The hotel staff, especially the receptionists, were unprofessional and unfriendly. They don’t even greet guests with basic gestures like a smile or a simple 'Good morning.' The check-in process was frustratingly slow, taking about 20 to 25 minutes. To make up for the delay, the receptionist offered me club lounge access. However, this access was never granted, leading to not only disappointment but an embarrassing situation. Also, basic amenities such as a locker, toothbrush, fruit basket etc were missing, which is highly disappointing and falls short of the expected standards.
Such lapses, including poor customer service, highlight a significant failure to meet expected hospitality standards.
