Il 2 gennaio, avrei dovuto fare il check-in in hotel e chiamare un taxi Bolt dal terminal degli autobus di Pattaya. Ho cercato l'indirizzo dell'hotel su Trip.com o Google Maps, ma l'indirizzo era a 89 km di distanza. Ho pensato che ci fosse qualcosa di sbagliato, quindi l'ho cercato e cancellato più volte. Ho chiesto più volte al tassista Bolt e lui ha detto che era corretto. Tuttavia, quando sono andato all'indirizzo, era in un campo vuoto. Ho cercato per un'ora con il tassista e finalmente l'ho trovato. L'ho detto alla dipendente alla reception dell'hotel, ma non mi ha ascoltato. Quindi ho chiesto all'e-mail dell'hotel e hanno insistito che era l'indirizzo corretto dopo aver cercato. E se le strutture dell'hotel fossero pulite? I dipendenti e il CEO dell'hotel sono sporchi. Penso che questo sarà ricordato come il peggior hotel in Thailandia, per non parlare di Pattaya. Una volta arrivato in hotel, non sono riuscito a fare il check-in e ho dovuto aspettare davanti alla hall con decine di altri ospiti per oltre 30 minuti per il check-in.

Buon albergo. Ottimo servizio con personale che parla un buon inglese, cordiale e pronto ad aiutare. La palestra è ok ma manca l'attrezzatura per l'allenamento della forza.

The hotel was a surprise from always going to Courtyard Hotel. The family amenities and pool activities are very good. Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfortable, and the king-size bed was also great.

I recently stayed at the Centrepoint Prime Pattaya Hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's modern and sleek design. The lobby was spacious and stylish, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a great sea view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were good. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring Pattaya. It also provides free shuttle bus services to Terminal 21, Beach, and Central Festival which you can book the trip and the retuning trip from the concierge. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a huge selection of dishes to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend the Centrepoint Prime Pattaya Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay in Pattaya. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the location was perfect.

Century Point Prime Hotel lives up to its reputation as being a child-friendly hotel. The facilities offered allow for the entire family to enjoy a full day at the hotel without needing to leave the premises. The wave pool was our favourite! The hotel is in a less desirable location, quite far from the beach but the hotel's complimentary shuttle service made it easy to travel to the beach - note that the shuttle service needs to be booked in advance and only departs at certain times. The staff were extremely friendly and lived up to the Thai reputation of always smiling. I would recommend booking with the buffet breakfast. A wide variety of delicious and fresh foods were prepared.

Nice and clean service apartment. It is not near to the beach. But we can enjoy the WAVE (fake beach in the hotel). It is comfortable here and staff are friendly.

We like the facilities most-hugh chess board in the garden, playroom and the swimming pool. Breakfast is nice and we can easily take grab to other places, e.g. terminal 21.

Comfortable, clean hotel, but definitely not a 5-star quality. Room is really small. Buffett breakfast is nothing special with food cold and bland and not being timely restocked. Gym has nice cardio equipment, but completely locking any strength training equipment. Location wise, this hotel is rather far from the beach and all of the activities; taking a car there is in average 30-40 minute drive due to congested roadways.

Great hotel with great service. The room was not big, but it was nice and clean. My daughter loved the wave pool. Everything was great but it was far from the beach.
