AC tidak dingin, kamar kotor, tv nya jugak gak layak untuk d gunakan, pokoknya kecewa sih, ya tapi sesuai ya mungkin sama harganya..

Kami keluarga kecil dengan 1 orang anak kecil yang berwisata ke pekanbaru dan menginap di hotel sabrina ini. Kecewa dengan fasilitas tempatnya, kami diberi kamar yang tidak layak, ac nya bocor netes-netes, remote ac tidak berfungsi, tv tidak memiliki siaran satupun, kamar pengap bau rokok. Suara bocor dari luar orang ribut-ribut, lorong digunakan untuk merokok secara bebas, bau tidak sedap di lorong, tempat tidurnya bunyi-bunyi, air hangat tidak nyala, kamar mandi tidak bersih. Tidak tau jika kamar lain bagus atau sama seperti kami, Mungkin kami yang lagi sial diberikan kamar seperti itu.
