Il Novotel Perth è ben situato, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Nella sua passeggiata verso Murray Street o attraverso un blocco a Hay Street si passano molti negozi, bar, caffè e ristoranti. È anche a 5 minuti a piedi da un supermercato. L'hotel è nuovo, fresco e decorato molto meglio della maggior parte dei Novotels. le camere sono grandi, ben progettate e confortevoli. Non aveva bisogno di molto dal personale dell'hotel, ma non aveva problemi in termini di servizio clienti, anche se nessuno è particolarmente amichevole. Ma un buon posto per stare in visita a Perth.

Volevamo un alloggio vicino all'arena e questo era perfetto. Il personale, la pulizia, il colazione, la camera da bagno accessibile, erano tutti grandi. Vergogna il livello di comodità del letto e del divano. Il letto rullava nel tempo medio grande e era molto basso. Il divano era estremamente basso, rendendolo inutilizzabile per una persona in particolare con disabilità, e non avevano chiaramente pensato a questo aspetto di utilità solo il bagno per renderlo accessibile. Rimaneremmo ancora in quella stanza, ma non in quella stanza e chiederemmo se il mobilio fosse confortevole.

La settimana scorsa, mia moglie e io avevo un soggiorno meraviglioso, da parte di un servizio amichevole e impeccabile. Al check-in il mio livello ambasciatore era ben riconosciuto. La nostra stanza era pulita, comoda, molto tranquilla, moderna e ben progettata. La colazione del ristorante di piano terra dell'hotel, Ivy & Jack, è stata un'ottima colazione, un servizio eccellente. La mia moglie, tuttavia, pensava che il cibo per colazione asiatico sarebbe stato buono, pensava che le noodle e le verdure cucinate asiatiche fossero vegetariane piuttosto che contenenti carne.

The hotel location is incredible. Centrally located and well connected. The parking in the area is a kitchen costly. The staff and service are average. Staff seemed too stressed out, and while breakfast is just interested in your room number. One day, we were asked about 4 times what our room number was! The reception staff seemed like just doing the job..we asked for ice and were told to pick up from under the stairs. When we reached there there is no way to take the ice. So we went back and asked and were told oh sorry they forgot to give us the ice bucket...no apologies..just that the buckets are in the restaurant. So to end it really incredible location,room decor, staff and service can really improve.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
We were a group of 12 and when we requested extra bottled water, the staff brought it to us with hesitation. There's also a nearby kebab spot thats definitely worth trying!
The only downsides were the lack of soft-closing doors and poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear other guest opening and closing doors loudly, and even conversations or arguments from the neighbouring room.
Despite these minor issues, i still highly recommend the hotel due to its outstanding service!

Siamo arrivati a Perth al 2.30am e abbiamo un taxi direttamente dall'aeroporto. Definitivamente ha bisogno di decorare, il letto sembra andare un po' in basso, come sentimmo i piedi erano più alti di quelli, le mutandine erano piatti, avevamo una foglia, poi una foglia che era stata vista meglio e necessita una nuova e poi una foglia superiore. Il bagno era di base, aveva una doccia, anche se ha fatto qualche naso strano e la temperatura è aumentata e giù, nessuna piastra nella baia di mano, ci sono i bagni che non abbiamo mai usato. Il colazione era molto di base, solo alcune carni fredde, uova fredde cotte, salate e tosta. Se volevi cuocere dovevi pagare con Croissants, dolore au raisin, ecc. Il personale di ricezione durante il giorno era piacevole e molto utile, aveva sempre un sorriso. Il servizio Freebus è stato vicino al servizio gatto che si può saltare in qualsiasi momento.

We booked an extra night because of an operation that I had to have. We were politely asked to have our key card updated. I took one card to reception, and my husband took the second card the next day. The way the receptionist spoke to him was just unacceptable. She was so rude and dismissive, and argued with him about the fact that we had booked an extra night. Her name is Carol, and she should not be front of house in a very nice establishment. I would expect management to speak to this lady about her attitude towards customers. I wonder if she realises it’s the customers money that pays her salary!!

From the moment we arrived to the last second of our 2 night stay we were treated like royalty, the room was luxurious with well appointed amenities and soft luxurious bedding. The view is to die for looking out over perth city and the Swan River, and really is breathtaking of a night time. The hotel has a vast amount of thing to entertain you so realistically no need to leave, (and we didnt). Everything is within walking distance so it is very well situated. The pool area is divine with infinity pools and 2 jacuzzi's for those slightly cooler days. The bars and restaurants are excellent with a wide variety of food and drinks to satisfy every craving! Even if it is some dirty old mcdonalds haha. Overall this experience was a 6 star experience. Definitely one we will be doing again very soon in the future.

UUtente ospiteThe Westin could be everything you’d want from a great city hotel in a brand new curated precinct with restaurants and bars, let down completely by the incompetence and complete apathy of the staff. The exception was the front desk, with quick friendly service but beyond that it was completely amateur and haphazard. The room service was spotty everyday, and on 2 days the room was not made up, every other day the room coffee cups, milk or spoons or coffee pods or sugar or milk was not replaced or towels not provided. You’d think service staff have a checklist, should be easy right!? The lobby cafe in the hotel called Haven was more like Hell, I had to dedicate a separate review for that as the service was non existent, appalling. Garum again has so much potential, alas the service is astonishingly haphazard, food not delivered, 30 minutes to bring my wine, served up after my meal. Frankly the staff have no idea, the poor manager made up for it, but he is terribly let down by his team, who don’t seem to miss an opportunity to disappoint. Wow so much potential absolutely wasted by something very fixable, if you can’t change the people then change the people! There was clearly a lack of middle management. The porters at the door were equally incompetent or inexperienced, I fumbled my way through the two large entrance doors, and after I made my way through, there was a feeble attempt by one if the porters that lifted his head up from his phone to assist with my hand luggage into my car, he seemed so pleased with himself that he was my knight in shining armour, hopeless. Come on Westin, prove me wrong, really I want this fantastic hotel to succeed in my neighbourhood, I want to recommend you to my colleagues and friends but fix your rubbish service!! Until then I can’t recommend you, I have a reputation to protect something you should care about as well.

Staffs are friendly and hotel is at a good location. Room is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We had good 4 night of sleep! View from our room is fantastic. Breakfast was good too.

Ho fatto un check-in molto tardi la sera dopo un lungo volo dal Regno Unito. Ho prenotato una piccola stanza regina e era piccola. C'era solo una tavola a letto su un lato del letto, nessuna giacca, ma due ganci con pendenti. C'era un caldaio, un serbatoio e un frigo. Il sito web dell'hotel menzionava anche una lavatrice e un asciugacapelli per gli ospiti. Ciò che non mi hanno detto prima di arrivare è che ci sono lavori di costruzione in corso all'hotel, che iniziavano alle 8:00. Non è stato bello quando mi battevo con la differenza di tempo tra Regno Unito e Australia. Era piuttosto rumoroso. Il letto era molto comodo, perché c'era un topo di materassi con padella. Ci era anche un condotto d'aria nella stanza che poteva essere usato per riscaldare o raffreddare la stanza. Anche se c’era uno specchio sopra il bagno, non c’era uno specchio nella stanza con una luce decente per farsi riempire, eccetera, c’era uno specchio lungo, ma non molto ben illuminato, vicino alla porta. La camera da bagno era pulita, con due grandi asciugamani bianchi, con l’acqua dal doccia era calda e una pressione decente, e si era scaricata un po’ sotto la porta, ma non troppo per diventare un problema. Una delle questioni con la stanza era il controllo del rumore - ho sentito chiaramente i miei vicini alzare e abbassare l’orco, così si è certamente scappato il rumore intorno alle grandi finestre; mi sono svegliato anche durante la notte da uno dei vicini che russava forte. E svegliato poche volte ogni notte da persone che tornano tardi nelle loro stanze. Non c'è un ristorante per colazione all'hotel, ma ci sono molti caffè localmente. Some construction work going on at back of hotel, but nothing that disturbed me in the evening. Room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Corridor and room carpets could do with replacing, but I guess that is a big expense after the last few years. Breakfast was more than adequate, with plenty of choice. The hot buffet was all fresh and frequently replenished. The young man in the restaurant (sorry I don't know your name), was very helpful and polite. Reception were helpful in booking a very early morning airport taxi for me, and on the morning of departure made certain that I safely got into my taxi. As a solo female traveller, it's the little details like that that mean so much. I would definitely return if i was visiting Perth again

Ero un po' nervoso per alcune delle recensioni/descrizione che lo descrivano come container di spedizione... ma una volta che sei li', si sente come qualsiasi hotel normale. Le camere sono compatte, ma completamente sufficienti. Il design è grande, i letti sono super comodi, AC funziona bene, il bagno è stato davvero bello.
E il servizio era fantastico.È un hotel boutique e tu sentivi davvero il contatto personale. Ci hanno salutati caldamente all'arrivo, erano felici di tenere le nostre borse, dare tutti i tipi di buon consigli, ecc. La mattina del check-out, abbiamo dovuto iniziare presto e colpire la strada alle 7:00 (per catturare il traghetto alle 7:30 a Rottnest Island). La colazione inizia alle 7:00, quindi quando ci siamo chiesti la notte prima se potessimo avere qualche tipo di scatola, la signora al di fuori del dipartimento ha detto che sarebbe arrivata un po' presto al mattino e che tutto sarebbe pronto alle 6:00: 45 così potremmo mangiare qualcosa prima di lasciare l'hotel. È fantastico! Ci hanno lasciato anche lasciare le valigie nella nostra stanza e hanno detto che li porterebbero a terra e li stoccherebbero al desk front. Ci sentivamo davvero come se stessi davvero preoccupando di noi e volevano fare qualsiasi cosa per rendere il nostro soggiorno grande. Molto consigliato!
