saperne di più su cosa fare a Perth, e dopo un lungo giorno di esplorazione, ho ricevuto uno degli autobus CAT che mi ha lasciato circa 5-10 minuti a piedi. La camera, una sola, era piccola ma perfettamente adeguata, con un bagno pulito e un sacco di acqua calda; l’unica cosa non così bello era che non c’era vista, c’era una finestra molto alta, che guardava un altro blocco. Ma per pulire e riposare, è stato più che sufficiente.Vorrei consigliare di rimanere qui se non si trova in quegli hotel moderni, perfetti ma piuttosto senza carattere, e vorrei essere in una zona molto accessibile.

Abbiamo preso un'unità che non dice finestre e poiché non ci sono altri posti con un prezzo decente e questo è l'unico che sembra un prezzo decente, abbiamo provato per 1 notte e siamo rimasti molto sorpresi dal risultato. È carino e anche senza finestre è di gran lunga uno degli hotel più belli e puliti in cui siamo stati finora. È proprio accanto al parcheggio e nascosto in un angolo, ma questo non ci ha disturbato. Lo adoriamo in realtà. Inoltre è al piano terra, quindi non abbiamo dovuto salire le scale o aspettare l'ascensore. Il check-in si è svolto senza problemi con il check-in automatico. I servizi sono fantastici. La distanza era un po' lontana dalla stazione ma è un buon esercizio e camminare!

Location was easy to find and accessible to mostly places. Appreciate the clean bedding and towel. Room was spacious enough and had sufficient luggage storage spaces. There’s a large & cosy co-study/working/living space with billiard tables and projector screen. Sleeping areas are pretty secured with keycards so one can be less concerned with external entry. There is a kitchenette that allows guests to store their food in big fridges and sufficient amenities like microwaves and toasters. It’s a pity that some guests are not responsible in washing up after use. The hot water dispenser wasn’t working for the few days I was there so many guests heated drinking water with the microwave. Possible improvements: I wish a hostel with such high turnover could consider to provide shared shampoo and soap in the showers, and have a machine that sells washing detergent pods. Definitely would help to reduce loads of single-use disposable waste.

Lots of the reviews here, I believe, are reviewing Mercure on Hay (the newer, more upmarket hotel and possibly better of the two although I haven’t seen it), whereas lots of reviews in Mercure Perth on Hay are referring to Mercure on Irwin. I’ve compared the photos and the hotel details and official photos are definitely that way round. SO… this one, Mercure Perth (which is on Irwin St) is the bad one. It’s awful. It’s tired, badly fitted out, dingy and I hope never to stay here again. My room was down a corridor of *****ed (and stained) carpet that made me feel nauseous to look at. The room was ok, the bed comfortable, but more stained carpet, and lots of things didn’t work. Several light bulbs were broken, lots of curtain hooks missing, the room safe didn’t work, the bath had a rusty patch in it. The aircon was too cold for me and I followed the instructions to turn up the temperature but it didn’t warm up. Two phone calls and three hours later, someone attended my room, told me the air con wasn’t adjustable as it’s one temperature for the whole building so the instructions were incorrect. He turned it off (supposedly) and I then spent my stay with no aircon although the room was still cold and not stuffy and the control panel didn’t say ‘off’ so I think the whole thing was just BS and they couldn’t be bothered to deal with it or give me another room. Staff care factor of the attendant was zero, and of the front desk staff, close to zero. I got woken up in the early hours of the morning several times by skip bins being moved around in the laneway outside (very loud chains being dropped in the skip bins and noise reverberation). The next night the fridge started making such a loud noise in the middle of the night that I had to turn it off and use the spare towels to absorb the water as it defrosted. I’m just curious why Mercure keep this one running. Perhaps it’s set at a different price range but it’s not doing their brand any favours with two Mercure hotels so close together, especially with all the reviews mixed up.

Enjoyed the stay overall even though there was a hiccup on the first night due to the significant noise level of the renovation where our room was directly above. My infant was startled by the noise and we were woken up as early as 7AM by it. Staff was great and accommodated our request for a change of room.
