Hotel in zona Reddings Reserve, Perth

Ho dato un rating medio a questo hotel perché ci sono alcuni punti molto buoni sull'hotel. Ci siamo trasferiti in un appartamento di una camera da letto. Il buono: Grande posizione, spaziose camere, bagno spa massiccio adatta facilmente due persone. Camere confortevoli. 2 TV. 2 con unità di aria con. Molto tranquillo nonostante sia vicino alla strada. Ben attrezzato con tutto quello che hai bisogno. Buona attrezzatura sul sito, ad esempio piscina riscaldata, sauna, parcheggio sicuro. Il male: I primi arrivati hanno doppio prezzo per la mia stanza come avevo già pagato attraverso Booking.com. In secondo luogo, dopo circa un'ora, l'aria condizionata principale, che si trova essenzialmente nel mezzo della stanza, ha iniziato a scorrere acqua in tutto il pavimento, abbiamo messo sotto di essa un buco di gomma e chiamato il manager. Un uomo è venuto a dirci che non c'era niente che potesse fare perché era sabato e l'hotel era completamente prenotato. Purtroppo, abbiamo dovuto rimediare e il fuoco cambiato finisce qualche volta e ha sconvolto i nostri tentativi di catturare l'acqua. Anche il livello di pulizia lascia molto da desiderare. Questo non è un hotel 4 stelle. C'erano crollazioni in tutto il tetto della scatola, riparazioni nelle tende e alcune tinture sul mobilio, e la condizione generale delle attrezzature era scarsa, ad esempio il silicone intorno al bacino del bagno era sbloccato e caduta. La pulizia generale era anche scarsa, e probabilmente non rimarrebbe più.

We booked an extra night because of an operation that I had to have. We were politely asked to have our key card updated. I took one card to reception, and my husband took the second card the next day. The way the receptionist spoke to him was just unacceptable. She was so rude and dismissive, and argued with him about the fact that we had booked an extra night. Her name is Carol, and she should not be front of house in a very nice establishment. I would expect management to speak to this lady about her attitude towards customers. I wonder if she realises it’s the customers money that pays her salary!!

La stanza aveva alcune questioni di manutenzione, come alcune delle luci non funzionanti, telefono non funzionante, socket elettrico libero e il letto di Kingsize scorreva verso il centro. La stanza era pulita e bella e, ovviamente, favolosa vista della città di Perth e del fiume Swan.

Raccomandare con forza questo luogo. Salutato da personale utile che si allontanano dalla loro strada per renderti comodo. Nessuno è troppo difficile per loro. Camere molto pulite con fogli di crisp. Perfettamente cucinato e presentato colazione con una vasta gamma di opzioni.

Volevamo un alloggio vicino all'arena e questo era perfetto. Il personale, la pulizia, il colazione, la camera da bagno accessibile, erano tutti grandi. Vergogna il livello di comodità del letto e del divano. Il letto rullava nel tempo medio grande e era molto basso. Il divano era estremamente basso, rendendolo inutilizzabile per una persona in particolare con disabilità, e non avevano chiaramente pensato a questo aspetto di utilità solo il bagno per renderlo accessibile. Rimaneremmo ancora in quella stanza, ma non in quella stanza e chiederemmo se il mobilio fosse confortevole.

Il personale è entusiasta e amichevole, che è l'hotel economico più economico nella zona commerciale centrale.La distanza a piedi può essere raggiunta in tutti i ristoranti.L'unico aspetto negativo è che l'hotel non ha un parcheggio e non può parcheggiare sul lato della strada, anche se la sicurezza è difficile da garantire durante il giorno, ed è costosa.

We upgraded to an executive room, which was very comfortable. We could not get near enough to the hotel on arrival to park and check in. There is a small very narrow lane way that runs from Wellington St to Murray St with no indication of which way the traffic flows. We parked up eventually on Murray St in a multi storey and fortunately our one suit case was easily wheeled the 100 metres or so to the hotel. The hotel info was all available on the room tv screen. I checked breakfast times and saw it was served up to 10-30 am on a weekend. Next morning we arrived at breakfast at 9-45 am. The waiter looked somewhat taken aback. There was only enough orange juice for 1 person, the tank on the tea maker was dry, there was no butter or bacon. The water tank was refilled, butter produced. The chef lifted the lid of the scrambled eggs and they looked disgusting. I asked the waiter if we could have a fried egg. He had to go find the chef. He cooked the eggs, burnt on the bottom runny white on the top. My breakfast at a cost of $30 consisted of one slice of toast 3 mushrooms, half a scoop of congealed baked beans and half of a very sad looking tomato, plus the delicious burnt egg, one cup of black tea. I heard the waiter and chef grumbling together about breakfast times and their attitude prevented me from complaining and asking for fresh food. It transpired that breakfast time had been changed to finish at 10am. The receptionist enlightened me as we checked out next day. There was still a sign on reception saying that breakfast on a weekend lasted until 10 -30am. Needless to say we breakfasted elsewhere next day. It's a soul less hotel, with about as much vibe as a grave yard. We used the fantastic bar of the new Novotel directly behind Rydges. I also found we could have stayed there at a cheaper rate! Will not be returning.

Siamo arrivati a Perth al 2.30am e abbiamo un taxi direttamente dall'aeroporto. Definitivamente ha bisogno di decorare, il letto sembra andare un po' in basso, come sentimmo i piedi erano più alti di quelli, le mutandine erano piatti, avevamo una foglia, poi una foglia che era stata vista meglio e necessita una nuova e poi una foglia superiore. Il bagno era di base, aveva una doccia, anche se ha fatto qualche naso strano e la temperatura è aumentata e giù, nessuna piastra nella baia di mano, ci sono i bagni che non abbiamo mai usato. Il colazione era molto di base, solo alcune carni fredde, uova fredde cotte, salate e tosta. Se volevi cuocere dovevi pagare con Croissants, dolore au raisin, ecc. Il personale di ricezione durante il giorno era piacevole e molto utile, aveva sempre un sorriso. Il servizio Freebus è stato vicino al servizio gatto che si può saltare in qualsiasi momento.

Both me and my son enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Although its more like a 'clubbing' area, I feel it is still safe and I have a child with me. And its just two of us. Staffs are friendly and hotel is at a good location. Room is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We had good 4 night of sleep! View from our room is fantastic. Breakfast was good too. Will definitely return again!

From the moment we arrived to the last second of our 2 night stay we were treated like royalty, the room was luxurious with well appointed amenities and soft luxurious bedding. The view is to die for looking out over perth city and the Swan River, and really is breathtaking of a night time. The hotel has a vast amount of thing to entertain you so realistically no need to leave, (and we didnt). Everything is within walking distance so it is very well situated. The pool area is divine with infinity pools and 2 jacuzzi's for those slightly cooler days. The bars and restaurants are excellent with a wide variety of food and drinks to satisfy every craving! Even if it is some dirty old mcdonalds haha. Overall this experience was a 6 star experience. Definitely one we will be doing again very soon in the future.
