Pau: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

+ : Albergo molto bello, camera molto grande con tavolo piccolo all'aperto in un ambiente tranquillo e tranquillo. Letto grande e confortevole, molto pulito. Spa tutto nuovo eccellente. Accessori di bellezza/igiene forniti. -: A l'accoglienza, lingua familiare della ricevitrice ”aspetta, chiamo Lolo!”. Anche, promessa della ricevitrice di rimuovere il letto in eccesso nella nostra stanza non tenuta. Non c'è nessuna scusa da parte della ricezione. Non avvertite che il hammam è rotto. Nessuna indicazione per arrivare in questo grande hotel o persino vuotare la macchina, sono sempre obbligati a passare alla ricezione per avere informazioni di base.

I waffled whether to give a 4 or 5 score, and settled on 4. This hotel is very nice, but it was more of a ”business hotel” vibe than I prefer. Location is good, it's near a nice park, and about a 10-15 minute to the main area of Pau. Easy parking. It was a very quiet area, which is great. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Downside...It feels like a business hotel. The rooms were nice enough, but kind of sterile and generic. Like a nice Marriott or something. All wood floors. AC was terrible, couldn't get the temp in the room below 70, even at max AC on a cool night. I think they just turn off the AC. Also, they have liquid soap and shampoo bottles in the shower, and one day we ran out of shower soap, which means the maid didn't bother to check/refill it. I mean, when I'm paying 500+ Euro a night, is it reasonable to expect that I'll have working soap in the shower? That's just really terrible for a hotel at this price. All that said, I'd stay here again. I enjoyed my visit, but I might check out Hotel Bristol next time to see how it compares.

Stayed 3 nights in Pau and fully enjoyed it. Even before the arrival, staff has been responding promptly to my requests and could immediately relate to them when they greeted me upon check-in. Room is very spacious, fridge is cold (unlike the usual mini-bar in most hotels) and has everything I wanted: safety deposit box, water kettle with tea, coffee and cream, bathroom amenities, a good hairdryer, and even a heated towel rack (this one really beats me!) Parking on site is very convenient, however the parking spaces have very narrow space in between cars so dents could be possible when people aren't careful opening their doors (I got one, unfortunately). Pau is a very nice town. Besides visiting the famous castle of Henri IV, strolling around town is very pleasant. For restaurants, I highly recommend L'interprète serving fine foods at very reasonable prices.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in famiglia, avevamo preso camere comunicanti, molto spaziose. Posizione dell’hotel vicino al centro città ,qualità della lettera e pulizia dei luoghi e della camera. Niente da ribadire e un po' di più, un colazione vario e ricco. Una bella sorpresa. Non cambiare nulla.

Cramped rooms, narrow and hard beddings on which it is impossible to relax, not-so-fresh pillows, super thin towels, minimalist toiletries– just a gel fixed to the wall of the shower, we had to claim hand soap – we were used to a better trea**ent by Mercure hotels. The rooms here are more of a basic Ibis. The parking is not closed, which is not reassuring when you have to leave luggage in the car due to lack of space. Many customers weren't wearing masks - even in elevators - and we didn't see them asked to wear ones. In addition, the sanitary pass is not required for breakfast, a rule by the Accor group according to the receptionist. However, we stayed in another Accor hotel in September and customers without a sanitary pass had to have their breakfast in their room. On the other side the hotel is quiet and well located near the highway, dinner and breakfast were more than good. The staff are very kind and responsive. These positive points made our stay a little more comfortable.

La ricezione era aperta e registrata rapidamente, la stanza era calda e in grado di riscaldare il cibo preparato nella microonde - buone strutture.

Este alojamiento esta situado en pleno centro de Pau, con lo que tiene sus cosas buenas y sus cosas algo menos buenas. Al ser una ubicación totalmente central, estás doblando la esquina a la principal plaza y el ayuntamiento, tienes a mano varios sitios para comer algo. Hay un pequeño supermercado entorno a la plaza, no es el que mejor precio ofrece, pero abren los domingos y está cerca para abastecer el apartamento. Los apartamentos son de un buen tamaño, cómodos para una o dos personas. Están totalmente equipados, tienen todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La limpieza es buena, aunque hay marcas del uso en los muebles (algo inevitable), por parte de la limpieza todo está bien. Las camas son bastante cómodas, pudiendo elegir entre 2 individuales o una grande, que realmente es una cama grande. En otros sitios encuentras dos camas pequeñas juntas. El wifi funciona a buena velocidad. El personal trabaja de manera eficiente y amable. Parte del personal habla varios idiomas de manera fluida. No gustó · El llegar en coche es un poco engorroso, la parte no tan buena de estar en el centro. Necesitas unos códigos para bajar la barrera, ya que el hotel se encuentra en una calle peatonal. Llamas por un interfono a la policía municipal, les dices el código y te abren. El parking, plazas muy limitadas (8 creo recordar) también tiene una entrada algo justa para los coches actuales. los utilitarios pequeños van bien, pero los SUV medios, monovolumenes...que es lo más común actualmente no les sobra mucho para entrar por el acceso.
