You could see floating cars from the hotel terrace. A sight to behold. Location is near to the temple of naag vasuki and ropeway station. Great short stay at the hotel. Lots of open space to sit and relax. Great staff service and location. Would repeat my visit again in summers.

Enjoyed a lot at vardaan hotel located near to skyview gondola. Clean rooms and good service by staff. Weather in plains was at 39 degrees whereas there was drastic change in weather when we reached Patnitop. Temp. Was 18 degrees in the night and we had to request for blankets . Rooms have electric kettle and tea / coffee kits . Fridge to keep your beer chilled 🍻.

Firstly the rooms have a wonderful view from any rooms. The Service is good, Food is awesome . Only Disappointment was that we went in peak of winter in Dec and the temperatures were below 1 degree Celsius and in the restaurant there was no facility to keep us or visitors warm...it was a task to have the delicious food there in such cold weather...Otherwise the Staff and Service is good.

Patnitop is a summer retreat for us and we visit every year during summer for a quiet peaceful and quaint break from the hot and sultry weather of jammu. This time we chose to stay at vardaan hotel which is located near to naag mandir and gondola rope way. Reservation was easy and smooth. Check in was also without any delay. Rooms are comfy and we'll furnished having lots of wood. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Not happy with food quality. Have severe problem due to food. Location was great but need to well management . Rooms required with room freshner. There is a smell in rooms. Lift was not working. We were totally disappointed by all means

Located next to the newly built Ropeway station which is really nice and facing the hills of Nathatop. Rooms are well furnished having lots of wood work and amenities like electric kettle, mini fridge , flat tv etc. Avoid taking rooms in economy wing of the hotel as it has view of the hotel courtyard. There are lawns and terrace to sit out in open and enjoy the view. June is peak season and there is rush of tourist and locals. We booked in advance to get a fab feal from the hotel. They also included discount coupon of 300/- per head on Gondola ride which was an additional advantage for us .

The stay here was pretty pathetic and the service was awful with the staff being rude. This is the worst stay in my entire life. You won't be provided with any room facilities. The rooms are in filthy condition with curtains being dirty and stained. The rooms are priced highly and does not provide service anything near to it. Also they do not have a parking or drivers to do that . To park the car one has to himself go down the hill to park the car . The food taste was not too good . I would suggest to book this room only under 1500/- as I got duped of 5500/- for one night, which was not at all worth it.

Gave excellent service. Quite place to unwind near the meadows and grazing goats and sheep. Food choices are limited. Internet is intermittent. Sprawling lawns and a big terrace to enjoy your Evening.
