Hotel in zona Dutch Inn Beach, Perth

Major supermarket/Coles is at least 15mins walk away. Shopping in CBD is about 20mins walk. It’s nice there’s a small cafe just beside, and a few more down the road. Must check out Mia & Little Gordon. The hotel is extremely clean and noise was minimal. Only noise was from the gym upstairs, when people drop weights. The hotel had almost everything. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay again! Staffs were extremely friendly.

We upgraded to an executive room, which was very comfortable. We could not get near enough to the hotel on arrival to park and check in. There is a small very narrow lane way that runs from Wellington St to Murray St with no indication of which way the traffic flows. We parked up eventually on Murray St in a multi storey and fortunately our one suit case was easily wheeled the 100 metres or so to the hotel. The hotel info was all available on the room tv screen. I checked breakfast times and saw it was served up to 10-30 am on a weekend. Next morning we arrived at breakfast at 9-45 am. The waiter looked somewhat taken aback. There was only enough orange juice for 1 person, the tank on the tea maker was dry, there was no butter or bacon. The water tank was refilled, butter produced. The chef lifted the lid of the scrambled eggs and they looked disgusting. I asked the waiter if we could have a fried egg. He had to go find the chef. He cooked the eggs, burnt on the bottom runny white on the top. My breakfast at a cost of $30 consisted of one slice of toast 3 mushrooms, half a scoop of congealed baked beans and half of a very sad looking tomato, plus the delicious burnt egg, one cup of black tea. I heard the waiter and chef grumbling together about breakfast times and their attitude prevented me from complaining and asking for fresh food. It transpired that breakfast time had been changed to finish at 10am. The receptionist enlightened me as we checked out next day. There was still a sign on reception saying that breakfast on a weekend lasted until 10 -30am. Needless to say we breakfasted elsewhere next day. It's a soul less hotel, with about as much vibe as a grave yard. We used the fantastic bar of the new Novotel directly behind Rydges. I also found we could have stayed there at a cheaper rate! Will not be returning.

Abbiamo trovato questo hotel così opulente e bellissimo. Pure classe e servizio eccezionale dal momento che abbiamo tirato su per parcheggio valet. Mangiavamo nella stupenda griglia Firewater. Le scelte di menu, la selezione del vino e il servizio erano veramente di prima classe. Il cibo era cucinato perfettamente. Hubby aveva una rack di agnello e io avevo pesce del giorno. Ci è stato consigliato che la nostra camera (Junior Club Suite) era pronta e ci ha piacevolmente sorpreso di entrare a quanto spazio fosse. La TV era molto più grande di quanto ci aspettavamo, le cucce sui letti erano una delle migliori che abbiamo mai visto e il letto stesso era molto comodo. Le viste notturne erano sorprendenti con tutte le luci che scorrevano.Abbiamo avuto accesso al Club, che era perfetto anche per noi. Ci sono trascorse quasi due ore in una tavola da finestra, che godeva delle belle luci notturne, chattava, rilassava e godeva la scelta molto generosa di canapeli, vino e spiriti, e il servizio in essa era impeccabile. La colazione alla griglia Firewater ha offerto fantastiche opzioni alimentari, calda e fredda, e non c'era altro che potevamo desiderare. Il personale dell'Hotel Duxton è da apprezzare per il loro eccellente servizio e attenzione ai dettagli. Sono stato così impressionato. Fatevi un favore e trattatevi per un breve o lungo soggiorno in questo fantastico hotel. Vi garantisco che sarete davvero distrutti e fatti sentire speciali.

The hotel location is incredible. Centrally located and well connected. The parking in the area is a kitchen costly. The staff and service are average. Staff seemed too stressed out, and while breakfast is just interested in your room number. One day, we were asked about 4 times what our room number was! The reception staff seemed like just doing the job..we asked for ice and were told to pick up from under the stairs. When we reached there there is no way to take the ice. So we went back and asked and were told oh sorry they forgot to give us the ice bucket...no apologies..just that the buckets are in the restaurant. So to end it really incredible location,room decor, staff and service can really improve.

Location was easy to find and accessible to mostly places. Appreciate the clean bedding and towel. Room was spacious enough and had sufficient luggage storage spaces. There’s a large & cosy co-study/working/living space with billiard tables and projector screen. Sleeping areas are pretty secured with keycards so one can be less concerned with external entry. There is a kitchenette that allows guests to store their food in big fridges and sufficient amenities like microwaves and toasters. It’s a pity that some guests are not responsible in washing up after use. The hot water dispenser wasn’t working for the few days I was there so many guests heated drinking water with the microwave. Possible improvements: I wish a hostel with such high turnover could consider to provide shared shampoo and soap in the showers, and have a machine that sells washing detergent pods. Definitely would help to reduce loads of single-use disposable waste.

Abbiamo preso un'unità che non dice finestre e poiché non ci sono altri posti con un prezzo decente e questo è l'unico che sembra un prezzo decente, abbiamo provato per 1 notte e siamo rimasti molto sorpresi dal risultato. È carino e anche senza finestre è di gran lunga uno degli hotel più belli e puliti in cui siamo stati finora. È proprio accanto al parcheggio e nascosto in un angolo, ma questo non ci ha disturbato. Lo adoriamo in realtà. Inoltre è al piano terra, quindi non abbiamo dovuto salire le scale o aspettare l'ascensore. Il check-in si è svolto senza problemi con il check-in automatico. I servizi sono fantastici. La distanza era un po' lontana dalla stazione ma è un buon esercizio e camminare!

Siamo arrivati a Perth al 2.30am e abbiamo un taxi direttamente dall'aeroporto. Poiché era a metà della notte dovevamo premere un buzzer e aspettare che qualcuno ci parlasse attraverso l'oratore, ma se fossero dormiti o non potevano essere disturbati, lo spinse per molto tempo, Finalmente qualcuno è arrivato sopra l'oratore che era distorto e mi hanno detto di lasciare il dito sul buzzer, ci hanno lasciato entrare e di nuovo ha iniziato a raccontare di nuovo sul buzzer, noi gli abbiamo completamente ignorato di indicare il nostro nome e quante notti abbiamo Infatti, penso che finalmente abbia avuto l'idea di darci una chiave e dei buoni per il nostro colazione. Definitivamente ha bisogno di decorare, il letto sembra andare un po' in basso, come sentimmo i piedi erano più alti di quelli, le mutandine erano piatti, avevamo una foglia, poi una foglia che era stata vista meglio e necessita una nuova e poi una foglia superiore. Il bagno era di base, aveva una doccia, anche se ha fatto qualche naso strano e la temperatura è aumentata e giù, nessuna piastra nella baia di mano, ci sono i bagni che non abbiamo mai usato. Il colazione era molto di base, solo alcune carni fredde, uova fredde cotte, salate e tosta. Se volevi cuocere dovevi pagare con Croissants, dolore au raisin, ecc. Il personale di ricezione durante il giorno era piacevole e molto utile, aveva sempre un sorriso. Il servizio Freebus è stato vicino al servizio gatto che si può saltare in qualsiasi momento.

Si tratta di uno spazio di relax per rallentare la velocità di vita. buon ambiente, anche se non c'è molto spazio, ma l'atmosfera è buona per riposare e riposare il corpo. C'è un ristorante che fornisce cibo ogni giorno senza andare lontano in buon prezzo e qualità.Letto confortevole all'interno della stanza e tempestoso.Una macchina per caffè con caffè gratuito per gli ospiti è caldamente accolto. AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE BIG4 … LOOK ELSEWHERE Recently, my wife and I stayed at Big4 Perth Midland Tourist Park. This without doubt would have to be the worst Big4 caravan park that I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at a few being a Big4 Member. In fact, I would go as far as to say that it is an absolute disgrace to the name of Big4 who would do well to distance themselves from this park. Many of the permanent’s sites, of which there are many, are nothing short of hovels which should be condemned; the ablutions whilst old, really need some proper cleaning and not just a lick and a promise. Hand soap in the ablutions was hit and miss, and garbage bins were continually overflowing and reeked of rotten food (prawns heads, crab shells etc) in the heat. The bins need to be either replaced more often as they become full or moved to a more central area away from sites, and if the permanents must walk a short way to put their rubbish in the bin, then so be it … having them parked outside their vans bringing flies and vermin is unacceptable especially in the heat of summer. Our site had a gutter that was so high that it caught our grey water outlet as we backed in twisting it 90 degrees, but thankfully not breaking the outlet. When we leave, again we expect the high gutter will catch the outlet again and hopefully not break it. Despite the check-in documents saying there is to be no washing of cars and caravans, several times we saw both permanents and campers doing just that … washing their cars etc … no intervention by staff was ever observed telling people to stop this practice. We needed consistent WI-FI as we were selling our house and needed contact both with sales agency and solicitors to facilitate the sale … but the Internet was “spotty and intermittent” every single day of our stay, even in the early hours of the morning when fewer people would be using it. Numerous times a day, I had to reboot my laptop which was extremely disappointing and frustrating when the booster was less than 10 metres from where our caravan was situated. Whilst the staff were fabulous, and accommodating, and the rates competitive, it did not make this stay worth coming back … we will never stay here again. For those looking at staying here, look elsewhere … it is a disgrace!
