bellissimo hotel situato sulla strada principale di Paguera a due passi dal mare..dai ristoranti, dai bar e dai negozi. camera pulita e spaziosa e ben arredata. ottima la colazione. personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile (grazie sebastian). bello il solarium in terrazza con una piccola piscina e lettini. lo consiglio a tutti.

Personale gentile, posto appena rinnovato. Unica lecca, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera perché quella che ci hanno dato ha degli infissi tipo giardino d’inverno, non si chiedevano nemmeno bene e praticamente era come stare con le ginestre aperte. Non era possibile dormire se non con i tappi per le orecchie. Onestamente mi sarei aspettata almeno un gesto per compensare il disguido. Quella stanza non è giusto venga pagata come le altre con le finestre in ordine. Abbiamo avuto l’impressione di avere preso la peppa tencia…

L'hotel si trova sulla via del mare ma non troppo trafficata, a soli 100 metri dal mare, raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Personale cortese e disponibile, ci ha accolti con gentilezza. Camera grande il giusto e in ordine. Balconcino vista mare parziale (causa edifici di fronte). Ottima la colazione. Nei pressi dell'hotel numerosi bar e ristoranti. Molto carina la piscina con acqua di mare sul rooftop; presenti anche sdraio e ombrelloni. La presenza del turismo tedesco ha influito notevolmente sulle attività commerciali locali. Posso dire che in futuro sceglierò nuovamente questa struttura perchè la vacanza è stata perfetta.

We stayed in the junior suite and it was amazing! The sea view was stunning. The bed was super comfy. The room was decorated lovely and had all the facilities you needed. Even free water and chocolates. The location was perfect a few steps from the beach and right in the main street filled with restaurants and shops. The breakfast was super tasty with a big selection and even a chef to cook you fresh eggs anyway you wanted. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The only problem was that I wished we had stayed longer!

I book for a deluxe room sea view. it’s not at all the expected room. I should have a deluxe room at higher level with terrasse (balcony) and real SEA VIEW which is not at all the case. i had standard room instead. what is the difference between standard and deluxe ??? with NO balcony neither a Terrasse.. with a very very limited view of the sea (very far and not a frontal sea view as expected) what we saw is buildings in front of us .. to the hotel manager , please review your Room classification ! standard room ( no view) deluxe room with no view deluxe room with limited view deluxe room with balcony and frontal sea view !

I’m just back from the hotel and I really enjoyed my stay there. Firstly, the staff are fantastic. All are friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel are lovely - spotless and beautifully designed. I would suggest a couple of areas for further improvement. I had a basic room. It was a good size and the bed was incredibly comfortable The room did seem need a bit of refurbishment to bring it up to the standard of the communal areas. The Balcony door is quite old for example. The bathroom toiletries were a bit basic too - unattractive squeezy bottle with thick green liquid. They didn’t feel very luxurious to use. Secondly, the loungers on the gorgeous roof terrace were a bit uncomfortable. There’s a bar that sticks into your back. I offer these suggestions in the context that I think this is a super hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Massive choice and lovely to have eggs made to order. Thank you to all at the hotel - I hope to return!

Never stayed in a hotel where the staff could not be any more welcoming, helpful and organised until we stayed here. Location, clean, air conditioning and lovely food. Stay at this hotel and we are sure you will not be disappointed. Can't wait to come back and stay at the hotel and see the wonderful team again

Beautiful hotel, amazing location, food is incredible! Staff were so friendly and attentive! Such a lovely little place in a beautiful town! Plenty of shops nearby, beach, pool, great menu including things for fussy children! Can’t wait to book again for next year!

Group of 10 stayed here for a cycling trip, hotel is first class, in a great location with excellent staff. The only place to stay in Paguera. The breakfast was very good. Accommodated a later check out by letting use the showers for the yoga suite.
