Si poteva avere di più per il prezzo pagato hotel nella media niente di eccezionale, il personale sempre disponibile e molto educato🤩 vicino negozi e ristoranti.

Innanzitutto, a causa di Habagat ero preoccupato per il costo del check-in posticipato. Ma l'agente dell'hotel trip.com mi ha informato che era gratuito fino alle 6 del giorno successivo, il che è positivo. A parte questo parcheggio gratuito. Ci sono negozi aperti 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, nelle vicinanze, a 2-3 minuti a piedi.
La colazione a buffet è molto buona, meno il tipico buffet ma dato che la camera è meno costosa non è male.

My stay was great! The staff were kind, and the location is excellent since it's just a short walk to malls and restaurants. The view wasn't impressive, though, and they don't have a pool. While the building might look and feel old, it wasn't a bothersome at all—I still had a wonderful stay!

Clean Room but Misleading View, Breakfast, and Maintenance Issues

I stayed at Jinjiang Inn Ortigas from December 30, 2024, to January 1, 2025, and booked a Business Queen Room through Trip.com. My experience was a mix of positives and negatives, with some aspects not meeting expectations set by the listing.
Positives:
1. The room was clean upon arrival.
2. Staff were polite and accommodating, especially when I requested a room change (though none were available).
3. The à la carte breakfast provided on the first day was generous and filling.
Areas for Improvement:
1. Misleading Room Description: The listing advertised a city view, but my room’s window only faced the back and wall of the adjacent building. This felt misleading and detracted from the experience.
2. Towel Quality: The towels provided on the first day were worn out and should no longer be in use. I have photos to substantiate this observation.
3. Maintenance: The room was clean but showed signs of wear and tear (e.g., cabinet doors needing repair), indicating a lack of upkeep.
4. Breakfast Expectations: I specifically booked this hotel because of the advertised buffet breakfast. However, on the first day, no buffet was served due to low guest turnout, and only à la carte was available. While the meal was generous, it wasn’t what I expected, especially during the New Year holiday when many travelers would hope for the full experience.
5. Ventilation: The room felt suffocating without a proper view or natural light.

My 2nd time in this hotel and will surely comeback again. Just a walk away from shangrila plaza and sm megamall. Beside richmonde hotel. There’s a nuat tgai massage and 7/11 nearby. Perfect location and i believe the most affordable hotel in the area if you book at trip.com
