The room is modern and clean; although not big, but still comfortable. The water park has many facilities and is really enjoyable. The rooftop restaurant is on the 32 floor, which has very nice views. Just next to the hotel, it is the terminal 21 shopping center, where is good to walk around. All services in this hotel are very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here.

La piscina è un bel posto per rilassarsi e le camere sono tranquille, spaziose, confortevoli e soprattutto con letti confortevoli. La colazione è stata diversa e buona. Oltre al ristorante dell'hotel con cibo consigliabile, ci sono anche alcuni ristoranti piacevoli e preziosi intorno. Vieni a raccomandare l'hotel anche ai nostri amici.

Impressionante, ma solo per i rubinetti dei bagni dato che siamo turisti locali. Quindi, abbiamo più familiarità con i servizi igienici dotati di rubinetti. Ed è un mio errore pensare che l'hotel si trovi a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. I dintorni sono piacevoli per coloro che hanno davvero bisogno di riposarsi. Bella anche la linea della colazione con varie scelte. Ma il personale potrebbe dover essere più severo su come gli ospiti prendono il cibo, i guanti sono stati forniti ma alcuni ospiti non li indossano, nemmeno le maschere. Covid esiste ancora, il personale avrebbe dovuto informare gli ospiti per proteggere se stessi e gli altri. Raccomanda

Sono rimasto in questo hotel nel maggio 2022 per 2 settimane. Inizialmente sono rimasto in una suite per 3 giorni, e poi sono trasferito in una stanza standard. Le camere sono molto belle e pulite, puoi pulire ogni giorno, ci sono sapone, shampoo e gel da doccia nella stanza, 2 bottiglie d'acqua sono fornite ogni giorno. Inoltre, tutte le camere hanno un balcone, alcune stanze hanno vista la corte e alcune verso la città. Vivo da entrambi i lati, è molto tranquillo ovunque, ma forse non è la stagione turistica più grande. Non ci sono molti ospiti che vivono nell'hotel stesso, penso che il tasso di occupazione è circa 10-15 camere. La piscina è pulita e grande, ci sono sempre posti per le camere da sole. A partire dal maggio 2022, non ci sono colazioni all'hotel. Ma non lontano dall'hotel ci sono molti stabilimenti a piedi dove si serve il colazione. Il Wi-Fi non è abbastanza buono, è possibile lavorare a distanza, ma la velocità dipende dal numero da 10 a 300 MB/s. L'unica cosa che non mi piaceva è la presenza di anziani in alcune stanze, ma il personale immediatamente cambiato la stanza e si scusò. In generale, consiglio l'hotel, ma ricordate che è 3 stelle.

Two weeks ago we returned from our beloved Tai. Thailand has changed in many ways, many cafes, hotels and salons have been closed. Many excursions were not planned. It is not surprising, since Tai opened to tourists only in July. During this time, several new large hotels were built in the north part of Pattaya. Only we return to ”Sunshine Garden” each time. This small but very cozy hotel with a beautiful green area and a cool pool for the eighth time met us with open arms, as well as the sincerity and friendliness of the guys at the reception and the entire staff. Thanks to them, we always felt us as at home. You are not one of the masses of vacationers in the hotel, but a welcome guest, where they are happy to see you and where they try to help you in every possible way, if necessary. It's worth a lot when you get recognized even after three years of absence. A pleasant surprise was a beautiful birthday greeting, although this was not emphasized anywhere. When asked twice for breakfast to cook one dish according to our preferences, all subsequent days they did it for us without reminders. No matter how many times we return to Thailand, we will always stay at our favorite ”Sunshine Garden”. Good luck guys, prosperity and many vacationers. Hope to return back! We recently stayed here on a couple holiday at the end of April 2023. We had stayed here previously but it had been over 10 years since we've been back. Location is excellent with the new Terminal 21 shopping centre very close by, only 5 mins walk away. Plenty of other little shops around - nice bakeries, 7 elevens, massage places. And with Pattaya, you can just about get anyway with their 10 baht bus which is just outside the apartments. We booked a studio apartment and although the apartment was getting older in age, the room itself was really great and huge. Small kitchenette with all the things you need for it, a full size fridge and microwave. There was plenty of storage to put your luggage and a walk in wardrobe which was really handy. Separate shower, toilet and bathtub with good water pressure. Bed was super comfortable and big. Modern big tv with Netflix channels etc. The pool was lovely to cool off at the end of a warm days and you could even use the Woodlands Resort pools next door if wanted. Both resort and apartments surrounded by beautiful leafy gardens that you forget you're in the middle of a city. We didn't have the breakfast included but the cafe downstairs looks really nice. We will definitely be back again when in Pattaya :)

We booked a pool villa quite near to the pool and eating area. Pros: Room itself is nice and well organized even with a small office section. The bathroom is nice. Comfortable bed. Good cleaning every day. At the pool bar there is a micro wave you can use for free. Also free drinking water. The staff in the lobby is helpful and especially the resort manager (Thai lady) is doing her best to make your stay to be a good experience. It is pleasant to sit with your laptop or tablet in the eating area in front of pool. You get the genuine feeling of being in a closed garden with lots of nice plants and trees. Great surroundings to relax. Cons: Less water pressure in the shower. No espresso machine for good quality coffees. No restaurant or cooking – foods are supplied from outside sub-contractor. Some of the staff in the pool bar do not speak English. The entrance doors to the pool villas have a large gap to the frame and needs door-replacement and sealing on the door-frame. When the door being locked from inside, anyone can enter the room with a minor kick on the door from outside. We have stayed here twice and before Let’s Hyde had a great Lounge Area with comfortable sofas and chairs in front of the pool. In favor of 4 sun beds now the comfy Lounge furniture was moved to an area in front of the lobby where there also is a pool table. You don’t go to that area to sit remotely, thus very unfortunate Lounge section is not around the pool area anymore. At the opposite end of the pool there’s lots of free space for extra sunbeds, enabling the Resort to keep the lounge section in front of the swimming pool. The fixed sections with curtains on the left side of the pool are actually nice, but the roof is a sun penetrating plastic transparent roof making you wish to lay under an sun proof parasol instead. There is only 3 parasols placed on the right side of the pool and these parasols are not allowed to be mowed following the sun during the day, making the parasols useless! The locking mechanism is not strong enough to the wind resulting the parasol immediately to provide no shade which it is supposed to. A couple of hours every evening the multiple Bats in the trees above the various rooms around the Resort are quite noisy, but you get used to it. The swimming pool not being kept clean on a daily basis. It seemed like the filtration is not working. The water is not clear and the water surface is floating with sun cream and other oily stuffs. When we claimed this to the reception they were not really interested and we asked them to go with us for their own examination and they agreed that the pool was dirty and off course not acceptable. We stopped using the pool because of this.

Вынужден был сюда поселиться, друзья приехали сюда. Самый главный минус - это русские туристы. Поэтому наверное и персонал угрюмый. Лежаки у бассейна поломаны, сетка вырвана, лежать нужно либо полубоком, либо головой в центре лежака), иначе нормально раположиться только на трех перекладинах из металлопроката). Завтрак более чем, как сытный обед. Много овощей! Был даже картофель запеченый, за 3 месяца в Таиланде я оказалось соскучился по нему. Много мяса, но утром так жрать!) это не для всех. Из фруктов доставался мне только арбуз. Как выносили драгон фрукт, ананас или папайю за 9 дней я не видел, только видел полные тарелки у некоторых - тех кто успел схватить по 15 кусков - пол подноса сразу в одни руки. Шторы плотные, сантехника норм, комната огромная. У бассейна наши дети шумнее всех других. До сих пор картина перед глазами - с криками из водного пистолета один 7-9 летка растреливал азиатскую семью, новый год тут такой) кричал другим: ”мочи этих грязных прыщей, они всё равно не понимают”, минут 20 донимал, и совсем маленькую девочку расстреливал, и постарше подростков, выбирал именно по цвету кожи), нормальную интелигентную семью из 4 детей и папу, пока их папа на тайском не показал пальцем вверх и пригрозил. Приехав сюда русские относятся и смотрят на местных как не на равных, видят себя титульной нацией, не знаю почему, но мало кто даже пару слов на тайском выучил, ”здравствуйте” и ”спасибо” не знают. Одна бабка у бассейна громко хвасталась, что не подошла к обгоревшим и красным немцам на пляже, и не сказала им, что они уже красные и им хватит загорать, мол, так я отомстила им за великую отечественную)🤪. На пляже тоже разговоры о войне: и хорошо что мы не перестанем делать ракеты, и какие все вокруг не благодарные страны... Меня дико напрягло всё это. Если держаться от наших подальше, то нормально, но в этом отеле это получится с трудом. В общем, отель портят сами туристы. Солнце и тайские улыбки, но не тут... в этом отеле русские научили персонал не улыбаться. На следующий день был счастлив увидеть улыбающегося администратора, но) в другом отеле.

L'arredamento della camera è soddisfacente per lo standard vacanziero, ma la camera è abbastanza grande. Anche la colazione va bene. Durante l'epidemia, è necessario prendere un appuntamento per consumare la colazione, e anche il cibo viene completato dal personale. Il primo giorno in cui sono venuto a Pattaya, poiché l'avevo prenotato tramite Ctrip, non sapevo se l'hotel fosse bello in cui vivere. Sono venuto qui Anche se non è una camera con vista sul mare, è vicino al mare È solo a più di 100 metri di distanza e la spiaggia qui non è commerciale, ci sono poche persone ed è molto tranquilla Le persone nella mia società preferiscono più tranquille posti Ci sono auto e motociclette tutù tailandesi alla porta dell'hotel per viaggiare! È molto vicino al mercato notturno e ai centri commerciali. In effetti, devo dire che le ragazze alla reception di questo hotel sono molto pazienti ed entusiaste. È un'ottima esperienza di check-in. La prossima volta avrò l'opportunità di venire a Pattaya, starò di nuovo qui in hotel

La stanza è stata di base come un resort poco più vecchio di alcuni, ma il letto è grande e comodo. Tutto in buona ordine. La piscina è enorme e facile da garantire il letto solare anche se luglio ha pioggia più alta, quindi l'hotel è più tranquillo. Ospiti principalmente tedeschi o asiatici da una serie di paesi. La colazione era buona con sufficiente scelta. I prezzi del bar sono molto ragionevoli. Situazione, come detto, vicino al Terminal 21 che ha una vasta gamma di shopping e cibo ma un po 'più costoso. Resort è tranquillo giorno e notte. Short walk to beach. In generale, un buon standard di un alloggio che rappresentava valore per soldi.
