Hotel in zona Parmelia Dog Park, Perth

Ho avuto un bel soggiorno all'Hotel Local. Il personale era molto utile e accogliente. Abbiamo pianificato di trascorrere una notte sull'isola di Rottnest prima di entrare per due notti all'hotel, e ci hanno concesso gentilmente di immagazzinare il nostro bagaglio un giorno prima. Era un grande favore e rendeva il nostro viaggio molto più conveniente; quando siamo arrivati, il nostro bagaglio era già nella nostra stanza, che era un bel toccamento. La stanza stessa era elegante e moderna. Abbiamo scelto una stanza a angolo, con tre grandi finestre, riempiendo lo spazio con luce naturale. La luce nella stanza era anche ben fatta, creando un piacevole ambiente. Anche se il bagno e il bagno erano condivisi, e c'era un po' di rumore dalla musica del bar, l'esperienza generale era piacevole, questi minori disagio erano stati sovrascontrati dagli aspetti positivi del nostro soggiorno. In generale, penso che l'Hotel Local sia un bel posto per stare.

Buona valuta per il suo livello di prezzo. Camera di base, abbastanza pulita nonostante sia piuttosto datata (ancora usando la chiave tradizionale con quel grande attacco plastico). Check-in staff, breakfast & location too good. Un paio di fermate sul libero CAT Rosso da Perth Stn al blocco dietro. Un blocco lontano è la magnifica espansione del Langley Park con il fiume Swan al lato.

Siamo arrivati a Perth al 2.30am e abbiamo un taxi direttamente dall'aeroporto. Poiché era a metà della notte dovevamo premere un buzzer e aspettare che qualcuno ci parlasse attraverso l'oratore, ma se fossero dormiti o non potevano essere disturbati, lo spinse per molto tempo, Finalmente qualcuno è arrivato sopra l'oratore che era distorto e mi hanno detto di lasciare il dito sul buzzer, ci hanno lasciato entrare e di nuovo ha iniziato a raccontare di nuovo sul buzzer, noi gli abbiamo completamente ignorato di indicare il nostro nome e quante notti abbiamo Infatti, penso che finalmente abbia avuto l'idea di darci una chiave e dei buoni per il nostro colazione. Definitivamente ha bisogno di decorare, il letto sembra andare un po' in basso, come sentimmo i piedi erano più alti di quelli, le mutandine erano piatti, avevamo una foglia, poi una foglia che era stata vista meglio e necessita una nuova e poi una foglia superiore. Il bagno era di base, aveva una doccia, anche se ha fatto qualche naso strano e la temperatura è aumentata e giù, nessuna piastra nella baia di mano, ci sono i bagni che non abbiamo mai usato. Il colazione era molto di base, solo alcune carni fredde, uova fredde cotte, salate e tosta. Se volevi cuocere dovevi pagare con Croissants, dolore au raisin, ecc. Il personale di ricezione durante il giorno era piacevole e molto utile, aveva sempre un sorriso. Il servizio Freebus è stato vicino al servizio gatto che si può saltare in qualsiasi momento.

The hotel location is incredible. Centrally located and well connected. The parking in the area is a kitchen costly. The staff and service are average. Staff seemed too stressed out, and while breakfast is just interested in your room number. One day, we were asked about 4 times what our room number was! The reception staff seemed like just doing the job..we asked for ice and were told to pick up from under the stairs. When we reached there there is no way to take the ice. So we went back and asked and were told oh sorry they forgot to give us the ice bucket...no apologies..just that the buckets are in the restaurant. So to end it really incredible location,room decor, staff and service can really improve.

Special occasion for our wedding anniversary and well looked after by the Hilton Parmelia staff, and it’s always nice to see long time staff and the meet new. While diamond HH, we were upgraded to a beautiful Kings parlor room for the weekend, had an amazing breakfast in our room, and we always find the executive lounge enjoyable as a relaxing place to go and the food offered is often varied. We enjoy the Samuels restaurant and bar food menu, but I do miss the Caesar salad from the pre covid days. It used to be the best. We have stayed at other Perth hotels, including the DT but the Parmelia still comes out tops for us. Thank you for making the weekend so special.

Il personale è entusiasta e amichevole, che è l'hotel economico più economico nella zona commerciale centrale.La distanza a piedi può essere raggiunta in tutti i ristoranti.L'unico aspetto negativo è che l'hotel non ha un parcheggio e non può parcheggiare sul lato della strada, anche se la sicurezza è difficile da garantire durante il giorno, ed è costosa.

Raccomandare con forza questo luogo. Salutato da personale utile che si allontanano dalla loro strada per renderti comodo. Nessuno è troppo difficile per loro. Camere molto pulite con fogli di crisp. Perfettamente cucinato e presentato colazione con una vasta gamma di opzioni.

Abbiamo preso un'unità che non dice finestre e poiché non ci sono altri posti con un prezzo decente e questo è l'unico che sembra un prezzo decente, abbiamo provato per 1 notte e siamo rimasti molto sorpresi dal risultato. È carino e anche senza finestre è di gran lunga uno degli hotel più belli e puliti in cui siamo stati finora. È proprio accanto al parcheggio e nascosto in un angolo, ma questo non ci ha disturbato. Lo adoriamo in realtà. Inoltre è al piano terra, quindi non abbiamo dovuto salire le scale o aspettare l'ascensore. Il check-in si è svolto senza problemi con il check-in automatico. I servizi sono fantastici. La distanza era un po' lontana dalla stazione ma è un buon esercizio e camminare!

AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE BIG4 … LOOK ELSEWHERE Recently, my wife and I stayed at Big4 Perth Midland Tourist Park. This without doubt would have to be the worst Big4 caravan park that I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at a few being a Big4 Member. In fact, I would go as far as to say that it is an absolute disgrace to the name of Big4 who would do well to distance themselves from this park. Many of the permanent’s sites, of which there are many, are nothing short of hovels which should be condemned; the ablutions whilst old, really need some proper cleaning and not just a lick and a promise. Hand soap in the ablutions was hit and miss, and garbage bins were continually overflowing and reeked of rotten food (prawns heads, crab shells etc) in the heat. The bins need to be either replaced more often as they become full or moved to a more central area away from sites, and if the permanents must walk a short way to put their rubbish in the bin, then so be it … having them parked outside their vans bringing flies and vermin is unacceptable especially in the heat of summer. Our site had a gutter that was so high that it caught our grey water outlet as we backed in twisting it 90 degrees, but thankfully not breaking the outlet. When we leave, again we expect the high gutter will catch the outlet again and hopefully not break it. Despite the check-in documents saying there is to be no washing of cars and caravans, several times we saw both permanents and campers doing just that … washing their cars etc … no intervention by staff was ever observed telling people to stop this practice. We needed consistent WI-FI as we were selling our house and needed contact both with sales agency and solicitors to facilitate the sale … but the Internet was “spotty and intermittent” every single day of our stay, even in the early hours of the morning when fewer people would be using it. Numerous times a day, I had to reboot my laptop which was extremely disappointing and frustrating when the booster was less than 10 metres from where our caravan was situated. Whilst the staff were fabulous, and accommodating, and the rates competitive, it did not make this stay worth coming back … we will never stay here again. For those looking at staying here, look elsewhere … it is a disgrace!
