Mi sono appena fermato mentre un familiare era all'ospedale e ci piaceva l'hotel. Ho prenotato una stanza auditiva indebolita quando mi serviva una stanza a sedia a rotelle e il desktop era un grande aiuto per ripararla. Ho preso la pizza da tutta la strada (che era così deliziosa IVA) e poi ho capito che avevo bisogno di piastrelle. Il manager del desk front, Darryl Smith, li ha portati per me. Era così grande aiuto e sempre così gentile quando avevo bisogno di qualcosa. E' davvero quello che ogni hotel dovrebbe volere in un dipendente. Era così gentile e così utile. Parcheggio era una brisa e tutto andava bene. I letti erano comodi e rilassanti. Grazie per il grande soggiorno!

We made a short-notice trip to the Peoria area and Baymont had the room size we needed for our family - a 4 doubles suite that sleeps 8. The room was reasonably priced and available for booking at the last minute. What pulled this up from 2 dots to 3 for me was the friendly staff. Everyone we interacted with was kind and professional. We checked in late Wednesday and checked out Thursday morning. This hotel was perfectly fine to sleep in for one night, midweek. I would not make this hotel a base for a vacation, a multi-night stay, or a business trip. The building is older and unfortunately was not built to last, showing signs of wear and some neglect. I don't fault the everyday staff; you can only do so much with a decaying building. The suite was on the 3rd floor. Since the elevator was out of service, we took the stairs. The third floor doors at the end of each hallway were wide open the entire time we were there. The first two floors of this hotel are exterior corridors only. We are not sure what would keep an intruder from any floor in this hotel. As others have mentioned, some of the sheets were stained and one mattress cover had some kind of crud on it. The sheets we slept on appeared laundered and changed from the previous guest. All the mattresses in our room were sealed and there was no evidence of bedbugs. The room and the bathroom were basically clean. We saw no leftover garbage, uncleaned surfaces, or visible dirt and grime. The toilets and tub appeared properly serviced. The room recently received new paint and carpet. However, there were some dings and marks on the recently repainted walls, and the vinyl floor in the bathroom area already showed age. The room needed more light. It felt like it was missing a lamp or an overhead light. The gray color scheme only made the room feel more dark. There was no in-room coffee maker. There was an iron and board, but the iron seemed broken and I gave up on using it. The AC was cold and worked well. I did see some ants crawling out of the unit, and the floor around one of the units had a noticeable dip in it. The shower pressure was outstanding. The tub, though, did not easily drain. We did not eat the breakfast; it is from 6-9 a.m. and we missed it. When I went to get coffee around 8 a.m., it appeared to be cereals and some items in hot wells. The coffee was a bit weak, but I like really strong coffee. We stayed midweek and everyone else at the hotel seemed to be there to rest, not party. It was quiet and seemed safe enough. The hotel is located in a little cluster of hotels just off the mall parking lot. It felt oddly secluded when driving up and when driving away.

Questo posto è adatto né per il soggiorno, né per la prolunga. Non è nemmeno un vero hotel. Su una scala da 0 a 10 dove 0 passa la notte su un banco di parcheggio e 10 si sta facendo il panpera in un Ritz Carlton, io pretendo questo posto un 2. Un po' sopra un dump. Lasciatemi spiegare: il Grab-n-Go colazione che si stanno saltando non è molto più di un cestino di vendere muffin di qualità macchina, Bar di qualità del dollaro Store, caffè caldo acquato, e controllare, Quaker Oatmeal pacchetti senza bowling, tazze, latte, o microonde per fare la pasta di oat. L'intero bar per colazione è circa la stessa dimensione della tavola finale nella camera da letto, al letto dove si mette il telefono, l'orologio e gli occhiali mentre si gira la luce. Il servizio di front desk è sotto terribile. Molto poco professionale sia in comportamento che in attrazione non mi ha lasciato controllare perché non riusciva a trovare l'autorizzazione di prenotazione della mia compagnia nel suo computer. Le ho dato un numero di prenotazione. Ha detto che non mi lascerebbe entrare se non avessi informazioni sul pagamento nel sistema, e le ho mostrato una foto della mia prenotazione che *chiaramente * dice che la mia garanzia di pagamento è nel sistema; la sua risposta: questo non significa niente per me, a meno che non la trovi qui. Ho finito di chiamare il mio lavoro e di ottenere le informazioni sulla carta di credito di nuovo, così posso essere controllato. Nel frattempo, aspettavo nel lobby che mi assorbeva e mi stanco dopo un giorno pieno di lavoro sul campo di lavoro in un giorno piovoso e freddo e non accade nemmeno a lei dire ”Andate in camera vostra, rilassatevi, Non ho mai incontrato un personale di front desk che guarda la conferma della prenotazione dell'hotel e ha detto: ”Questo non significa niente per me”. Le camere sono molto vecchie, fuori data. Non c'è cucina, ma nessuna microonde, nessun lavastoviglie, ci sono gabinetti, ma nessuna piastra, occhiali, forbici e pannolini, niente, solo gabinetti. Quindi, il mio consiglio: le opzioni sono meglio in Peoria.
