La posizione dell'hotel era senza dubbio il punto di vendita più forte. Situato nel centro della città, ha significato un facile accesso alle attrazioni popolari, ristoranti e trasporti pubblici. Questa comodità mi ha consentito di sfruttare al massimo il mio tempo in città senza spendere molto sul trasporto.

Abbiamo preso un'unità che non dice finestre e poiché non ci sono altri posti con un prezzo decente e questo è l'unico che sembra un prezzo decente, abbiamo provato per 1 notte e siamo rimasti molto sorpresi dal risultato. È carino e anche senza finestre è di gran lunga uno degli hotel più belli e puliti in cui siamo stati finora. È proprio accanto al parcheggio e nascosto in un angolo, ma questo non ci ha disturbato. Lo adoriamo in realtà. Inoltre è al piano terra, quindi non abbiamo dovuto salire le scale o aspettare l'ascensore. Il check-in si è svolto senza problemi con il check-in automatico. I servizi sono fantastici. La distanza era un po' lontana dalla stazione ma è un buon esercizio e camminare!

Raccomandare con forza questo luogo. Salutato da personale utile che si allontanano dalla loro strada per renderti comodo. Nessuno è troppo difficile per loro. Camere molto pulite con fogli di crisp. Perfettamente cucinato e presentato colazione con una vasta gamma di opzioni.

Stayed here for 3 nights, arriving after long flight from UK. No problem checking in, room in quiet location as requested. Some construction work going on at back of hotel, but nothing that disturbed me in the evening. Room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Corridor and room carpets could do with replacing, but I guess that is a big expense after the last few years. Breakfast was more than adequate, with plenty of choice. The hot buffet was all fresh and frequently replenished. The young man in the restaurant (sorry I don't know your name), was very helpful and polite. Reception were helpful in booking a very early morning airport taxi for me, and on the morning of departure made certain that I safely got into my taxi. As a solo female traveller, it's the little details like that that mean so much. I would definitely return if i was visiting Perth again

Volevamo un alloggio vicino all'arena e questo era perfetto. Il personale, la pulizia, il colazione, la camera da bagno accessibile, erano tutti grandi. Vergogna il livello di comodità del letto e del divano. Il letto rullava nel tempo medio grande e era molto basso. Il divano era estremamente basso, rendendolo inutilizzabile per una persona in particolare con disabilità, e non avevano chiaramente pensato a questo aspetto di utilità solo il bagno per renderlo accessibile. Abbiamo trovato questo hotel così opulente e bellissimo. Pure classe e servizio eccezionale dal momento che abbiamo tirato su per parcheggio valet. Mangiavamo nella stupenda griglia Firewater. Le scelte di menu, la selezione del vino e il servizio erano veramente di prima classe. Il cibo era cucinato perfettamente. Hubby aveva una rack di agnello e io avevo pesce del giorno. Ci è stato consigliato che la nostra camera (Junior Club Suite) era pronta e ci ha piacevolmente sorpreso di entrare a quanto spazio fosse. La TV era molto più grande di quanto ci aspettavamo, le cucce sui letti erano una delle migliori che abbiamo mai visto e il letto stesso era molto comodo. Le viste notturne erano sorprendenti con tutte le luci che scorrevano.Abbiamo avuto accesso al Club, che era perfetto anche per noi. Ci sono trascorse quasi due ore in una tavola da finestra, che godeva delle belle luci notturne, chattava, rilassava e godeva la scelta molto generosa di canapeli, vino e spiriti, e il servizio in essa era impeccabile. La colazione alla griglia Firewater ha offerto fantastiche opzioni alimentari, calda e fredda, e non c'era altro che potevamo desiderare. Il personale dell'Hotel Duxton è da apprezzare per il loro eccellente servizio e attenzione ai dettagli. Sono stato così impressionato. Fatevi un favore e trattatevi per un breve o lungo soggiorno in questo fantastico hotel. Vi garantisco che sarete davvero distrutti e fatti sentire speciali.

Siamo arrivati a Perth al 2.30am e abbiamo un taxi direttamente dall'aeroporto. Poiché era a metà della notte dovevamo premere un buzzer e aspettare che qualcuno ci parlasse attraverso l'oratore, ma se fossero dormiti o non potevano essere disturbati, lo spinse per molto tempo, Finalmente qualcuno è arrivato sopra l'oratore che era distorto e mi hanno detto di lasciare il dito sul buzzer, ci hanno lasciato entrare e di nuovo ha iniziato a raccontare di nuovo sul buzzer, noi gli abbiamo completamente ignorato di indicare il nostro nome e quante notti abbiamo Infatti, penso che finalmente abbia avuto l'idea di darci una chiave e dei buoni per il nostro colazione. Definitivamente ha bisogno di decorare, il letto sembra andare un po' in basso, come sentimmo i piedi erano più alti di quelli, le mutandine erano piatti, avevamo una foglia, poi una foglia che era stata vista meglio e necessita una nuova e poi una foglia superiore. Il bagno era di base, aveva una doccia, anche se ha fatto qualche naso strano e la temperatura è aumentata e giù, nessuna piastra nella baia di mano, ci sono i bagni che non abbiamo mai usato. Il colazione era molto di base, solo alcune carni fredde, uova fredde cotte, salate e tosta. Se volevi cuocere dovevi pagare con Croissants, dolore au raisin, ecc. Il personale di ricezione durante il giorno era piacevole e molto utile, aveva sempre un sorriso. Il servizio Freebus è stato vicino al servizio gatto che si può saltare in qualsiasi momento.

From the moment we arrived to the last second of our 2 night stay we were treated like royalty, the room was luxurious with well appointed amenities and soft luxurious bedding. The view is to die for looking out over perth city and the Swan River, and really is breathtaking of a night time. The hotel has a vast amount of thing to entertain you so realistically no need to leave, (and we didnt). Everything is within walking distance so it is very well situated. The pool area is divine with infinity pools and 2 jacuzzi's for those slightly cooler days. The bars and restaurants are excellent with a wide variety of food and drinks to satisfy every craving! Even if it is some dirty old mcdonalds haha. Overall this experience was a 6 star experience. Definitely one we will be doing again very soon in the future.

La stanza aveva alcune questioni di manutenzione, come alcune delle luci non funzionanti, telefono non funzionante, socket elettrico libero e il letto di Kingsize scorreva verso il centro. La stanza era pulita e bella e, ovviamente, favolosa vista della città di Perth e del fiume Swan.

UUtente ospiteThe Westin could be everything you’d want from a great city hotel in a brand new curated precinct with restaurants and bars, let down completely by the incompetence and complete apathy of the staff. The exception was the front desk, with quick friendly service but beyond that it was completely amateur and haphazard. The room service was spotty everyday, and on 2 days the room was not made up, every other day the room coffee cups, milk or spoons or coffee pods or sugar or milk was not replaced or towels not provided. You’d think service staff have a checklist, should be easy right!? The lobby cafe in the hotel called Haven was more like Hell, I had to dedicate a separate review for that as the service was non existent, appalling. Garum again has so much potential, alas the service is astonishingly haphazard, food not delivered, 30 minutes to bring my wine, served up after my meal. Frankly the staff have no idea, the poor manager made up for it, but he is terribly let down by his team, who don’t seem to miss an opportunity to disappoint. Wow so much potential absolutely wasted by something very fixable, if you can’t change the people then change the people! There was clearly a lack of middle management. The porters at the door were equally incompetent or inexperienced, I fumbled my way through the two large entrance doors, and after I made my way through, there was a feeble attempt by one if the porters that lifted his head up from his phone to assist with my hand luggage into my car, he seemed so pleased with himself that he was my knight in shining armour, hopeless. Come on Westin, prove me wrong, really I want this fantastic hotel to succeed in my neighbourhood, I want to recommend you to my colleagues and friends but fix your rubbish service!! Until then I can’t recommend you, I have a reputation to protect something you should care about as well.

SSeriously seriousNot my first time in a doubletree Hilton but this one was rather disappointing.
We arrived at the hotel at around 7pm, check in was a breeze, except that there is no porter to assist. We have many pieces of luggage but thankfully the receptionist. Jessica, helped us with the luggage before my husband was back from parking. Parking is a slight walk away and it is not very convenient.
Please give the breakfast a miss. Our room came with breakfast but the breakfast was so bad! Everything was hard and cold, there wasn’t even coffee like cap or flat white available. When we asked the waiter for it, we were not informed, but the coffee charges were billed to our room charge.

Frankly, I like the room layout but the housekeeping has some room of improvement to go. Though we turned on the ‘please clean the room’ button before leaving for the day, the room wasn’t cleaned until we called when we were back. We were told that room is only cleaned upon request! (But we did request for the whole day). The receptionist who answered the call offered to change the towel only but I insisted my room to be cleaned. When the housekeeping team arrived, he only changed the towel (and forgot the main bath towel) and no vacuuming was done at all. Conditioner was off as someone may have added water to the bottle but the housekeeping team did not check and refill properly too. (307)
Location is convenient, near to many nice eateries but right opposite some adult shop.

UUtente ospiteLa settimana scorsa, mia moglie e io avevo un soggiorno meraviglioso, da parte di un servizio amichevole e impeccabile. Al check-in il mio livello ambasciatore era ben riconosciuto. La nostra stanza era pulita, comoda, molto tranquilla, moderna e ben progettata. La colazione del ristorante di piano terra dell'hotel, Ivy & Jack, è stata un'ottima colazione, un servizio eccellente. La mia moglie, tuttavia, pensava che il cibo per colazione asiatico sarebbe stato buono, pensava che le noodle e le verdure cucinate asiatiche fossero vegetariane piuttosto che contenenti carne.

UUtente ospiteNon credo che questo hotel sia nella parte migliore della città, ma è piuttosto centrale e facile da camminare per alcune delle attrazioni della CBD e circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Ho fatto un check-in molto tardi la sera dopo un lungo volo dal Regno Unito. Ho prenotato una piccola stanza regina e era piccola. C'era solo una tavola a letto su un lato del letto, nessuna giacca, ma due ganci con pendenti. C'era un caldaio, un serbatoio e un frigo. Il sito web dell'hotel menzionava anche una lavatrice e un asciugacapelli per gli ospiti. Ciò che non mi hanno detto prima di arrivare è che ci sono lavori di costruzione in corso all'hotel, che iniziavano alle 8:00. Non è stato bello quando mi battevo con la differenza di tempo tra Regno Unito e Australia. Era piuttosto rumoroso. Il letto era molto comodo, perché c'era un topo di materassi con padella. Ci era anche un condotto d'aria nella stanza che poteva essere usato per riscaldare o raffreddare la stanza. Anche se c’era uno specchio sopra il bagno, non c’era uno specchio nella stanza con una luce decente per farsi riempire, eccetera, c’era uno specchio lungo, ma non molto ben illuminato, vicino alla porta. La camera da bagno era pulita, con due grandi asciugamani bianchi, con l’acqua dal doccia era calda e una pressione decente, e si era scaricata un po’ sotto la porta, ma non troppo per diventare un problema. Una delle questioni con la stanza era il controllo del rumore - ho sentito chiaramente i miei vicini alzare e abbassare l’orco, così si è certamente scappato il rumore intorno alle grandi finestre; mi sono svegliato anche durante la notte da uno dei vicini che russava forte. E svegliato poche volte ogni notte da persone che tornano tardi nelle loro stanze. Non c'è un ristorante per colazione all'hotel, ma ci sono molti caffè localmente. Ho scelto questo hotel perché era prezzi competitivi, ma non l'avrei scelto altrimenti

SShareTipsBuona valuta per il suo livello di prezzo. Camera di base, abbastanza pulita nonostante sia piuttosto datata (ancora usando la chiave tradizionale con quel grande attacco plastico). Check-in staff, breakfast & location too good. Un paio di fermate sul libero CAT Rosso da Perth Stn al blocco dietro. Un blocco lontano è la magnifica espansione del Langley Park con il fiume Swan al lato.

Ero un po' nervoso per alcune delle recensioni/descrizione che lo descrivano come container di spedizione... ma una volta che sei li', si sente come qualsiasi hotel normale. Le camere sono compatte, ma completamente sufficienti. Il design è grande, i letti sono super comodi, AC funziona bene, il bagno è stato davvero bello.
E il servizio era fantastico.È un hotel boutique e tu sentivi davvero il contatto personale. Ci hanno salutati caldamente all'arrivo, erano felici di tenere le nostre borse, dare tutti i tipi di buon consigli, ecc. La mattina del check-out, abbiamo dovuto iniziare presto e colpire la strada alle 7:00 (per catturare il traghetto alle 7:30 a Rottnest Island). La colazione inizia alle 7:00, quindi quando ci siamo chiesti la notte prima se potessimo avere qualche tipo di scatola, la signora al di fuori del dipartimento ha detto che sarebbe arrivata un po' presto al mattino e che tutto sarebbe pronto alle 6:00: 45 così potremmo mangiare qualcosa prima di lasciare l'hotel. È fantastico! Ci hanno lasciato anche lasciare le valigie nella nostra stanza e hanno detto che li porterebbero a terra e li stoccherebbero al desk front. Ci sentivamo davvero come se stessi davvero preoccupando di noi e volevano fare qualsiasi cosa per rendere il nostro soggiorno grande. Molto consigliato!

Sii molto attento a tutta la fine stampa ... è stato prelevato un extra AUD$$150 per non comparire prima delle 6:00 al reception desk dell'hotel. Esperienza simile con altri recensori. Sono qui in vacanza ... non qui per partecipare alla corte!!! Ho ricevute e corrispondenza di posta elettronica, quindi smettila di fingere che non fosse Starwest Apartments Alderneyon Hay, ma un altro proprietario privato per la tua risposta agli altri recensori! Ho attaccato la camicia da impronte che tu scorreggi sneakly sotto la mia porta minacciando di chiudere me se non mi registrassi alla tua ricezione il primo giorno prima delle 6:00. Poi mi hai chiuso il primo giorno e mi hai estortato AUD$150 da noi prima di lasciarci tornare nella stanza. Pensare che ho prenotato e già pagato in pieno per 5 giorni ...
